円筒状の枠（２）内に、円筒体ディスプレイ（３）を設ける。
基台（１）は底板（４）を有し、不透明な素材などで構成し、なお基台（１）の内側には再生装置（５）を取り付ける。
画像を記憶したＤＶＤ、メモリ等などの挿入口（１３）を設ける。
基台（１）の上に円筒状の枠（２）が固定され、この円筒状の枠（２）は、透明な素材（合成樹脂）などの内部が見えるように形成されている。

ディスプレイにおいては、円筒体に限らず平面体等種々のものが適用され得るもので、上蓋においても種々の装飾形等も適用される。
平面体ディスプレイにおいては、種々立体的な画像等を記憶したＤＶＤ，メモリ等によって映し出す事が出来る。
ＤＶＤ、メモリ等に、赤、白、青の帯状模様が螺旋状に施された画像を記憶させ円筒体ディスプレイ（３）に映し出し、その映し出された画像を円筒体ディスプレイ（３）下部位より上部位に向かって移動させることを特徴とした、画像の移動式サインポールである。
かつ円筒体ディスプレイ（３）に映し出された画像移動速度の変更など操作することができるのである。
このサインポールの作用を説明する。
サインポール（Ａ）の使用においては、電源（１４）を入れることによって、基台（１）の内側に取り付けられている再生装置（５）や円筒状の枠（２）の内側に設けられている円筒体ディスプレイ（３）に通電される、
再生装置（５）に画像を記憶したＤＶＤ、メモリ等などを挿入することによって、円筒体ディスプレイ（３）の表面には、その全周にわたって、赤、白、青の帯状模様が螺旋状に施された画像が映し出される、
その映し出された画像を円筒体ディスプレイ（３）下部位より上部位に向かって上昇移動させることで、回転筒を表現することができる。
鮮明さにおいても液晶等のディスプレイなので、従来の蛍光灯等よりも数十倍もの明るさがあり、美麗で看者に対しても充分なインパクトを与えることが可能となりサインポールとしての効果が大きいものとなる。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
