Description
Claims (11)
- 2つの壁(6、4)内の腔(5)を探知する装置であって、
シリンジピストン(15)を含むシリンジであって、前記シリンジピストン(15)は、前記腔(5)への前記シリンジピストン(15)の前進時に第1のシリンジバレル(7)内に収容されている空気又は流体を放出するために、前記第1のシリンジバレル(7)内で摺動可能である、シリンジと、
針カニューレ(8)のハブに取り付けられた前記第1のシリンジバレル(7)と、
前記シリンジを少なくとも部分的に包囲すると共に、前記シリンジピストン(15)の後側に単に接続されるフレーム(14)と、を備える、装置。 - ウイング(13)が、前記針カニューレ(8)の前記ハブの近くで前記フレーム(14)の前部に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フレーム(14)はシリンジ先端を有する第2のシリンジバレル(16)であり、前記第2のシリンジバレル(16)は、前記第1のシリンジバレル(7)よりも大きく、前記第1のシリンジバレル(7)に対して逆に取り付けられ、前記シリンジ先端は、前記シリンジピストン(15)の後側に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 2つの壁(6、4)が付随する腔を探知する装置であって、
前記腔(5)へのバレル(19)の前進時に前記バレル(19)に収容されている空気又は流体を放出するために、閉じた後端を有する前記バレル(19)内で摺動可能である穿孔ピストンヘッド(18)を備え、前記穿孔ピストンヘッド(18)はカニューレのハブに取り付けられる、装置。 - 前記バレルは、ねじ切り又はラッチによって解放可能に相互接続される前部(21)及び後部(22)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記バレル(19)は、閉じたシリンジ先端を有するシリンジバレルであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- ハンドグリップ(25)が前記バレル(19)を囲むことを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 穿孔弾性リング(24)が前記針カニューレ(8)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 抵抗差による技法による、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用方法であって、
前記フレーム(14)又は前記バレル(19)に連続した押圧を加え、前記装置全体に前進を与えることで前記針カニューレ(8)を前記第1の壁(6)の深部に穿通させ、
前記針カニューレ(8)の先端を通る前記空気又は前記流体の通路に対する抵抗が消失することにより、前記針カニューレ(8)の前記先端が前記腔(5)に入ると、前記第1のシリンジバレル(7)又は前記バレル(19)から前記腔(5)へ前記空気又は前記流体を射出し、それによって、前記第2の壁(4)を押しのけ、
前記針カニューレ(8)と前記第1の壁(6)との間の抵抗が前進の抵抗よりも高いことにより、前記針カニューレ(8)の前記先端のさらなる前進を止め、前記第2の壁(4)の不慮の穿刺に対する安全性を与える、使用方法。 - 硬膜襄の穿刺を防止しながら脊柱にある硬膜外腔を探知するための、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用。
