Description

The present invention relates to a content extrusion container.

Various content extrusion containers that can extrude the content by a predetermined operation are known. For example, Patent Document 1 combines an inner container that contains contents and an outer container that houses the contents as a container suitable for containing contents such as a hairdressing agent, a hair dye, and a hair restorer. A squeeze-type comb-equipped container having a double-structured container body is described. The container described in the cited document 1 includes a first check valve arranged in a discharge path for contents, and a second check valve arranged in a ventilation path for introducing air between the inner container and the outer container, The contents can be discharged from the comb portion by grasping and compressing the body portion of the container body.

Further, in Patent Document 2, a pusher for increasing the air pressure in the pusher main body and a discharge pipe that communicates the inside and outside of the pusher main body with an extruder main body formed by attaching a lid to a bottomed cylindrical body. The provided container is described. In the container described in the cited document 2, the bag body accommodated in the pusher body is compressed by increasing the air pressure in the pusher body by the pressurizing means, whereby the fluid content inside the bag body is discharged from the discharge pipe. Discharged from.

However, in the container described in Patent Document 1, it is difficult to finely control the deformation amount of the outer container, and there may be a large difference between the amount to be discharged and the amount actually discharged.
Moreover, in the container of patent document 2, when a pump mechanism is used as a pressurizing means, it is difficult to operate the pump mechanism while holding the container with one hand. On the other hand, when the contents are pushed out by deforming the bottomed cylindrical body, it is difficult to stably discharge an appropriate amount of contents, as in Patent Document 1.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a content extruding container that can easily push out the contents with one hand while holding it in one hand, and can stably push out an appropriate amount of contents. is there.

The content extruding container of the present invention includes a gripping portion whose interior is a partition and is partitioned into an inner bag storage chamber and an air chamber, and a content discharge portion projecting from the gripping portion. The gripping portion has a convexly curved pressing deformation portion that is deformed by pressing by a hand and returns to the original state by releasing the pressing at a portion facing the partition wall across the air chamber. In the inner bag storage chamber, an inner bag in which contents are stored is stored in a state in which a mouth portion of the inner bag is fixed to the content discharge portion or the vicinity thereof. The partition wall is provided with a check passage with a check valve that sends air in the air chamber to the inner bag storage chamber when the pressing deformation portion is pressed. An intake passage with a check valve is provided for sucking outside air into the air chamber when the pressing of the deforming portion is released. The content extruding container of the present invention is configured so that the content in the inner bag is discharged from the content discharging portion by repeatedly pressing and releasing the pressing deformation portion with one hand while holding it in one hand. Has been.

According to the content extruding container of the present invention, it is possible to easily perform the operation of extruding the content with one hand while holding it in one hand, and to stably extrude an appropriate amount of the content.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the contents extrusion container of the present invention. 2 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the pressing deformation portion in the content extruding container of FIG. 1 is pressed and deformed. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the pressing deformation portion in the content extruding container of FIG. 1 has returned from the deformed state to the original state.

As shown in FIG. 2, a content extruding container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a grip portion 3 having an inner bag storage chamber 2 and an air chamber 22 partitioned by a partition wall 23, and the grip portion. 3 is provided with a content discharge section 4 projecting from 3.

As shown in FIG. 1, the content extruding container 1 has a general shape of a flat ellipsoid, and the content can be pushed out with one hand while being held with one hand.
The grip portion 3 is a portion that the user grips when the content extruding container 1 is used. The holding part 3 is preferably held by placing a thumb on the top surface part 14 and holding the holding part 3 between the thumb and other fingers.
As shown in FIG. 2, the grip portion 3 includes a container body 6 having a concave curved inner surface and a lid body 7 that is detachably attached to the container body 6. The container body 6 has a threading ridge 8 on the inner peripheral surface of the upper end portion, and the lid body 7 has a threading ridge 9 on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end portion. The container main body 6 and the lid body 7 are screwed together so as to be detachable via the screwing protrusions 8 and the screwing protrusions 9.

The lid body 7 includes a top surface forming member 11 and a partition wall forming member 12.
The top surface forming member 11 forms a convex curved top surface portion 14. The grip portion 3 has a top surface portion 14 at a portion facing the partition wall 23 with the air chamber 22 interposed therebetween.

The entire top surface portion 14 or the top surface portion 14 is a pressure deformation portion 15 that is easily deformed by hand pressure and returns to its original state when the pressure is released. The pressing deformation portion 15 also has a convex curved surface shape.
A cylindrical connection portion 17 is provided vertically on the peripheral edge portion of the top surface forming member 11, and a pair of cylindrical connection portions 18 and 19 extending vertically are provided on the peripheral edge portion of the partition wall forming member 12 and in the vicinity thereof. The top surface forming member 11 and the partition wall forming member 12 are integrally connected by airtightly connecting the cylindrical connecting portion 17 and the cylindrical connecting portion 18 by screwing the protruding protrusions provided on each. Yes. Accordingly, an air chamber 22 is formed between the top surface forming member 11 and the partition wall forming member 12. The above-described threaded projection 9 of the lid body 7 is formed on the cylindrical connecting portion 19 of the partition wall forming member 12.

The partition wall forming member 12 forms a plate-shaped partition wall 23 between the air chamber 22 and the inner bag storage chamber 2. The partition wall 23 in the present embodiment is circular in plan view and is formed in a slightly concave surface. As shown in FIG. 3, the shape of the partition wall 23 is selected so as to hardly deform even when the pressing deformation portion 15 is pressed and deformed by hand.

The grip portion 3 has a convex curved bottom surface portion 21 that protrudes outward from the container 1 at a portion facing the partition wall 23 with the inner bag storage chamber 2 interposed therebetween. In the bottom surface portion 21, the surface on the inner bag storage chamber 2 side forms a concave curved bottom surface in the inner bag storage chamber 2.

The content discharge part 4 is formed so as to protrude from the periphery of the grip part 3, and has a discharge path 5 that communicates the outside of the container 1 with the inside of the inner bag storage part 2. The content discharge part 4 has an extension pipe 40 extending from the grip part 3 and a nozzle member 41 detachably attached to one end opening of the extension pipe 40. The opening 25 on the inner bag storage chamber 2 side of the discharge path 5 is opened in a circular or elliptical shape in the inner bag storage chamber 2, and the opening 27 on the container outer side of the discharge path 5 is formed on the nozzle member 41. An opening is provided at the tip of the nozzle portion 45.

The nozzle member 41 has an inner cylindrical portion 44 to be inserted into the extension tube 40 slightly inside the cylindrical portion 43 of the connecting portion 42 formed in a celestial cylindrical shape. The nozzle member 41 is fixed to the extension tube 40 so as to be detachable by providing threaded protrusions on the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 43 located on the outer side and the outer surface of the extension tube 40. Yes.

The inner bag 50 in which the contents are stored is disposed in the inner bag storage chamber 2, and when the nozzle member 41 is fixed to the extension pipe 40, the mouth portion of the inner bag 50 is interposed therebetween. By sandwiching, the mouth portion is fixed to the content discharge portion 4 or the vicinity thereof. The nozzle member 41 has a leakage prevention valve 48 at one end of the nozzle flow path 46 on the inner bag storage chamber 2 side. The leak prevention valve 48 closes the nozzle flow path 46 when the inner bag 50 is not pressurized, and prevents the contents 33 from leaking out. On the other hand, when the inner bag 50 is pressurized and the contents 33 are pushed out, the contents are allowed to pass through.

Since the nozzle member 41 is detachably provided and can be easily exchanged, the length and diameter of the nozzle internal flow passage 46 leading to the opening 27 on the outside of the container, the dimensions of the opening 27, and the like are different. It is possible to replace the nozzle member 41 with a brush having a brush 47 around it with a nozzle member without the brush 47, or the like.

As shown in FIG. 3, the partition wall 23 has a check valve (first check valve 28) that sends air in the air chamber 22 toward the inner bag storage chamber 2 when the pressing deformation portion 15 is pressed. The ventilation path 31 is provided.
The first check valve 28 is provided in an air passage 31 formed in the partition wall 23. As shown in FIG. 3, when the pressure deforming portion 15 is pressed and deformed by hand, the air passage 31 is opened. It opens, and the air in the air chamber 22 is sent in the inner bag storage chamber 2, more specifically, between the inner surface of the inner bag storage chamber 2 and the outer surface of the inner bag 50. Thereby, the internal pressure of the inner bag storage chamber 2 is increased, the inner bag 50 is crushed by the air pressure, and the contents 33 in the inner bag 50 are pushed out from the opening 27 of the nozzle portion 45. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the air passage 31 is blocked by the first check valve 28 when the pressing of the pressing deformation portion 15 is released. This prevents the air in the inner bag storage chamber 2 from flowing back to the air chamber 22.

In addition, the grip portion 3 has a check valve (second check valve 29) that sucks outside air (air outside the container 1) into the air chamber 22 when the pressing of the pressing deformation portion 15 is released. An intake passage 32 is provided.
The second check valve 29 is provided in the intake passage 32 formed in the top surface portion 14, and as shown in FIG. Blockade. On the other hand, when the pressing is released after the pressing deformation portion 15 is pressed, the pressing deformation portion 15 returns to its original state by its restoring elasticity as shown in FIG. At the time of this return, the second check valve 29 opens the intake passage 32, and outside air is sucked into the air chamber 22 through the intake passage 32.

According to the content extruding container 1 of the present embodiment, the inner bag 50 is repeatedly pressed and released when the inner bag 50 is filled with a liquid or gel-like content 33 and then the pressing deformation portion 15 is pressed. Can be gradually crushed and the contents 33 can be pushed out.
Therefore, the amount and speed of the contents to be discharged can be arbitrarily controlled by appropriately controlling the speed at which the pressing of the pressing deformation portion 15 is repeated.
The filling of the contents 33 into the inner bag 50 may be performed by removing the lid 7 and the nozzle member 41 and taking out the inner bag 50 from the inner bag storage chamber 2. By injecting from the outside through the passage 46, the inner bag 50 may be carried out without being taken out from the inner bag storage chamber 2.

Moreover, since the content extruding container 1 of this embodiment has the partition 23 between the air chamber 22 and the inner bag storage chamber 2, even if it deform | transforms the press deformation part 15, it hardly deform | transforms. It is possible to prevent the amount of air sent to the inner bag storage chamber 2 from greatly fluctuating due to a single press. Therefore, an appropriate amount of contents can be stably extruded.

Moreover, the content extruding container 1 of the present embodiment can repeatedly press the pressing deformation portion 15 with one hand while holding it in the other hand. “One hand” means that the right hand is in the right hand, and the left hand is in the left hand.
Therefore, for example, when filling hair or scalp treatment agents such as hair coloring agents such as hair colors, hair growth agents, hair styling agents, shampoos, and massage agents as contents, and applying them to the hair, move the application site It is also easy to perform the coating operation while making it happen. In addition, while performing the coating operation using the content extruding container 1, it is possible to simultaneously perform another operation with the hand that does not have the container.
Examples of the contents to be contained and discharged in the contents extrusion container 1 include stationery such as paints, foods such as mayonnaise, ketchup, and the like in addition to the above-described hair or scalp treatment agent. However, the contents in the present invention are not limited to these.

From the standpoint that the holding part 3 can be easily pushed out with one hand while holding it with one hand, the thickness T is preferably 2 to 7 cm, and preferably 4 to 5 cm. Is more preferable.

The material of each part of the content extruding container 1 will be described.
For example, a polyolefin-based thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene, a thermoplastic elastomer, or the like can be used as a material for forming the pressing deformation portion 15. From the viewpoint of naturally returning to the original state by releasing the pressure, polypropylene is preferable. Examples of the thermoplastic elastomer include styrene elastomers, polyolefin elastomers, polyester elastomers, polyamide elastomers, and the like.

Moreover, it is preferable that the press deformation | transformation part 15 is made into the convex curved surface shape of a circular arc shape of a cross section whose curvature radius is 50 mm-100 mm from a viewpoint of returning naturally to an original state after a deformation | transformation.

Moreover, the forming material of the inner bag 50 does not allow liquid to pass and is preferably relatively flexible. Examples of a preferable material for forming the inner bag 50 include polyolefin-based thermoplastic resins such as polypropylene and polyethylene. The material for forming the inner bag 50 is preferably polyethylene from the viewpoint of reducing the remaining amount.
