Abstract
【解決手段】被覆されたステントのような内部人工器官装置。被覆された内部人工器官装置は内部人工器官及びシースを備える。シースは中心部分及び外側部分を備え、中心部分は血流を優先的に制限するか又はその制限をもたらす。血流が、シースの透過性を変更することにより、又はシース面上に血流を減速する突起を有することにより、シースの中心部分によって低減され得る。透過性が、シースの材料の中の穿孔若しくは穴によって、又はシース自体を構成する重合体構造を変更することによって提供される。シースの外側部分は実質的に血流を低減させることはない。

Claims (5)
- 内部人工器官装置及びシースを備えた、動脈瘤を治療する装置であって、
前記シースが複数の突起を有し、各突起が前記シースに付着した一端と、付着していない他端を有し、前記突起の構造が、前記動脈瘤の中へ延びるが、隣接する血管には延びないことを可能にする構造である、装置。 - シースが中心部分と外側部分とを有し、突起が外側部分ではなく中心部分上に位置している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 内部人工器官装置がステントである、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 突起の長さが約0.5と5.0mmとの間である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 突起が隣接する貫通血管の直径より長い、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
