Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a cleaning apparatus for adhering materials of equipment for installing and using an apparatus main body at a construction site or in the vicinity thereof in order to clean the equipment to which paint or other dirt adheres during construction.

In many cases, the construction of buildings, buildings, etc. or renovation is accompanied by painting work, but the safe treatment of the paint adhering to the tools used in the painting work becomes a problem. The safe treatment here means that the water pollution and soil pollution regulations stipulated in the Basic Environmental Law should be satisfied, the Water Pollution Control Law, the Waste Management Law, the Lake Law, and the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Law. It means treatment that satisfies various regulations stipulated by the Sewerage and Septic Tank Law and local governments.

The paint currently used for painting work is mainly water-based paint (water-based paint), and the wastewater generated by the cleaning is water-soluble synthetic resin blend paint, synthetic resin emulsion paint, thin finish, multi-layer finish, floor It is generated by processing coating materials, water-based rust-preventing paints, sealers, and base preparation coating materials. For example, in construction work using water-based paints and water-based mortar materials, cleaning wastewater from equipment used for painting such as brushes and rollers is either sent to industrial exhaust treatment or separated and agglomerated using a water tank and discarded. Was. Because of this situation, it is impossible to avoid the occurrence of human error, and sometimes there is a possibility of accidents where washing wastewater flows out without treatment. In case of contamination, the industrial waste disposal law violation, water pollution prevention law violation, etc. will be asked.

On the other hand, the prior art includes, for example, a waste liquid treatment system found in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-211182. The above invention is referred to as a clean water treatment system for polluted waste liquid containing water-based paint, and is shown as an on-vehicle transport type that is transported by being mounted on a truck, a wagon, etc., but a power device such as a stirring motor or pump It is a large-scale equipment equipped with a power supply or fuel. Therefore, it is unsuitable for relatively small-scale applications, such as being brought into a construction site and cleaned each time required by a person engaged in construction work such as painting. In addition, there is a situation in which it is difficult to obtain even a space for parking a vehicle as described above in a work place where there is a limit to a site that can be used like a condominium in the city center.

特開2005−211822号JP 2005-211182 A

The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and the problem is that wastewater generated by washing of paint even in a work place where the space that can be used is limited, such as renovation work of a condominium in a downtown area. It is an object of the present invention to provide a device for cleaning deposits of instruments that can properly handle the above. Another object of the present invention is to easily clean brushes, rollers, paint containers and other equipment used for painting whenever necessary for those who are engaged in painting work on the construction site. An object of the present invention is to provide a device for cleaning the deposits of instruments suitable for use.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention relates to an apparatus for installing and using an apparatus main body at or near a construction site in order to wash paints and other instruments with dirt on the construction. It is possible to store cleaning wastewater that has been washed with water or other equipment that is contaminated with dirt, and when the cleaning wastewater is stored in order to perform necessary treatment including neutralization and coagulation on the cleaning wastewater. When draining cleaning wastewater that has been closed to the mouth and provided with an opening / closing part that opens the drainage outlet when detaching cleaning wastewater, and detachably placed inside the storage tank, and where necessary processing has been performed A first separation means having a coarse filter for collecting agglomerated or solid content and a washing wastewater discharged from the storage tank, and collecting the solid content that has passed through the first separation means The coarse filter Remote in which it took measures that configured by including a second separation means comprising a fine filter with a fine mesh.

The apparatus of the present invention is used for cleaning instruments to which water-based paint or other dirt after coating is attached, and the instruments to be cleaned include brushes for painting, rollers, spats, or small quantities. Bread and potatoes with the paint of In addition, the apparatus of the present invention is intended to clean the above-mentioned instruments to which water-based paint or other dirt used for painting is attached by installing the apparatus main body at or near the site of painting work. It is. The minimum size required for installing the device main body is about 0.5 to 1.0 square meters as a guideline. It is also desirable that the weight be such that it can be lifted and moved by a small number of workers as required.

Equipment with water-based paint or other dirt is first washed away with running water or the equipment is washed in a washing container. Is stored at one end, and necessary processing including neutralization and aggregation is performed on the stored washing wastewater. In general, washing wastewater that is alkaline is neutralized for detoxification, and agglomeration is required to separate components in the washing wastewater. In order to store the cleaning wastewater in the storage tank, an opening / closing unit is provided that closes the drain port when storing the cleaning waste water and opens the drain port when discharging the cleaning waste water. In the storage tank, since the agitation is performed for the neutralization and agglomeration treatment, it may be formed in a cylindrical shape so as to facilitate the agitation.

Inside the storage tank, a first separation means including a coarse filter that collects agglomerates or solids when discharging the washing wastewater having undergone the necessary treatment to the outside of the tank is detachably disposed. Yes. The first separation means collects agglomerates or solids produced by neutralizing and agglomerating the washing waste water, and the agglomerates or solids are mainly bones in the flock-like paint component and the mortar component. Inorganic materials such as wood. The coarse filter has a structure called a plain weave, a twill weave, a tatami fold, or the like, and preferably has a mesh size capable of collecting mainly flock-like ones.

Further, the storage tank receives the washing wastewater discharged from the storage tank and collects the solid content that has passed through the first separation means, and has a fine filter having a finer mesh than the coarse filter. Two separation means are attached. The second separation means is mainly intended to repair aggregates in the mortar component. The coarse filter has a structure called a plain weave, a twill weave, a tatami fold, etc., and a mesh size capable of collecting fine aggregates is desirable.

In the apparatus of the present invention, a sink is provided in the apparatus main body, which serves as a cleaning container for cleaning water-based paints or other instruments having dirt attached thereto, and the storage tank is disposed in an opening formed on the bottom surface of the sink. be able to. The sink is suitable for pre-washing applications in which it is washed away with running water or instruments are washed in a washing container. In the case of using a sink, a washing net that cleans the water-based paint or other instruments having dirt attached thereto can be disposed on the bottom surface of the sink so as to cover the opening.

The device body can be provided with adjustable legs to keep the reservoir and sink substantially horizontal. The apparatus of the present invention is assumed to be installed in a work place where the space that can be used is limited, such as an apartment renovation work, but a horizontal installation surface is not always obtained in such a place, Since it is difficult to obtain an appropriate drainage gradient, the height of the leg can be adjusted in such a case, so that the apparatus of the present invention can be installed at any place.

Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, it can be installed without any problem in a work place where the space that can be used is limited, such as renovation work of a condominium in a downtown area. Even if there are water-borne paints or other equipment with dirt on it, wastewater generated by washing the paints can be properly treated, human errors are eliminated, and each law is regulated. There is an effect that it becomes possible to carry out industrial waste treatment in compliance with the above. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily clean brushes, rollers, paint containers and other equipment used for painting each time a person who is engaged in the construction such as painting at the site of the construction needs. It is possible and suitable for such applications, so that environmental awareness of workers engaged in painting work and other workers can be raised, construction can be performed without damaging the environment, and maintenance of equipment Since it is possible at any time, it will contribute to the quality improvement of the painting work. Then, the apparatus of the present invention makes it possible to make a processing facility and reduce the cost of measures against waste liquid.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an example of an apparatus 10 according to the present invention, 11 is an apparatus main body, 12 is a sink constituting an upper part, and a storage tank 14 is provided in the lower part. On the bottom surface of the sink 12, a washing net 17 for cleaning instruments to which a water-based paint or other dirt is attached is disposed so as to cover the opening 13 (see FIG. 4).

As the washing net 17, a sheet-like member such as an expanded metal product having an uneven surface is suitable so that the paint adhered by rubbing tools such as a brush and a roller can be washed away (see FIG. 5). The washing net 17 shown in the figure is formed in a shape slightly smaller than the inner dimension of the sink 12 so as to be fixed on the bottom wall with the inner wall. However, the rectangular side may be hinged to the bottom surface of the sink, etc., and may be used by being tilted to the bottom surface or standing up as necessary.

In the present invention, a first separation means 18 having a coarse filter is provided inside the storage tank 14. The first separating means 18 collects agglomerates or solids using the screen 19c surrounding the trunk as a coarse filter. A bottom plate 19a, which is a mekra lid, is provided in order to collect solid contents such as mortar contained in the waste water, and a collection frame 19b is provided around the bottom plate 19a in order to allow the washing waste water to overflow. The separating means 18 is formed in a cylindrical shape that can be accommodated inside the storage tank 14, and the outer diameter R <b> 2 of the collection frame 19 b is different from the inner diameter R <b> 1 of the storage tank 14 and is suitable for the passage of water flow. The gap S is designed to be formed between them. For example, a screen made of a fine mesh or the like is suitable for the screen 19c.

The second separation means having a fine filter having a finer mesh than the coarse filter in order to receive the washing wastewater discharged from the storage tank 14 and collect the solid content that has passed through the first separation means 18. 21 is provided. Reference numeral 20 denotes an opening / closing section, which closes the drain port when storing the cleaning waste water, and opens the drain port when discharging the cleaning waste water. The second separation means 21 is provided with a relatively small-diameter opening 22 at the bottom of the storage tank 14 as the drain outlet, and a drain trap 23 is attached to the lower portion of the opening 22, and a fine filter is installed inside the drain trap 23. It is arranged.

For this purpose, the second separating means 21 is, for example, of a basket type having a bag-like structure using polyethylene fibers at the bottom and the periphery (FIGS. 7A and 7B). The fine filter is formed in such a size as to generate a gap S ′ around the fine filter, and is accommodated in the drain trap 23. The drain trap 23 has a small-diameter final drain port 24 at the center of the bottom, and when a drain pipe 25 such as a hose is connected thereto, the final waste water is discharged from here. Reference numeral 21 a denotes an extender of the second separating means 21, which is taken in and out from the storage tank 14 into the drain trap 23.

Further, in the present invention, the apparatus main body 11 is provided with leg posts 26 at the four corners, but the leg posts 26 are provided with a height adjusting mechanism in order to keep the storage tank 14 and the sink 12 substantially horizontal. That is, the leg 26 has a pedestal base 28 that can move up and down at the lower end and has a plurality of positioning holes 27 in the vertical direction. The engaging portion is provided, and a bolt (not shown) is screwed and fixed to the positioning hole 27 and the engaging portion to adjust the height of the four leg posts 26. Reference numeral 29 denotes a fixed hardware, which is attached to the pedestal base 28 in order to fix the pedestal 26 to the installation part (FIG. 7C).

The apparatus main body 11 is provided with moving handles 30 near the four corners of the sink portion. Further, a reinforcing shelf 31 is provided between the lower portion of the apparatus main body 11 and between the legs, and the illustrated reinforcing shelf 31 increases the strength of the apparatus main body and has a saw-like structure for cleaning work. It is also used for storing instruments to be used or cleaned instruments.

In the apparatus 10 for cleaning a deposit of instruments according to the present invention configured as described above, a craftsman or the like engaged in a painting work performs a painting work, and a water-based paint such as a brush, a roller, or a container, or other dirt. Wash the instruments that are attached. In that case, in the illustrated example, water can be accumulated in the sink 12 and washed. If the washing water accumulated in the storage tank 14 has reached a certain level that can be perceived as a limit by experience, first, the pH of the washing wastewater is measured using a PH meter, and the storage of equipment The neutralizing agent is taken up from No. 16, and an appropriate amount is charged according to the PH value, and the neutralization treatment is performed so that the washing waste water is within the range of PH 5.7 to 8.7. Next, a flocculant is added to the neutralized washing wastewater, and the faucet 15 is opened to cause a water flow, or the washing wastewater is stirred manually to separate paint components and the like (first filtration). Here, the separated agglomerates are collected by lifting the first separating member 18 together with the basket-like main body, and discarded. Thereafter, the opening / closing part 20 is opened to allow the washing wastewater to flow out to the drain trap 23. At this time, the separated product of the first filtration is filtered by passing through the screen 19c (second filtration). Since mortar aggregate, residue and other solid precipitates have a relatively large specific gravity, they accumulate on the bottom lid 19 and are collected and discarded. The washing wastewater that has passed through the second filtration flows into the second separation means 21 and is filtered by passing through the drain trap 23 (third filtration). The collected matter in the drain trap 23 is recovered and discarded in the same manner as described above. The final drainage is treated by connecting it to a connection destination such as a sewage tank or a separately prepared filter.

As described above, the cleaning device 10 of the present invention is not limited to the one having the single sink 12 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, but two or more of them are continuously formed on the left and right. In the case of two units, as shown in FIG. 8, it is also possible to configure the cleaning apparatus 10 'by combining the front and rear. In this way, it is possible to deal with larger-scale construction and purify the cleaning wastewater generated therefrom as needed. The cleaning devices 10 and 10 'of the present invention are suitable for treating a relatively small amount of cleaning wastewater at a work place where the space that can be used is limited, such as renovation work of an apartment. However, it can be used not only for renovation and repair work of buildings, but also for new construction work, and it is clear that it has the expected effect. That is, since the amount of washing waste water is not questioned, its application is wide.
