Abstract
【解決手段】血中のTARC濃度が健常人の肌の指標となることがわかり、採取されたサンプル中のTARC濃度を測定することで健常人の肌状態の評価する。

Description
(1)採取されたサンプル中のTARC濃度を測定することを含む、健常人の肌状態の評価方法。
(2)前記肌状態を、経皮水分蒸散量、角層水分量、皮膚自覚症状及び角層形態からなる群より選択される一つ以上を用いて評価する、(1)に記載の健常人の肌状態の評価方法。
(3)前記サンプルが、血清である、(1)又は(2)に記載の健常人の肌状態の評価方法。
(4)前記健常人の年齢が、20歳以上60歳未満である、(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の健常人の肌状態の評価方法。
健常人女性における、血清TARC濃度と肌状態の関連性を調べた。即ち、20歳〜60歳の範囲の健常者の168名の女性を対象に、血清TARC濃度と、肌状態として、角層水分量、経皮水分蒸散量、角層細胞面積、角層細胞の配列規則性、角層細胞の剥がれ具合及び皮膚自覚症状等について、定法に従って計測及び評価を行った。結果を図1及び図2に示す。
健常人男女における、血清TARC濃度と肌状態の関連性を調べた。即ち、20歳〜60歳の範囲の健常者223名の男女を対象に、血清TARC濃度と、肌状態として、角層水分量、経皮水分蒸散量、角層細胞面積、角層細胞の配列規則性、角層細胞の剥がれ具合及び皮膚自覚症状等について、定法に従って計測及び評価を行った。結果を図3及び図4、図5、図6に示す。
・血清TARC濃度:腕の静脈より血液を採取し、塩野義製薬(株)製のアラポート(登録商標)TARCを用いて分析した。
・肌状態測定条件:頬と前腕内側を対象部位に、洗浄後20分後、室温20℃、湿度50%の環境室で測定した。
・計測機器:経皮水分蒸散量は、CK社製のTewameter(登録商標)TM210、角層水分量は、IBS社製のSKICON200EXを用いて測定した。
・角層形態:定法により、テープストリッピングにより採取された角層細胞を染色後顕微鏡観察した。面積は、自動画像解析で平均面積として算出した。剥がれ具合及び配列規則性は、専門の評価者が評価基準写真を用いて、5段階及び4段階で算出した。
・統計検定:Speamanの順位和相関分析を用いた。
図3及び図4、図5、図6から、健常な男女の血清TARC濃度と頬の経皮水分蒸散量及び頬角層細胞水分量、角層細胞の剥がれ具合、男女の痒み自覚有無等との間には、各々有意な相関関係を認めた(p<0.01及びp<0.01、p<0.01、p<0.05)。
これより、健常人において、血清TARC濃度と経皮水分蒸散量及び角層細胞水分量、角層細胞の剥がれ具合、痒み自覚等の肌状態との相関関係を利用して、経皮水分蒸散量及び角層細胞水分量、角層細胞の剥がれ具合、痒み自覚等の肌状態を精度良く推定することができることがわかる。
Claims (4)
- 採取されたサンプル中のTARC濃度を測定することを含む、健常人の肌状態の評価方法。
- 記肌状態を、経皮水分蒸散量、角層水分量、皮膚自覚症状及び角層形態からなる群より選択される一つ以上を用いて評価する、請求項1に記載の健常人の肌状態の評価方法。
- 前記サンプルが、血清である、請求項1又は2に記載の健常人の肌状態の評価方法。
- 前記健常人の年齢が、20歳以上60歳未満である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の健常人の肌状態の評価方法。
