Claims (13)
- 案内翼を製造する方法であって、
a)単体を3D製織することによって繊維母材(1)を製造するステップであって、母材が、長手軸(A)に沿って延在して前記翼の羽根用の母材を構成する第一部分(10)と、前記第一部分(10)の長手方向末端(11)に、前記翼のプラットフォーム用の母材を構成する第二部分(20)と、を含み、第二部分(20)は、第一層(40)、および第一層に対向して、前記母材(1)を製造しながら切断することなく外すことによって前記第一層(40)から分離される第二層(50)として製造されるステップと、
b)第一および第二層(40、50)の各々が、前記第一部分(10)に対して実質的に互いに対称的に、前記長手軸に対して直交する平面内に位置するように、および第一層(40)の第一領域(R1)が、前記第一部分(10)の先縁(15)の前の第二層(50)の第二領域(R2)を覆うように、第一および第二層(40、50)を折り畳むステップと、
c)前記母材(1)を型内に一致させるステップと、
d)前記母材(1)をポリマーマトリクスで緻密化するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 第一層(40)および第二層(50)が実質的に同じ体積および形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一層(40)の繊維母材が前記第一部分(10)に隣接する領域において隆起し、前記第二層(50)の繊維母材が前記第一部分(10)に隣接する領域において隆起し、前記第一部分(10)に隣接する第一層(40)の前記領域および第二層(50)の前記領域が、上反りの影響下で第一部分に対してそれぞれの側で対称的な位置を占める傾向となるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記母材(1)を型に一致させるステップに先立って、前記第一部分(10)のもう1つの長手方向末端に位置する第三部分が、別のプラットフォームを形成する目的のため、前記第二部分(20)と類似の方法で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一部分(10)が、前記先縁(15)に金属製前縁を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維構造体によって補強されたポリマーマトリクスを含む複合材料で作られた案内翼であって、前記翼が、羽根を形成する第一部分(10)と、第一部分(10)の長手方向末端に位置して前記羽根に対して実質的に直交する面内に延在するプラットフォームを形成する第二部分(20)とを含み、前記繊維構造体は、前記繊維構造体を形成する繊維要素の全てが連続的であること、および第二部分を形成する繊維構造体の領域が、前記羽根の片側の前記面内および前記羽根の先縁(15)の前に延在する第一層(40)と、前記羽根に対して前記第一層(40)と実質的に対称的に、前記羽根の片側の前記面内および前記羽根の前記先縁(15)の前に延在する第二層(50)と、を含み、前記第一層(40)の第一領域(R1)が、前記先縁(15)の前の前記第二層の第二領域(R2)を覆うようになっていることを特徴とする、案内翼。
- 前記第一層(40)および前記第二層(50)が実質的に同じ体積および形状であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の案内翼。
- 第一層(40)の前記第一領域(R1)が、羽根の前記先縁(15)の前に位置するプラットフォームの全ての部分を構成する、実質的に矩形の領域にわたって第二層(50)の前記第二領域(R2)を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の案内翼。
- 第一層(40)の前記第一領域(R1)が、羽根の前記先縁から前方に広がる、実質的に三角形の領域にわたって第二層(50)の前記第二領域(R2)を覆うことを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の案内翼。
- 前記第一層(40)が前記第二層(50)を覆っている表面が、実質的に平坦であることを特徴とする、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の案内翼。
- 前記第二部分(20)と類似しており、前記第一部分(10)のもう1つの長手方向末端に位置する第三部分をさらに含み、前記第三部分が別のプラットフォームを形成するのに役立つことを特徴とする、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の案内翼。
- 前記羽根が、前記先縁(15)に適合する金属製前縁を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の案内翼。
- 請求項6から12のいずれか一項に記載の案内翼を少なくとも1つ含む、ターボ機械。
