Description

The present invention relates to a floor finishing panel in which a stone board such as a tile or a stone board is attached to a base board, and more particularly to a floor finishing panel in which joint materials are provided on the side surfaces of the stone board.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 3-275343 discloses a floor finishing panel in which a stone board such as a tile, a natural stone board, or an artificial stone board is attached to a base board with an adhesive or the like. In the same publication, this floor finish panel is called a stone composite board.

In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-275343, when the base plates are brought into contact with each other, an empty joint gap is generated between the stone plates, so that the base plate can be seen and the appearance is inferior. Moreover, dust tends to accumulate in the joint gap.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-30105 describes that, in a tile panel formed by sticking a plurality of tiles to a plywood board in an aligned state, a joint joint is provided on the side surface of the tile panel.

When a joint material is attached to the side surface of the floor finishing panel, the joint material is attached to the side surface of the joint material with an adhesive or an adhesive. It is not easy to adhere smoothly. If the joint material is higher than the specified height, the joint material will be noticeable after the construction of the floor finish panel, and the aesthetics will be impaired. If the joint material is too low, the joint becomes too deep, and the aesthetics become worse, or dust tends to accumulate in the joint.

In particular, when a joint material is attached to the side surface of a floor finish panel at a construction site, such a problem is likely to occur.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems and to provide a floor finishing panel in which a joint material is well provided at a specified height on the side surface of the floor finishing panel.

The floor finishing panel of the present invention (Claim 1) is a floor finishing panel in which a stone plate is attached to a base plate, and a joint material is provided on the side surface of the stone plate. The floor finish panel according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in claim 1, the stone board projects from an edge of the upper surface of the base plate, and the joint material is attached to the side surface of the projecting stone board. It is what.

The floor finish panel according to claim 3 is characterized in that, in claim 1 or 2, at least a side surface in the outward direction of the lower portion of the joint material is retreated to the base plate side from a side surface of the upper portion of the joint material. Is.

The floor finishing panel according to claim 4 is a floor finishing panel in which a stone plate is attached to a base plate, and a joint material is provided on a side surface of the stone plate, and a protruding portion protruding from the joint material is provided. It is characterized by engaging with the lower edge of the stone plate.

In the floor finish panel according to claim 1, since the lower end of the joint material is in contact with the upper surface of the male, the vertical height of the joint material is uniquely determined, and the joint material is smooth and stipulated without undulation. Arranged. Further, the joint material is prevented from sinking after the construction.

In the floor finish panel according to claim 2, the joint material does not interfere with the upper part of the side surface of the base plate.

Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a floor finishing panel according to an embodiment, (a) is a longitudinal sectional view of an end portion of a floor finishing panel arranged adjacently, (b) is a sectional view after construction, (c The figure is an enlarged sectional view of the joint material. 2 to 6 are cross-sectional views showing different embodiments.

[Embodiment of FIG. 1]
As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the floor finishing panel 2 constructed on the frame floor surface 1 includes a base plate 3, a stone plate 4 attached on the base plate 3, and a stone. A joint material 5 attached to the side surfaces of two adjacent sides of the plywood 4 is provided.

The frame floor 1 is made of joists, plywood, concrete, or the like. As the base board 3, what consists of a plywood board, a calcium silicate board, a slag gypsum board, a slate board, a wood type fiber board, a particle board etc. is used. The thickness of the base plate 3 is preferably about 5 to 15 mm.

In this embodiment, the male fruit 3a protrudes from the side surfaces 3c of the two adjacent sides (first and second sides) of the base plate 3, and the remaining two sides (third and fourth sides) side surfaces. A female fruit 3b is recessed in 3g. In this embodiment, the side surface 4a of the stone plate 4 protrudes from the upper side surface 3d of the first and second sides of the base plate 3 by a predetermined length (for example, about 0.5 to 2 mm). Therefore, the joint material 5 does not interfere with the upper side surface 3d.

The real part may have a shape other than shown. For example, the male fruit 3a and the female fruit 3b are provided in the middle of the base plate 3 in the thickness direction, but may be provided in the lower part.

The stone plate 4 is preferably a ceramic tile or a stone plate made of natural stone or artificial stone. The thickness of the stone plate 4 is preferably about 2 to 10 mm.

In addition, when using a tile as the stone board 4, it will be as follows if an example of the dimension of the baseplate 3 and a tile is given.
(1) A tile of about 300 × 300 mm is stretched on a base plate of 300 × 300 mm.
(2) Two about 300 × 300 mm tiles or one about 300 × 600 mm tile is stretched on a base plate of 300 × 600 mm.
(3) Six about 300 × 300 mm tiles or three about 300 × 600 mm tiles are stretched on a base plate of 300 × 1800 mm.

However, the dimensions (1) to (3) are merely examples, and do not limit the present invention.

As the joint material 5, foamed rubber (for example, foamed EPDM, foamed NR, foamed CR, foamed NBR, foamed silicone rubber), elastic resin such as foamed synthetic resin (for example, foamed polyethylene, foamed polyurethane, foamed polyvinyl chloride), hot melt Soft joint materials (including foam melt), hard plastics such as PET, vinyl chloride, acrylic resin, rubber solid, low foam rubber, low foam synthetic resin, hot melt (including foam melt), stainless steel, aluminum, etc. A hard joint material made of a metallic material or the like is suitable.

However, a hard joint of at least about 20 N / cm 2 is preferable so that the joint width can be kept constant between the side surfaces 4 a and 4 b of both stone plates 4 and 4 facing each other with the joint interposed therebetween.

The lower end of the joint material 5 is in contact with the upper surface of the male body 3 a of the base plate 3. The joint material 5 is provided over the entire length of the two side surfaces 4 a and 4 a along the first and second sides of the stone plate 4.

In this embodiment, the side surface on the side of the stone plate side surface 4a of the joint material 5 is a flat surface extending from the upper end to the lower end of the joint material 5, but as described above, the upper side surface 3d of the base plate 3 is made of stone. The joint material 5 and the side surface 3d do not interfere with each other because the material plate is retracted from the side surface 4a. On the outward side surface of the joint material 5 opposite to this, the side surface of the joint material lower portion 5b recedes toward the stone plate 4 side (upper side surface 3d side of the base plate 3) than the side surface of the joint material upper portion 5a. is doing. In the illustrated joint material 5, the upper width W 1 is preferably about 1 to 5 mm, and the difference W 1 -W 2 between the lower width W 2 and W 1 is preferably 0.5 mm or more.

The height of the joint material lower portion 5b is equal to or slightly larger than the height of the side surface 3f above the female body 3b of the base plate 3. For this reason, the joint material 5 does not interfere with the side surface 3f when the floor finishing panels 2 and 2 are brought into contact with each other.

The joint material 5 is provided so that the upper surface thereof is slightly lower than the upper surface of the stone plate 4, and the joint material 5 protrudes upward from the joint gap when the floor finishing panels 2 and 2 are put together. Is preventing.

Reference numeral 3c in the figure indicates the lower base plate side surface of the male fruit 3a. 3f and 3g indicate the upper and lower base plate side surfaces of the female fruit 3b. In this embodiment, the base plate side surface 3f and the upper stone plate side surface 4b are flush with each other, but the side surface 3f may recede from the side surface 4b.

In order to construct each floor finishing panel 2 on the cabinet floor surface 1, a plurality of floor finishing panels 2 are placed on the cabinet floor surface 1 so that there are gaps between the base plates 3 and 3.

Next, the floor finishing panel 2 is pushed and moved so that the base plates 3 and 3 are brought closer to each other while the male fruit 3a and the female fruit 3b of the floor finishing panels 2 and 2 are engaged. The floor finishing panel 2 is basically fixed to the housing with an adhesive. You may use a nail and a screw for temporary fixation in that case.

In a state in which the floor finishing panels 2 and 2 are abutted with each other, the joint material 5 is disposed in a joint gap between them, and the base plate 3 is not visually recognized, and the appearance is good. Further, the joint width can be easily adjusted, workability is improved, and a beautiful joint finish can be easily obtained.

In this embodiment, since the joint material 5 is arranged at a specified height, the appearance is good. Moreover, the whole joint material 5 will be supported from the lower side by the male 3a, and even if the joint material 5 is pushed strongly from the top after construction, it will not sink.

[Embodiment of FIG. 2]
In the floor finishing panel 2A of FIG. 2, the joint material 5A has a rectangular cross-sectional shape and has an equal width from the upper end to the lower end. This joint material 5A has a simple shape and is inexpensive. Moreover, since it is not necessary to consider a direction when attaching to the side surface of the stone board 4, attachment work is easy.

The other structure of FIG. 2 is the same as FIG.

[Embodiment of FIG. 3]
In the floor finishing panel 2B of FIG. 3, the lower part 5c has a small width as the joint material 5B which is retreated from the side face of the upper part 5a on both the side face on the base plate side and the side face facing outward. Other configurations are the same as those in FIG. Since this joint material 5B does not have to consider the direction when it is attached to the side surface of the stone plate 4, the attachment work is easy. Further, since the length between the upper portions 3d and 3f of the base plate is the same as the length of the stone plate, it is easy to attach the stone plate and the same function as in FIG. 1 can be obtained.

[Embodiment of FIG. 4]
In the floor finishing panel 2 </ b> C of FIG. 4, a convex portion 5 d protrudes from the lower end of the joint material 5 </ b> C toward the stone plate 4, and this convex portion 5 d is engaged with the lower end edge of the stone plate 4. Thereby, even when the joint material 5c is arranged at a specified height and an upward tensile force is applied to the joint material 5C, the convex portion 5d is not caught and detached. Other configurations are the same as those in FIG.

[Embodiment of FIG. 5]
In the floor finishing panel 2D of FIG. 5, a low step portion 3h is provided on the top surface of the base plate 3D along the first and second sides, and there is a gap between the bottom surface of the stone plate 4 and the bottom plate 3D. It is supposed to be formed. From the lower end of the main body portion 5f of the joint material 5D, a convex portion 5e protrudes so as to enter the gap. When this convex part 5e engages with the lower end edge of the stone board 4, the joint material 5D is arrange | positioned in regulation height.

This floor finishing panel 2D is constructed in the same manner as in FIG. 1 according to the procedure of FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), and the main body 5f is clamped between the stone plates 4 and 4.

In the floor finishing panel 2D, the side surface 4a of the stone plate 4 is set back from the side surface 3d of the base plate 3D on the first and second sides of the base plate 3D. A notch-shaped step portion 5g is provided on the lower side of the joint material 5D and on the side opposite to the convex portion 5e. The level of the stepped portion 5g is the same level as or slightly higher than the upper surface on the side surface 3f side of the base plate 3D of the floor finishing panel 2D that is adjacently disposed. Therefore, when the floor finishing panels 2D and 2D are brought into contact with each other as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the main body portion 5f does not interfere with the base plate side surface 3f of the adjacent floor finishing panel 2D.

[Embodiment of FIG. 6]
