Description

The present invention relates to a flush toilet.

Conventionally, in flush toilets having a jet jetting part, in order to discharge the air staying in the jet conduit outside the toilet when washing the toilet, a flow control means is provided for the jet to make the jet conduit independent. After starting toilet cleaning, first, a small amount of cleaning water is supplied into the Zet waterway, and after the air in the Zet waterway is discharged, the cleaning water is supplied at a flow rate necessary to generate siphons. It is known (for example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In such a case, there is a problem that a plurality of flow rate control means and valves are required to make the jet conduits independent, and the number of members increases.

In addition, a water supply pipe made up of a separate member should be installed in the space from the flush water supply port on the upper surface of the toilet bowl to the downstream of the jet conduit to reduce the flush water passage space from the feed port to the jet port. Thus, it is known that air is reduced from being mixed into water discharged from the jet opening (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
However, in such a case, there has been a problem that parts and arrangement work are required in order to arrange the water supply pipe in the space from the cleaning water supply port to the upstream of the jet conduit.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a main cleaning without filling another member or the like, and when the toilet is cleaned, the zett waterway is filled before the start of cleaning. It is to provide a flush toilet that effectively acts on filth and prevents water splashing during toilet cleaning.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a bowl part having a bowl-shaped filth receiving surface, a drainage channel connected to the lower part of the bowl part to discharge filth, and an inlet of the drainage channel. A cleaning water supply port provided to discharge water toward the water, a cleaning water supply passage for supplying cleaning water from the discharge port of the cleaning water tank to the cleaning water supply port, and a drain valve for opening and closing the discharge port of the cleaning water tank; And a control means for controlling the operation of the drain valve so as to supply cleaning water from the drain port to the cleaning water supply path based on the cleaning start signal, the control means after receiving the cleaning start signal, So that the washing water supply passage is filled with water by opening the valve at the first opening, and then the filth in the bowl portion is discharged by opening the valve at a second opening larger than the first opening. It is characterized by doing.
In the present invention configured as described above, when the drain valve shifts from the first opening to the second opening, there is almost no air in the washing water supply passage, and then the second opening Since a large amount of washing water flows to the washing water supply passage, the head pressure in the tank can be efficiently applied to the filth, and water splashes caused by the inclusion of air in the washing water supply passage can be prevented. can do. Moreover, since there is no need to provide a plurality of separate members or valves, it can be achieved with a simple structure.

In the present invention, preferably, the second opening is a maximum opening that opens a preset drain valve.
In the present invention configured as described above, the head pressure in the tank can be applied to the filth more efficiently, and there is no need to provide a plurality of separate members or valves, and the drain valve can be opened with a simple structure. Since it is possible to adjust the feed flow rate in degrees, it can be achieved with a simpler structure.

In the present invention, preferably, a recess in which the cleaning water is always accumulated before the start of cleaning is formed in the middle of the cleaning water supply channel. Even if the water supply flow rate is limited to the first opening degree, the cleaning water channel becomes full early, and the cleaning water stored in the tank can be used efficiently. Since cleaning water is stored in the recesses in the cleaning water supply channel, the amount of air collected in the cleaning water supply channel before the start of cleaning can be reduced, and the splash of water generated by the inclusion of air in the cleaning water can be reduced. More can be prevented.

According to the flush toilet of the present invention, it is possible to more efficiently discharge filth with a small amount of washing water and prevent water splashing without providing a plurality of separate members and valves.

FIG. 2 is a side sectional view of a flush toilet in an embodiment to which the present invention is applied. FIG. 3 is a front sectional view of a cleaning tank in an embodiment to which the present invention is applied. FIG. 4 is a time chart in an embodiment to which the present invention is applied. The configuration of the cleaning tank and toilet body in the present embodiment and the cleaning system in the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 2, 3, and 4.
A washing tank 4 is provided at the rear upper part of the toilet body 3 and is connected to a washing water supply path 9 via a drain valve 7 and a washing water supply port 8. The washing water supply path 9 is connected to the rim water conduit 10 connected to the rim water outlet 12 on the way, and the most downstream end is connected to the jet water outlet 13 which is at the height of the reservoir surface or slightly above. The stored water is at the sealed water level W 0 and prevents odors and sanitary pests in the drainage pipe from entering the toilet.

The water supply apparatus includes a constant flow valve 21, a water supply valve 222, and a water supply port 23 connected to a water supply source (not shown) such as water supply. Water supply valve 22 detects the water stopping water level W 1 of the washing tank 4 by the float switch 26 closes the water supply valve 26 and the water shut-off the water supply of the washing water into the washing tank 4 from the water supply port 23 of the water supply device It is like that.
The drain valve 7 includes a drive device 25 having an overflow pipe, a drain valve body fixed to the lower end of the overflow pipe, and control means for opening and closing the drain valve body by moving the overflow pipe up and down by an electric driving force. Yes. A ball chain is attached to the tip of the rotating shaft 24 extending from the driving device 25 and is connected to the drain valve 7. When a large cleaning operation button (not shown) is pressed, a cleaning start signal from the operation button reaches the control means of the driving device 25, the driving device 25 is activated, and the drain valve 7 is opened. ing.

FIG. 4 shows the control state of the cleaning water supply rate and the drain valve opening with respect to the progress of the cleaning sequence. In the first time zone T1 immediately after the supply of the washing water, the drain valve 7 is opened at the first opening S1, restricts the feed water flow rate, discharges the air in the washing water supply path 9, and supplies the washing water. The entire road 9 is almost full. When the washing water supply path 9 is almost full, the process moves to the second time zone T2. In the second time zone T2, the valve is opened at the second opening S2, which is the maximum opening of the drainage valve set in advance, and the restriction of the water supply flow rate is eliminated, thereby maximizing the water pressure and flow rate. Acts on the cleaning of the bowl part 2 and the discharge of dirt. By shifting to the second time zone T2 after the first time zone T1 in this way, the filth in the bowl portion is discharged with a smaller amount of washing water, and air is mixed in at the initial stage of water discharge of the washing water supply passage 9. It is possible to prevent water splashes that occur.

As shown in the time chart of FIG. 4, the drain valve 7 of FIGS. 2 and 3 restricts the feed water flow rate by the first opening S1 in the first time zone T1 in the initial stage of cleaning. The cleaning water flowing from the cleaning water supply port 8 to the cleaning water supply channel 9 first pushes the air in the cleaning water supply channel 9 out of the rim water discharge port 12 that is the opening of the rim conduit 10, Almost full. Subsequently, when the inside of the cleaning water supply passage 9 is almost full, the opening degree of the drain valve 7 shifts to the second time zone T2 where the opening degree is fully opened at the second opening degree S2. In the second time zone T2, since the air in the cleaning water supply passage 9 hardly remains, it is possible to prevent water splashes that are generated when air enters the cleaning water and to efficiently clean the filth. it can.

FIG. 5 is a side sectional view of a flush toilet in another embodiment to which the present invention is applied. A recess 14 is formed in the cleaning water supply passage 9. During standby, the recess 14 in the wash water level W 2, always, the washing water is water. Thereby, compared with the above-mentioned embodiment, although the magnitude | size of the flow path itself of the washing water supply path 9 does not change substantially, the air staying before washing | cleaning has decreased. By storing water in the recess 14, the inside of the cleaning water supply passage 9 becomes full more quickly due to the entrainment of water retained during the next cleaning. As a result, the transition to the second time zone T2 can be accelerated, and even if the amount of water is limited in the first time zone, the size of the flow path itself of the cleaning water supply passage 9 is reduced. Sufficient detergency can be obtained without degrading the cleaning performance.

In addition, although it has shown by the Example which combined the control by the opening degree of the drain valve provided in the washing tank, and the recessed part in the washing supply path, even if it carries out combining both of these, it carries out each independently. Also good. Further, when sufficient detergency can be obtained, the opening degree of the drain valve in the second time zone T2 may not be set to the maximum opening degree of the drain valve set in advance.

According to the flush toilet according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention, the bowl portion 2 having the bowl-shaped filth receiving surface, the drainage passage having its inlet connected to the lower portion of the bowl portion 2 and discharging the filth, The cleaning water supply port 13 provided to discharge water toward the entrance of the road, the cleaning water supply passage 9 for supplying the cleaning water from the discharge port 8 of the cleaning water tank to the cleaning water supply port 13, and the cleaning water tank A drain valve 7 for opening and closing the discharge port, and a control means for controlling the operation of the drain valve 7 so as to supply the cleaning water from the drain port 13 to the cleaning water supply path 9 based on the cleaning start signal. After receiving the cleaning start signal, the means opens the drain valve 7 at the first opening S1 to fill the cleaning water supply passage 9, and then opens the second opening larger than the first opening S1. By opening the valve at the degree S2, the filth in the bowl part 2 is discharged. It is a symptom.
In the present invention configured as described above, when the drain valve shifts from the first opening S1 to the second opening S2, there is almost no air in the washing water supply passage 9, and then the second opening Since a large amount of washing water flows to the washing water supply passage 9 at the opening S2, the head pressure in the tank 4 can be efficiently applied to the filth, and air is contained in the washing water supply passage 9. The generated water splash can be prevented. Moreover, since there is no need to provide a plurality of separate members or valves, it can be achieved with a simple structure.

In the present invention, the second opening degree S2 is preferably the maximum opening degree that the preset drain valve 7 opens.

In the present invention, preferably, a recess 14 in which cleaning water is always accumulated before the start of cleaning is formed in the middle of the cleaning water supply passage 9. Even if the water supply flow rate is limited to the first opening degree S1, the cleaning water channel becomes full early, and the cleaning water stored in the tank can be used efficiently. Since cleaning water has accumulated in the recess 14 in the cleaning water supply channel 9, the amount of air that accumulates in the cleaning water supply channel 9 before the start of cleaning can be reduced, and water generated by the inclusion of air in the cleaning water. Splashing can be prevented more.
