The present invention relates to an electronic device that suitably prevents a battery stored in a housing from dropping off.

Since electronic devices such as mobile phones and camera devices are assumed to be used when carried, a battery and a battery storage chamber for storing the battery are provided. The battery storage chamber is covered with a battery cover during normal use, and the battery cover prevents the battery from falling off. In addition, by providing a locking piece or the like for locking the battery in the battery storage chamber, the battery can be dropped using the locking piece as a rotating shaft when the battery is attached, and the battery can be fixed by the locking piece after the attachment. Used.

Since the battery is taken out from the electronic device as necessary, it is desirable that the battery lid and the battery have a structure that can be easily attached and detached. As shown in FIG. 3, when the notch 46 of the battery 21 is engaged with the locking piece 31, the battery 21 moves counterclockwise in FIG. 22 is inserted and stored. At this time, the battery 21 is stored in the battery storage chamber 22 while the pair of guided side surfaces 45 are guided by the pair of guide side wall surfaces 27 of the battery storage chamber 22 (see FIG. 5).

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the battery 21 is stored in the battery storage chamber 22, the pair of notches 46 of the battery 21 and the pair of locking pieces 31 of the battery storage chamber 22 are engaged and locked. The battery 21 is fixed. At this time, the lock member 61 is biased by the elastic body 62 and is stationary at the position of the locking projection 66 inside the housing 11.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the claw 51 of the battery lid 23 is inserted into the corresponding groove 52 and the battery lid 23 is slid rightward in FIG. The claw 51 is engaged with the groove 52 of the housing 11 and attached to the housing 11. At this time, the claws 51 c and 51 d abut against the receiving portion 63 of the lock member 61 and push out the lock member 61 against the urging force (elastic force) of the elastic body 62. Then, the protrusion 64 of the lock member 61 protrudes from the hole 71 into the battery storage chamber 22 and is engaged with the protrusion 47 of the battery 21. The protrusion 64 is protruded when the battery lid 23 is completely attached. It comes into surface contact with the lock surface 48 of 47. Thereby, the battery 21 is fixed in the housed state. At this time, the lock surface 48 and the surface of the protrusion 64 facing the lock surface 48 may be in complete surface contact or may have a slight gap.

Here, as shown in FIG. 6, the tip surface 49 of the protrusion portion 47 of the battery 21 and the lock side wall surface 28 are in surface contact, while the lock side surface 44 of the battery 21 and the protrusion 64 of the lock member 61 are in contact with each other. It is preferable that the front end surface 67 has a gap, or the surface pressure is smaller than the contact between the front end surface 49 of the protrusion 47 and the lock side wall surface 28 of the battery storage chamber 22. For example, when the battery 21 receives an impact in the direction of the lock side wall surface 28 due to the fall of the mobile phone 1, when the lock member 61 and the battery 21 come into contact with each other first, the battery 21 pushes out the protruding portion 64, and the lock member 61 This is because the lock on the battery 21 is released. This is because when the lock is released, the battery 21 is fixed to the battery storage chamber 22 only by locking with the locking piece 31 of the battery storage chamber 22 and is likely to fall off.

On the other hand, when the battery cover 23 is removed from the housing 11, the lock member 61 is released from the force received from the claws 51c and 51d and receives the elastic force of the elastic body 62 as shown in FIGS. It moves until it receives restrictions at 66. Then, the projecting portion 64 projecting into the battery housing chamber 22 is housed in the housing 11 and the lock on the battery 21 is released.

According to the mobile phone 1, by providing the lock mechanism 60 that acts simultaneously with the mounting of the battery lid 23, it is possible to lock easily and firmly without requiring a new user operation.

Further, since the battery 21 is firmly and stably fixed by the lock mechanism 60, it is possible to prevent the battery 21 from dropping due to an impact such as dropping, and the power supply may be momentarily interrupted or damaged which may affect the precision device of the mobile phone 1. Can be prevented.

Further, since the attachment of the battery lid 23 to the housing 11 is not strengthened, it is possible to avoid the complexity of the structure accompanying this, and the mobile phone 1 as a whole can be downsized.

In addition, the mounting feeling and mounting stability of the battery lid 23 can be further improved by arranging the receiving portion 63 and the protruding portion 64 of the lock mechanism 60 on the line of action of the force received from the claws 51c and 51d.

Hereinafter, a modification of the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a modification of the mobile phone 100 when the battery lid 23 is not attached to the casing 111 (corresponding to FIG. 4).

FIG. 9 is a schematic plan view showing a modification of the mobile phone 100 when the battery lid 23 is not attached to the casing 111 (corresponding to FIG. 5).

FIG. 10 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a modification of the mobile phone 100 when the battery lid 23 is attached to the casing 111 (corresponding to FIG. 6).

FIG. 11 is a schematic plan view of a mobile phone 100 as a modified example when the battery lid 23 is attached to the casing 111 (corresponding to FIG. 7).

The mobile phone 100 shown in FIGS. 8 to 11 is different from the mobile phone 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 7 in that the structure of the lock mechanism 160 is different and the battery 21 is locked at one place. In addition, about the structure and part corresponding to the mobile telephone 1 of FIGS. 1-7 mentioned above, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.

The lock mechanism 160 includes a lock member 161 and an elastic body 162.

The lock member 161 is formed in a substantially bowl shape with a substantially U-shaped receiving portion 163, a protruding portion 164 extending from the inner peripheral center of the receiving portion 163, and an elastic body holding portion 165.

The receiving portion 163 has a pair of arm portions 167 extending substantially perpendicular to the battery storage chamber 22 direction, and a locking projection 168 is provided at each end. The housing 111 is provided with a stop frame 180 that locks the locking protrusion 168 so that the receiving portion 163 can be moved in and out when the lock mechanism 160 is moved. When the lock mechanism 160 does not receive a force from the claw 151c, the locking projection 168 is locked to the locking frame 180 and stops.

The protruding portion 164 and the elastic body holding portion 165 are provided continuously in a straight line. The elastic body holding part 165 holds the elastic body 162.

The lock side wall surface 128 of the battery storage chamber 22 has one hole 171 that allows the protrusion 164 of the lock mechanism 160 to protrude into the battery storage chamber 22. Further, the battery 21 has one protrusion 147 on the lock side surface 144 in accordance with the position where the protrusion 164 of the lock mechanism 160 protrudes. Further, the claw 151 c of the battery lid 23 having a function of pushing out the lock member 161 as well as the locking with respect to the housing 111, and the groove 152 c of the housing 11 provided corresponding to the claw 151 c are a receiving part of the lock mechanism 160. 163 is configured corresponding to the position and size. Specifically, in the case of the lock mechanism 160 having one projecting portion 164 as shown in FIGS. 8 to 11, only one claw 151c having a function of pushing the receiving portion 163 is provided, and the other claw 151 is a housing. It functions to maintain the engagement with the body 111.

Since the operation of the lock mechanism 160 associated with the attachment and removal of the battery 21 is substantially the same as that of the above-described mobile phone 1, the description thereof is omitted here.

According to the mobile phone 100 as the modification, the direction of the force received from the claw 151c by the protrusion 164 that receives the force from the receiving portion 163 of the lock mechanism 160 and the claw 151c of the battery lid 23 and protrudes into the battery storage chamber 22. Since these are arranged on the same straight line, this force can be suitably applied to the movement of the lock mechanism 160.

In the present embodiment, the configuration of typical lock mechanisms 60 and 160 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the locking member 61, 161 can be moved toward the battery storage chamber 22 using the force received from the claws 51, 151 of the battery lid 23, and the battery 21 can be locked using the protrusions 64, 164. Other configurations can be applied if present.

Moreover, although the example which provided the projection parts 47 and 147 which have the lock surfaces 48 and 148 in the battery 21 was demonstrated, it is good also considering the upper surface 41 of the battery 21 as a lock surface, without providing the projection parts 47 and 147. FIG. Alternatively, instead of providing the protrusions 47 and 147, a recess is provided on the lock side surface 44 of the battery 21, and the protrusions 64 and 164 of the lock members 61 and 161 are inserted into the recess to be locked. The members 60 and 161 may be engaged.

Although the electronic device according to the present invention has been described as applied to the mobile phone 1, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a personal computer, a portable game machine, a portable music player, a portable video player, and other batteries are used.
