Claims (13)

- 前記要素は、前記組織から外に出ると前記組織アクセス部位を切開するように設計される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- システムは、前記組織アクセス部位の生成の前、途中、または後で少なくとも1つの縫合糸が前記組織縁部の少なくとも1つに対応する領域の前記組織に取り付けられるように、前記要素および前記組織閉鎖装置の動作を協調させるように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織にパッチを送達するためのパッチ送達装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 接着剤またはシーラント送達装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- (a)組織の穴を拡張するように設計された組織拡張要素と、

- (a)対側入口部位から同側血管にアクセスするために構成される第1カテーテルであって、前記同側血管を少なくとも部分的に閉塞することができるバルーンを有するように構成される第1カテーテルと、
