Description

The present invention relates to an open type clean bench corresponding to a clean bench whose working space is a clean air space.

Clean benches are often used for the assembly and temporary storage of precision machines, as well as for dispensing in medical institutions. In a typical clean bench, only the front surface of the work bench is an opening for work, and the other surfaces are enclosed to maintain cleanliness, and a clean air outlet is provided in the enclosure. It is arranged so that the operator puts his hand through the front working opening and works. A clean bench having such a basic structure and various functions has also been proposed. Examples of known publications proposing these clean benches include Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, and Patent Document 3.

Conventionally known clean benches have many work openings that are narrow, and have difficulty in assembling precision machines and the like. In addition, when the product or manufactured parts are moved as in the production line, the enclosure is obstructive and cannot be used. In that case, measures such as putting the entire line into a clean room have been taken, but there is a problem that the equipment tends to be large.

An object of the present invention is to provide an open type clean bench that is excellent in workability and can provide an excellent clean air space without restricting the object of work.

The present invention provides an open type clean bench that cleans air in an open work space above a work bench, and draws clean air from an air cleaning means that sucks and cleans air outside the open work space. A pair of push hoods having an air flow opening surface that blows out into the work space as a uniform push air flow with a wind speed of 1 m / second or less from the whole so that the push air currents collide with each other and flow out of the open work space. The open work space is set as the most area in the push air flow area between the opposed air flow opening surfaces above the work table, and the open work space is set to face each air flow opening face. It is an open type clean bench characterized by having a high cleanliness compared to other areas.

The open type clean bench of the present invention provides a clean air space having a high cleanness even without an enclosure, and even if the position of the work object fluctuates, the position can be a clean air space having a high cleanliness. . Moreover, since no enclosure is required, workability is high, and the work target is not limited as in a conventional clean bench.

The local air cleaning apparatus (open type clean bench) of the present invention can be installed on a work table as in the case of a conventional clean bench, but can also be installed directly or indirectly on the floor. As an example of indirect installation, there is an example of installing on a stand whose height is adjustable.
When using a workbench, a workbench similar to that used in a conventional clean bench can be used as appropriate.

As the push hood, a push hood having a uniform air blowing mechanism is preferably used. Here, uniform airflow is also called uniform trapped airflow or laminar flow, and when viewed in a cross section perpendicular to the flow, the air flow in a state where the magnitude of the flow velocity is substantially constant throughout the cross section. Say. It is preferable that the variation in the velocity distribution in the absence of an obstacle is within ± 30%, particularly within ± 20% of the average value.

As the push hood, a conventionally known appropriate push hood can be used, but it is desirable that each push hood has a function of changing the wind speed. Thereby, for example, when the installation location of the push hood is moved and the distance between the push hoods is changed, an appropriate wind speed can be easily ensured. In addition, even when the balance of the wind speed is lost due to clogging of the filter in the push hood, the balance of the clean region can be easily restored by adjusting the wind speed.

The push hood has an air suction fan and a filter function so as to suck indoor air and blow out clean air as a push air flow from the air flow opening surface. These may be built in the push hood main body or may exist independently of the main body, and they are all well known.
The push hood to be used can appropriately select functional conditions such as the size of the air flow opening surface and the blowing wind speed, the distance between the push hoods, and the like according to the contents of work and other conditions. As an example, the air flow opening surface may be a positive or rectangular shape having a side of 10 to 60 cm, a blowing wind speed of 0.1 to 1 m / second, and a distance between push hoods of 1 to 3 m.

The clean area of the air flow blown out from one push hood tapers in accordance with the distance from the opening surface, but by making two air flows collide in front, it becomes possible to compensate for the taper clean area. .

The position where the two air currents collide changes depending on the balance of the air flow, and if they are completely the same air flow, they collide with each other at the center and remain constant, but the two air currents collide with each other even if there is a slight difference in air flow. Will change. Therefore, there is a concern that it is very difficult to control a position that maintains a constant state.

However, as a result of the study by the present inventors, when an obstacle exists in the airflow, the position where the two push airflows collide with each other is in the vicinity of the obstacle, and when the obstacle moves, the position where the airflow collides moves with it. There was found. It was also found that this behavior does not matter even if there is a slight difference in the blowing wind speed of the two push hoods.

This means that when the position of the work object moves, the position that maintains a constant state moves following that position, and increases the usability of the local air cleaning device of the present invention.

The pair of push hoods need to be installed so that the air flow opening faces face each other so that the air current collides head-on. When using a workbench, it is installed horizontally at the left and right positions as viewed from the operator, but it can also be installed obliquely or vertically depending on the work contents. The same applies when the work table is not used.

Although it is desirable that the functional conditions of the pair of push hoods be the same as much as possible, in some cases, the functional conditions of both can be changed to some extent. The ratio of wind speeds is acceptable up to about 1: 1.8. The area ratio of the air flow opening surface can be up to about 1: 4. However, when the area ratio is increased, it is preferable to match the air volume.

When the obstacle is interposed as described above, the size of the obstacle is not particularly limited, but is preferably smaller than the airflow opening surface, and may be, for example, about half to one hundredth of the area of the opening surface. The shape is not particularly limited.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on specific examples.
1 and 2 are explanatory views showing an example of the arrangement of the local air cleaning device of the present invention.

In Fig. 1, a pair of push hoods each having an air flow opening face are installed facing each other, outside air and room air are taken in by a fan, air is purified by a high performance filter such as a HEPA filter, and two pushes are passed through a duct. Send to food. At that time, using a flow meter, pressure gauge, etc., measure the air volume so that the air of the same volume comes out from the two push hoods. Of course, the two push hoods may be made independent and a fan filter unit may be connected to each. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 2, the HEPA filter and the fan may be integrated with the push hood, and the two push hoods may be made independent.

Next, an example of measuring air cleanliness when using the local air cleaning device of the present invention will be described.
Unlike the cleanliness class used in the clean clean room used here, it is defined and used as follows.

FIG. 3 shows a test system diagram, and FIG. 4 shows measurement points. Three points are measured at intervals of 50 mm from the center in the height direction of the push hood while changing the distance of the opening surface. Table 1 shows the test conditions.

Figure 2011202945
Figure 2011202945

FIG. 5 shows the cleanliness measured by installing only one push hood having an opening surface of 300 mm × 300 mm and measuring the blown wind speed (V) of 0.6 m / sec. As shown in FIG. 5, the cleanliness in the case of one push hood can be maintained only at about 800 mm even at the center. Near the flow boundary, the distance is even shorter. Considering the flow similarity law, if the opening surface is enlarged, the area for maintaining the cleanliness is expanded, but the disadvantage that the air volume becomes large and the apparatus becomes large becomes remarkable. More importantly, in the case of a single push hood, there is no change in that the cleanliness rapidly decreases from the boundary of the flow.

FIG. 6 shows the measurement results of the cleanliness measured with the same blow hood speed (0.6 m / sec) when two same push hoods as described above are arranged facing each other according to the present invention. Compared with the case of one push hood of FIG. 5, a clear difference is recognized in the way of maintaining the cleanliness. In particular, there is a large difference in cleanliness around the push hood boundary (flow boundary).

To explain the airflow in this case, if the airflow is blown out with the same opening size and the same airflow, the two airflows basically collide with each other in the center, and after colliding with each other, the flow directions are almost vertical without mixing. Change. It flows as if there is a wall there.

The difference in the clean area between the case of one push hood and the case of two push hoods is considered to be as shown in FIG. However, in practice, of course, in the case of (b), the clean region does not taper also in the case of (c). That is, in the case of (c), the clean area is not simply doubled, but most of the area between the push hoods is a clean area.

Next, the relationship between the size of the opening surface of the push hood and the distance between the push hoods that can maintain the cleanliness will be described.
As a result of examining the distance that can maintain the cleanliness while changing the blowing air speed with a push hood with an opening size of 300 mm x 300 mm, the air velocity is very slow when the blowing air speed is 0.2, 0.3 m / sec. It was confirmed that the distances for maintaining cleanliness were not 0.4 m and 0.8 m, respectively. However, it was confirmed that when the blowing wind speed was 0.4 m / sec or more, the air flow was stable and the distance for maintaining cleanliness was about 1.6 m. The measurement result at this time is shown in FIG. However, in FIG. 8, the cleanliness is shown only at the place farthest from each push hood, that is, between the two push hoods. Even if the blowing wind speed is 0.4 m / sec or more, the distance for maintaining cleanliness does not increase so much. For example, the result when the blowing wind speed is 0.8 m / sec and the distance between the push hoods is 2.4 m is as shown in FIG.

The position where the two airflows collide changes depending on the balance of the airflow. In the case of completely the same air volume, it collides with the center and maintains a constant state as it is, but even if there is a slight difference in air volume, the position where the two air currents collide and remain constant changes. Therefore, it is very difficult to control the position that maintains a constant state.

However, it has been found that when an obstacle is present in the airflow, the position where the push air current collides is in the vicinity of the obstacle, and when the obstacle moves, the position where the air current collides moves with it. Moreover, it has been found that this behavior is not affected even if there is a slight difference in the blowing wind speed of the two push hoods.

Two push hoods with an opening size of 300 mm x 300 mm have blown air speeds of 0.6 m / sec and 0.55 m / sec. A pole with a diameter of 30 mm is set between them and the position is moved from the center to the left and right half. As a result of checking the position where the air current collides, it was confirmed that it was always in the pole position, that is, the position where the constant state was maintained was the position of the obstacle.

FIG. 10 is an explanatory diagram showing an example when the local air cleaning device of the present invention is installed in a medical field. Here, a pair of push hoods are placed horizontally against a table on the floor, the doctor is in a clean air space, and the patient is out of the airflow. Thereby, it becomes possible to prevent the doctor from being infected from the patient, and the safety of the doctor can be ensured more reliably.
