（ニ）支持部（４）の端部に、Ｉ字形状の腕部（５）を設ける。
（ホ）腕部（５）の支持部（４）とは反対側の端部に、中心部が上側に湾曲した保持部（６）を設ける。保持部（６）は、支持部（４）と平行になる位置で、かつ支持部（４）よりも高い位置に設ける。
