Abstract
Description
本発明の用具一式は、図9に示されたような、ECGモニタ30及び携帯電話端末50を再充電するための充電ドック90も備える。図9は、本発明の図示された実施形態の充電ドックを示す。充電ドックは、図10に示されたような、兆番付きのカバー102を有しモニタ30を充電する基本ユニット100、及びプラグ94を有し端末50を充電するケーブル92を有する。AC電源コードは、これらの図には示されない。モニタ30は、図10に示されるような基本ユニット100の内部に形状の適合する空間内に電気接点36を下側に向けて配置される。空間は、LED104がモニタのノッチ34内に位置付けられたとき、モニタが該空間に適合するように調節(keyed)される。図に示されるように蓋102を開けると、モニタはモニタの下にある弾性充電接点の上に容易に載っている。他の実施例では、接点はバネ仕掛けのピンであってもよい。蓋102は充電を開始するために閉じられなければならない。充電は蓋が開いている状態では行われない。蓋が閉められると、蓋の内側はモニタを充電接点にしっかりと押し付ける。この係合は、接点の係合のインピーダンスを測定する充電ドックにより判定される。図10の矢印により示されるように蓋が閉められると、基本ユニット100内の回路及びソフトウェア・プログラムは初期化を開始され、LEDは橙色で点滅する。初期化の完了後、充電回路はモニタ30内部のリチウム・イオン・バッテリを充電し始め、LED104は安定した緑色光を発する。モニタが充電されているとき、モニタは自身のECGデータのアーカイブを携帯電話端末50へ無線で送信し始める。携帯電話端末は、分析、報告及び格納のために、ECGデータを監視センタへ直ちに中継する。アーカイブ・データの受信に成功したことが監視センタにより認められた後、モニタ内のECGデータは、モニタが患者に再び取り付けられたときに新たなECGデータを受信するためにメモリから消去又はクリアされる。
図22の画面は、図20のモニタの画面に類似しており、発送場所及び用具一式のシリアル番号により携帯電話端末を検索し一覧表示させることを可能にする。この画面は、携帯電話端末がユーザから戻されたときに、携帯電話端末の追跡も可能にする。
図28は、本発明のECGモニタから監視センタで受信された事象情報を受信及び分析するのに適したECGビューア画面を示す。本実施形態では、ECGビューア画面は、3つの主要な部分を有する。つまり、特定の手順又は調査に関する情報を示し及び患者から受信された通知を列挙する通知(Notification)ウインドウ282;事象のときに受信された情報を表示する事象(Events)ウインドウ284;及びモニタにより送信されチャネルを介して受信されたデータが詳細に分析されうるECG閲覧ウインドウ286である。図28では、通知及び事象ウインドウは展開されてなく、ECG閲覧ウインドウが展開されている。本実施形態では、ECGモニタ30は5個のデータ・チャネルを送信し、携帯電話端末は該端末で記録された音声チャネルを送信する。データ・チャネルは本例では3個のECG信号s1、s2及びs3、RLD信号(「rid」)並びに動きチャネル(「vp」)である。差分リード信号s1−s2、s2−s3及びs1−s3は、本例のECG信号から得られてもよい。RLD信号は、リード信号を更に処理し精緻化し、雑音状態を識別する。各細長い表示の左にある制御は、オペレータが拡大縮小及び細長い表示の他のパラメータを調整することを可能にする。本例の細長い表示では、有意な動き信号がs1−s2及びs1−s3チャネルのかなり大きなECG信号のときに生じていることが分かる。画面下部の音声制御288は、患者から送信された音声記録をECGビューアのオペレータにより再生可能にする。
Claims (15)
- ECGモニタを有する歩行可能な患者のための心臓監視システムであって:
非導電性防水ケース;
該ケース内に配置された再充電可能バッテリ;
該ケース内に配置され、患者からECG信号を受信する入力を有するECG信号プロセッサ;
該ケース内に配置され、処理されたECG信号情報を格納するメモリ;
該ケース内に配置され、前記ECG信号プロセッサに結合され、ECG信号情報を受信機へ無線で送信する無線通信機;及び
該ケースの外側に配置され、該ケース内の1又は複数の構成要素に電気的に結合され、複数の電気接点のみを有するユーザ・インタフェース;
を有する心臓監視システム。 - 前記ケース内に配置され、前記再充電可能バッテリに結合されたバッテリ充電回路;
を更に有し、
前記電気接点は、該バッテリ充電回路及び前記ECG信号プロセッサの前記入力に結合される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 充電電流を供給する電気接点を有する充電ドック;
を更に有し、
前記ECGモニタの前記バッテリ充電回路の接点は、前記再充電可能バッテリの再充電中に前記充電ドックの前記電気接点に結合される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 電極及び患者の皮膚に取り付けるための接着面を有する電極パッチ;
を更に有し、
前記ECGモニタの1又は複数の前記電気接点は、患者の心臓の監視中に前記電極パッチに電気的に結合される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 前記ECG信号プロセッサは、前記ユーザ・インタフェースの電気接点に結合された複数の入力を更に有し、
前記電極パッチは、複数の電極及び該電極に電気的に結合される複数の接点を更に有し、
前記複数の接点は、患者の心臓の監視中に、前記ECG信号プロセッサの入力の電気接点を契合させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 前記ECGモニタは、該モニタが患者のECG信号を受信するよう電気的に結合されていることを検知し、
前記ECGモニタは、該モニタが患者のECG信号を受信するよう結合されず、前記再充電可能バッテリを充電するために接続されていないとき、低電力消費状態に切り替わる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 前記ECGモニタは、前記バッテリが充電されるとき、少なくとも前記低電力消費状態で常に電力を供給される、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 前記ECGモニタは、前記無線通信機の動作中及び患者のECGの監視中に、前記低電力消費状態より高い高電力状態で電力を供給される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 前記ECGモニタは、該モニタの動作状態の自己診断を実行し、
前記ECGモニタは自己診断中に高電力状態で電力を供給される、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 前記ECG信号プロセッサは、前記モニタが患者のECG信号を受信するように電気的に結合されていることを検知する、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 前記ケースは、互いに閉じられる2つの半ケースを有し、
前記電気接点は、ケースの周囲に封印される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心臓監視システム。 - 前記2つの半ケースは、防水された密閉を提供するために熱的に一緒に封印される、
