本発明は、ポンプで揚水をする時は最初にポンプ内へ呼び水を注入充満させ、ポンプを運転することで吸水管の中が真空状態になり呼び水されて吸水管の中が満水になり、吸水ポンプアップできるのである、そのさい揚水不能の場合は、ポンプの真空能力、複雑に配管された吸水配管の密閉不足で空気混入等が考えられる、その場合不具合場所を検知するためには部分的に吸水配管を分断しポンプの真空吸引力を利用し、分断された吸水管の口面、又はポンプの吸い口面など適所において、大、小口径配管へ汎用的に対応できる吸着盤をワンタッチで吸着させ、コイル状ホースに連結接続された真空計の指針数値でポンプの真空能力状態、空気混入不具合場所を簡単に点検検査し不具合場所を特定できる、又コイル状ホースに連結接続された真空計は、真空計取付けホルダーに固着されたマグネット盤で適所に磁着設置できる、又吸着盤と真空計を分離しコイル状ホースで連結接続する事により、狭所での吸着盤の使用が可能になる、揚水ポンプ、吸水管真空状態診断汎用吸着真空検査器に関するものである。 In the present invention, when pumping water, the priming water is first injected and filled in the pump, and by operating the pump, the suction pipe is evacuated and priming is performed, and the suction pipe becomes full. 図1は組立て完成された配管汎用吸着真空検査器の正面図である、図2は組立て完成された配管汎用吸着真空検査器の背面図である、図3においては図1を分解した正面分解図であり、1は一般に市販されている真空計である、2はコイル状に成型加工され延び縮み自在な適宜に硬さのあるつぶれにくい材質でできたホースである、3は気密性ゴム質吸着板4を支持する大型座金で、中心部は穴開きでL型中空ネジ切り加工された継ぎ手金具を固着一体化されており、コイル状ホー2を接続する接続金具6を取付ける、4は中心部穴抜き加工されたゴム質吸着板で吸水配管適所において、最適に接着しうる気密性のある適宜素材でできた吸着板で大型座金3へ固着一体化されている、5は中空異径外周オス、オスネジ加工された継ぎ手であり真空計ホルダー8を中空内週ネジ切り加工された継ぎ手金具7とで締付け固定する、6は大型座金3とコイル状ホース2を接続する中空異径外周オス、オスネジ切り加工された接続金具である7は真空計ホルダー8の締付け固定と真空計を取付ける、中空内面ネジ切り加工された継ぎ手金具である、8は真空計を安定に固定される為のホルダーで背面にはマグネット盤が固着された物である、9は真空計ホルダー8へ固着されたマグネット盤であり適材適所へ真空計を安定に磁着設置できる、図4においては、図2を分解した背面図であり、1から9は上述したとおりである。
図5において10は図1にみられる本発明の揚水ポンプ、配管真空状態診断汎用吸着真空検査器であり、エンジンポンプ19、吸水配管12、14、16サクション吸水管締付けバンド13、三方切換えバルブ15、送水管18、貯留タンク17で構成された模擬設備(以下設備)の外部水源吸水方向の、サクション吸水管の先端のストレーナー11を取り外し汎用吸着真空検査器10を吸着させ、設備全体の真空状態点検検査の状態図である、15aは三方切換えバルブ15を拡大図にて示すもので、切換えハンドルの矢印で吸水回路が解るものである。
図6においては、サクション吸水管12を分断して三方切換えバルブ15のサクション吸水管取付け部にて汎用吸着真空検査器10を吸着させ点検検査の状態説明図であり、この場所において汎用吸着真空検査器の指針の数値が正常である場合には、サクション吸水管の取付け部14との嵌合せ部からの空気混入か、サクション吸水管本体12の穴開き空気混入不良が判明できるのである。
図7においては、貯留タンク17方向からの吸入配管16を分断して、三方切換えバルブを貯留タンク方向より吸入する状態に切換えて、汎用吸着真空検査器10を吸着させ点検検査の状態説明図である、この状態で汎用吸着真空検査器10の指針の数値が異状である場合は三方切換えバルブ15からの空気混入不良の可能性あり、この状態で三方切換えバルブの、外部水源方向の口を密閉してみる事で三方切換えバルブの不良がより解明できる。
図8においては、エンジンポンプ19と三方切換えバルブ15を切り離し、汎用吸着真空検査器10をエンジンポンプ19の吸入口へ吸着させ点検検査の状態説明図である、この場合汎用吸着真空検器10の指針の数値を読み取ることでポンプの能力が判明でき能力不足の場合、ポンプの部品であるメナニカルシール、ケーシング、羽根車、パッキン等の磨耗、劣化などが考えられ、この場合はポンプを分解点検して不良部品を交換することにより、ポンプの能力再生ができるのである、汎用吸着真空検査器10の指針の数値が正常である場合にはポンプの状態は正常であり、吸着させた状態でポンプを停止させ時間経過と共に、真空計の指針の降下速度でもポンプの能力判断も可能である。FIG. 1 is a front view of the assembled general piping adsorption vacuum tester.
