上部に平行配置された左右2本の長尺板材及びこれに連結される脚を備える架台フレームと、前記左右の長尺板材の前後にそれぞれ左右対となる前板材及び後板材を介して取付けられたヘッドプーリ及びテールプーリと、前記ヘッドプーリ及び前記テールプーリに掛け渡され上が送り側ベルト、下が帰り側ベルトとなる無端ベルトと、前記架台フレームの中間位置に設けられて、前記帰り側ベルトにテンションプーリ及びガイドプーリを介して掛けられるドライブプーリと、前記ドライブプーリの駆動軸の一端側に取付けられた第1の歯車に噛合し、減速モータによって回転駆動される第2の歯車と、前記送り側ベルトの直下に配置された送りベルト受け部材とを有するベルトコンベア装置において、
(1)前記左右対となる前板材は複数の前側繋ぎステーによって固定連結されると共に、前記左右対となる前板材の先側にそれぞれ設けられている貫通孔に前記ヘッドプーリの支持軸が装着固定され、
(2)前記左右対となる前板材の基側にはそれぞれ第1、第2の掛止溝が設けられて、前記左右の長尺板材にそれぞれ設けられている第1、第2のピンが前記第1、第2の掛止溝にそれぞれ嵌入し、前記左右対となる前板材の中間位置には、下向き開口の第1、第2の切欠きがそれぞれ設けられて、前記左右の長尺板材の前記第1、第2のピンより前側位置に螺合している第1、第2のノブ付き雄ねじが前記第1、第2の切欠きにそれぞれ嵌入可能となって、
(3)前記左右対となる後板材は複数の後側繋ぎステーによって固定連結されると共に、前記左右対となる後板材の先側にそれぞれ設けられている貫通孔に前記テールプーリの支持軸が装着固定され、
(4)前記左右対となる後板材の基側にはそれぞれ第3、第4の掛止溝が設けられて、前記左右の長尺板材にそれぞれ設けられている第3、第4のピンが前記第3、第4の掛止溝にそれぞれ嵌入し、前記左右対となる後板材の中間位置には、下向き開口の第3、第4の切欠きがそれぞれ設けられて、前記左右の長尺板材の前記第3、第4のピンより後側位置に螺合している第3、第4のノブ付き雄ねじが前記第3、第4の切欠きにそれぞれ嵌入可能となって、
(5)前記ドライブプーリの駆動軸の他端側は、前記長尺板材の一方の下部に設けられている補助取付け材に蝶番を介して回動可能に取付けられている補助板材に軸受を介して取付けられ、前記ドライブプーリ及び該ドライブプーリの駆動軸の一端側に取付けられている前記第1の歯車が、前記蝶番を介して回動し、前記第2の歯車に前記第1の歯車が下方から噛合することを特徴とするベルト着脱式ベルトコンベア装置。
