(ホ)後面シート(3)の上辺から上方に向けて舌片(4b)を延設し、舌片(4b)の中央先端寄りに、下方に円弧を向けた半円状の切込み(8d)を設け半円状の係止め片(16b)を形成する。
本発明は以上の構成からなっている。
