Description

The present invention relates to an improvement of a window stay used for a sliding window.

The vertical sliding window and horizontal sliding window can open and close the shoji placed inside the window frame by an operator operating from the indoor side, and open the shoji approximately 90 degrees. Can do.
Such sliding windows are widely used because of their good sealing properties and the ability to wipe and clean both sides of the glass surface of the shoji from the indoor side. The sliding door is supported by a pair of left and right window stays so that it can be opened and closed with respect to the window frame.
As such a window stay, there are provided a means for restricting the range in which the short arm rotates to the outdoor side, while the three pairs of the planar four-bar linkage mechanism are the rotation pairs, and the one pair is the rotation and straight advance pair. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1), and four pairs of planar four-bar linkage mechanisms as rotational pairs (for example, refer to Patent Document 2).

Japanese Patent No. 38034949

A window stay like patent document 1 is the structure which has a straight-ahead pair (slider), and since a short arm (1st arm in patent document 1) slides, a shoji is fully opened and the outdoor surface of a shoji is cleaned. Since it is easy to put a hand in doing, cleaning work can be performed efficiently.
However, since the slider slides long with respect to the window frame mounting material (base in Patent Document 1), it is difficult to stably and reliably open and close the shoji that accompanies the slide operation of the slider.
For example, if the clearance of the sliding part between the window frame mounting material and the slider is small, the operation becomes heavy, and if the clearance of the sliding part is large, the operation is unstable or impossible due to the entry of dust or dust. Sometimes it becomes.
Therefore, in order to ensure a stable and reliable operation over a long period of time, it is necessary to make the accuracy of the parts very high, resulting in an increase in manufacturing cost.
In addition, the above-described drawback that biting is likely to occur due to the structure having a long stroke slider cannot be wiped off.

On the other hand, since the window stay like patent document 2 is a structure without a straight-ahead pair (slider), it can be opened and closed with comparatively small operating force while it is hard to produce biting.
However, since the short arm (the first arm in Patent Document 2) does not slide, it is difficult to perform a cleaning operation efficiently when the outdoor surface of the shoji paper is cleaned in the fully open state.
Further, the window stays of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are made of a metal U-shaped member having a window frame mounting material (a base in Patent Document 1 and a fixing member in Patent Document 2) opened forward along the window frame. (Refer to FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1 and FIG. 2 of Patent Document 2), as a synthetic resin member disposed between the upper and lower horizontal walls of the U-shaped member, the window stay of Patent Document 1 uses a slider and a guide. The block (see FIGS. 1 and 2) and the window stay of Patent Document 2 are provided with a synthetic resin plate-like member (see FIG. 2).
Therefore, since both the window stays of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are configured to include a metal U-shaped member and a synthetic resin member disposed between the upper and lower horizontal walls as a window frame mounting material, the manufacturing cost increases. There is a problem.

Therefore, in view of the above-described situation, the present invention intends to solve the problem that the shoji can be opened and closed stably and reliably, and the shoji is fully opened and the outdoor surface of the shoji is cleaned efficiently. It is in the point which provides the window stay which can be manufactured and can reduce manufacturing cost.

In order to solve the above problems, the window stay according to the present invention includes a window frame attachment material attached to a frame material of a window frame, a shoji attachment plate attached to a saddle member of a shoji, and a base end portion of the window frame attachment material. A long arm pivotally mounted between one end and the other end of the shoji mounting plate, a base end is supported by the window frame mounting material, and the tip is mounted on the shoji A short arm pivotally attached to one end of the plate, and when the shoji is opened from a closed state, the short arm rotates around its base end and opens substantially perpendicular to the window frame. In this state, the shodder is fully opened by translating along the window frame attachment material in a direction in which the short arm approaches the base end of the long arm.

According to such a configuration, when the shoji is opened from the closed state, the short arm rotates around the base end portion and rotates to the outdoor side at a substantially right angle with respect to the window frame, and then the long arm Since the structure moves in parallel (slids) along the window frame mounting material in the direction approaching the base end, the stroke of sliding the short arm is shortened compared to the structure of sliding the short arm as in Patent Document 1. be able to.
Therefore, as compared with the configuration described in Patent Document 1, the support structure for the sliding operation of the short arm can be simplified, and the stability and certainty of the opening / closing operation of the shoji can be improved.
Also, when opening the shoji from the closed state, the short arm turns around its base end and turns to the outdoor side at a substantially right angle to the window frame, and then approaches the base end of the long arm Compared with the configuration in which the short arm does not slide as in the case of Patent Document 2, it is necessary to clean the outdoor surface of the shoji with the shoji fully open, because it translates (slides) along the window frame attachment material. Since it is easy to enter, cleaning work can be performed efficiently.

Here, the support shaft provided at the base end portion of the short arm is slidably supported along the window frame mounting member, and the base end of the long arm is viewed from the support shaft in a state where the shoji is closed. An auxiliary shaft located on the opposite side of the short arm is provided at the proximal end of the short arm, and the short arm does not slide with respect to the window frame mounting material when the shoji is opened from a closed state. It is preferable that an arcuate surface for guiding the auxiliary shaft is provided on the window frame mounting member so as to rotate to a state of projecting to the outdoor side substantially perpendicular to the window frame.
According to such a configuration, since the base end portion of the short arm is supported by guiding the support shaft and the auxiliary shaft provided at the base end portion of the short arm with the window frame mounting material, such a support structure is provided. Is simplified, and it is not necessary to bend the plate material into a U-shape as in Patent Documents 1 and 2, and the window frame mounting material can be manufactured by sheet metal press processing other than bending processing. Can be greatly reduced, and biting of dust and dirt can be prevented.

As described above, according to the window stay according to the present invention, when the shoji is opened from the closed state, the short arm rotates around the base end portion and protrudes to the outdoor side at a substantially right angle with respect to the window frame. Since it is configured to translate along the window frame attachment material in the direction in which the arm approaches the base end of the long arm after becoming the state, the opening and closing operation of the shoji can be performed stably and reliably, There is a remarkable effect that the shoji can be fully opened and the outdoor surface of the shoji can be efficiently cleaned and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

The window stay according to the present invention is used for a vertical sliding window or a horizontal sliding window. Hereinafter, a case where the window stay is used for a vertical sliding window will be described.
In this specification, the front side in the direction from the indoor side (see ID in the figure) to the outdoor side (see OD in the figure) (see arrow F in the figure) is the front, the rear is the rear, Means forward.

The vertical sliding window SW shown in FIG. 1 supports the shoji DR so that it can be opened and closed with respect to the window frame FR by the upper and lower window stays 1, 1, and operates the handle OP 1 of the window opening / closing device OP from the indoor side ID. Thus, the shoji DR can be fully opened by opening about 90 °, and in this state, the indoor surface G1 and the outdoor surface G2 of the glass of the shoji DR can be wiped.
Since the upper and lower window stays 1 and 1 are symmetrical with respect to the horizontal plane, the lower window stay 1 will be described below.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the window stay 1 is attached to the frame material FR1 (horizontal frame) of the window frame FR. The attached shoji attaching plate 3 and the base end portion 4A are pivotally attached to the window frame attaching material 2, and the distal end portion (free end portion) 4B is between the one end portion 3A and the other end portion 3B of the shoji attaching plate 3 (intermediate portion). 3C), the long arm 4 and the base end portion 5A are supported by the window frame mounting member 2, and the distal end portion (free end portion) 5B is pivotally attached to the one end portion 3A of the shoji mounting plate 3. It consists of an arm 5, and the window frame mounting member 2, the shoji mounting plate 3, the long arm 4 and the short arm 5 are made of, for example, a stainless steel plate.

を利用して取付ねじを枠材FR1(図1参照。)
Next, details of the structure of the window stay 1 will be described mainly with reference to FIG.
The window frame mounting material 2 is provided with a later-described trapezoidal convex portion 2A on the left side and a reinforcing convex portion 2B on the right side thereof, and mounting holes 2b, 2b,. Therefore, the window frame attachment material 2 is attached to the frame material FR1 by screwing the attachment screws into the frame material FR1 (see FIG. 1) using these attachment holes 2b, 2b,.
Further, since the shoji attaching plate 3 is provided with attaching holes 3b, 3b,... In the longitudinal direction thereof, the attaching screw is used as a saddle material DR1 of the shoji DR using these attaching holes 3b, 3b,. By screwing (see FIG. 1), the shoji attaching plate 3 is attached to the saddle member DR1.

The through hole 4a drilled in the base end portion 4A of the long arm 4 is aligned with the upper side of the through hole 2a drilled in the middle portion in the left-right direction of the window frame mounting member 2, and the base end portion 4A of the long arm 4 is The base end 4A of the long arm 4 is moved around the vertical axis to the window frame mounting member 2 by caulking the shaft end by passing the rivet 11 as a pivot from the upper side with the washers 11A and 11B positioned vertically. It is pivotally connected.
Further, the through hole 4b drilled in the distal end portion 4B of the long arm 4 is aligned with the lower side of the through hole 3c drilled in the intermediate portion 3C of the shoji attachment plate 3, and a washer 12A is interposed therebetween. In this state, the tip end 4B of the long arm 4 is connected to the shoji mounting plate 3 so as to be rotatable about the vertical axis by passing the rivet 12 as a pivot from below and caulking the shaft end.
Further, the through-hole 5b drilled in the distal end 5B of the short arm 5 is aligned with the lower side of the through-hole 3a drilled in the one end 3A of the shoji mounting plate 3 so as to be above and below the distal end 5B of the short arm 5. With the washers 13A and 13B positioned, the tip 5B of the short arm 5 can be rotated around the vertical axis on the shoji mounting plate 3 by passing the pivot rivet 13 from below and caulking the shaft end. Connected to

The base end portion 5A side portion of the short arm 5 is covered with, for example, a synthetic resin such as nylon or polyacetal by insert molding, and the base end portion 5A of the short arm 5 has a through hole with the shoji DR closed. These through holes 5a and 5c are formed so that 5c and the through hole 5a are located on the left and right.
Further, the window frame mounting member 2 is formed with a table-like convex part 2A raised on the left side so as to displace the horizontal plate upward, and the rear side (indoor side) of the table-like convex part 2A. Is formed with a shaft slide guide slot 8 extending in the left-right direction, extending from a left end of the support slide guide slot 8 to the left side to the front side (outdoor side) of the left end of the slot 8. An arc-shaped long hole is formed and is connected to the auxiliary shaft slide guide long hole 10 that is located on the front side of the long hole 8 and extends in the left-right direction, and the inner wall of the arc-shaped long hole has a function described later. 9 is formed.

The auxiliary shaft 7 protrudes below the short arm 5 by inserting the auxiliary shaft 7 from below the through-hole 5c of the base end portion 5A of the short arm 5 or inserting the auxiliary shaft 7 and caulking the shaft end. The auxiliary shaft 7 moves in the arc-shaped long hole of the window frame mounting member 2 and the auxiliary shaft slide guide long hole 10.
Also, washers 6A and 6B are located below the window frame mounting material 2 by aligning the through hole 5a of the base end portion 5A of the short arm 5 with the upper side of the support shaft slide guide long hole 8 of the window frame mounting material 2. By passing the rivet 6 as a support shaft from above and caulking the shaft end, the rivet 6 moves in the support shaft slide guide slot 8.
In addition, when the short arm 5 moves with respect to the window frame attaching material 2, the synthetic resin covering the base end portion 5A side portion of the short arm 5 slides on the upper surface of the trapezoidal convex portion 2A.
Washers 6A, 11A, 11B, 12A, 13A, and 13B are made of synthetic resin such as nylon or polyacetal.
Here, the positional relationship between the support shaft 6 of the short arm 5 and the auxiliary shaft 7 is determined based on the above-described positional relationship between the through holes 5a and 5b through which the short arm 5 is inserted, as viewed from the support shaft 6 with the shoji DR closed. The shaft 7 is located on the side opposite to the base end portion 4 </ b> A of the long arm 4.

Next, the operation of the window stay 1 will be described.
3 and FIG. 4, when the shoji DR shown in the solid line is closed, the auxiliary shaft 7 of the short arm 5 is in contact with the arcuate surface 9 at the rear end of the arc-shaped elongated hole. As it opens, as shown in FIG. 7, the auxiliary shaft 7 moves along the circular arc surface 9 in a state where the position of the support shaft 6 of the short arm 5 does not change, so that the short arm 5 has its base end portion 5A. It turns around the (support shaft 6) as shown by the arrow A and protrudes forward.
When the shoji is further opened from this state, as shown in FIG. 7, the support shaft 6 and the auxiliary shaft 7 move along the support shaft slide guide slot 8 and the auxiliary shaft slide guide slot 10, respectively. Therefore, the short arm 5 does not rotate but translates rightward as indicated by an arrow B, so that the support shaft 6 and the auxiliary shaft 7 are respectively provided with a support shaft slide guide slot 8 and an auxiliary shaft slide guide slot 10. Is moved to the right end, and the shoji DR is fully opened as indicated by a solid line (see also FIG. 1).
Further, when closing the shoji DR from the fully open position of the shoji DR, the window stay 1 moves in the direction opposite to the arrow in FIG. 7 and the shoji DR shown by the solid line in FIGS. 3 and 4 is closed.

According to the window stay 1 as described above, when the shoji DR is opened from the closed state, the short arm 5 rotates around the base end portion 5A (support shaft 6) and the window frame FR (frame material FR1). It is configured to translate (slide) along the window frame mounting material 2 in a direction (rightward) approaching the base end portion 4A of the long arm 4 after rotating to the outdoor side (forward) at a substantially right angle to the front side. Therefore, the stroke (refer to C in FIG. 7) in which the short arm 5 slides can be shortened compared to the configuration in which the short arm slides as in Patent Document 1.
Therefore, compared with the configuration as in Patent Document 1, the support structure for the sliding operation of the short arm 5 can be simplified, and the stability and certainty of the opening / closing operation of the shoji DR can be improved.
Further, when the shoji DR is opened from the closed state, the short arm 5 rotates around the base end portion 5A (support shaft 6) and is outdoors (at right angles to the window frame FR (frame material FR1)). Since it is translated (slided) along the window frame attachment material 2 in a direction approaching the base end portion 4A of the long arm 4 after being rotated forward), the short arm as in Patent Document 2 does not slide. In comparison, when the shoji DR is fully opened and the outdoor surface of the shoji DR (see the glass outdoor surface G2 in FIG. 1) is easily cleaned, the cleaning operation can be efficiently performed.

Further, the support shaft 6 provided at the base end portion 5A of the short arm 5 is slidably supported along the window frame mounting member 2, and the base of the long arm 4 is viewed from the support shaft 6 with the shoji DR closed. When the auxiliary shaft 7 located on the side opposite to the end portion 4A is provided at the base end portion 5A of the short arm 5 and the shoji DR is opened from the closed state, the support shaft 6 does not slide with respect to the window frame mounting material 2. The window frame mounting member 7 is provided with an arcuate surface 9 for guiding the auxiliary shaft 7 so that the short arm 5 rotates to the window frame to a state where it projects to the outdoor side at a substantially right angle to the FR (frame material FR1). Accordingly, since the base end portion 5A of the short arm 5 is supported by guiding the support shaft 6 and the auxiliary shaft 7 provided on the base end portion 5A of the short arm 5 with the window frame mounting member 2, such support is provided. The structure is simplified and it is not necessary to bend the plate material into a U-shape as in Patent Documents 1 and 2. , It is possible to manufacture the sheet metal press working other than bending a window frame mounting member 2, it is possible to prevent the biting of the dust and dirt it is possible to greatly reduce the manufacturing cost.

In the above description, as the support structure for translating (sliding) the short arm 5 in the left-right direction, the support shaft 6 and the auxiliary shaft 7 of the short arm 5 are connected to the support shaft slide guide long hole 8 and the auxiliary shaft slide guide. However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration, and a wall surface extending in the left-right direction on the window frame mounting member 2 instead of the auxiliary shaft slide guide long hole 10 is shown. The rear surface of the base end portion 5A of the short arm 5 may be slid on the wall surface extending in the left-right direction.
