Description

The present invention relates to a wiring structure material used for indoor wiring, an indoor wiring structure using the same, and an indoor wiring system using the indoor wiring structure.

As a conventional wiring structure in a building such as a residence, a trunk line drawn from a distribution board is branched via a joint box or the like disposed under the ceiling or under the floor, and the branched wiring is connected to the ceiling. And under the floor, inside the inner wall, etc., and wired to each part of the room (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 below).
In such a wiring structure, for example, when it becomes necessary to transfer various wiring devices such as outlets and switches, and various electric devices such as lighting devices and air conditioners, and connecting devices for these various electric devices. In addition, when it becomes necessary to newly add the various wiring devices, a relatively large-scale work is required. For example, after removing existing building finishing materials (ceiling materials, flooring materials, interior wall materials, etc.) and performing wiring work, constructing new building finishing materials or drilling wiring for building finishing materials It was necessary to provide an appropriate finishing process. In addition, in a reinforced concrete structure, when a structure such as a direct floor, a direct ceiling, or a direct wall finish is used, wiring piping is often embedded in advance. In such a structure, it is difficult to move and add various types of equipment and change the wiring mode itself, and it is necessary to construct various types of equipment by wiring so that the mall for wiring is exposed, and it looks bad. There was also a problem of becoming.

On the other hand, there has been proposed a wiring structure in which a wiring space is provided in a building member such as a baseboard arranged in an indoor space, and wiring is performed using the wiring space (see, for example, Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4 below). ).
Further, in Patent Document 5 below, an upper outer beam is installed along the inner tangent region (entrance corner) on the ceiling side, and a lower outer beam that supports the baseboard is provided along the entrance corner portion on the floor side. A structure support structure in which a wiring routing space is provided in these upper and lower outer beams has been proposed. In this structure, a panel material is supported by a downwardly formed support portion formed in the upper outer beam and a downwardly formed support portion formed in the lower outer beam.

特開平10−164726号公報(図1参照)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-164726 (see FIG. 1) 特開2003−274543号公報(図1参照)JP 2003-274543 A (see FIG. 1) 特開平9−247828号公報(図1参照)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-247828 (see FIG. 1) 特開2004−173364号公報(図1参照)JP 2004-173364 A (see FIG. 1) 特開平11−229539号公報(図2参照)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-229539 (see FIG. 2)

However, in the wiring structure as described in Patent Documents 3 and 4 above, after the wall panel is attached to the wall portion or the wall cloth is attached, it is along the corner where the floor surface and the wall surface intersect. It is set as the structure which uses construction members, such as a construction board to be constructed, as a wiring member. Moreover, in the structure support structure described in the said patent document 5, it is set as the structure which makes each support part of an upper and lower outer beam support the upper-lower-end part of a panel material.
In such a structure, if you want to remove the wall panel for replacement or renovation, or if you want to construct a new wall panel, remove the building members such as baseboards or the upper and lower outer beams, and if necessary, install It was necessary to construct a new wall panel by removing the wall panel.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to easily transfer and add various appliances to which indoor wiring is connected, and to improve the workability of wall panels and the like. Like the above, a partition R3 such as a living room, a dining room or a living room and a partition R4 such as a hallway or a washroom are partitioned by a partition wall 4. An example is shown. Moreover, the example which constructed the indoor wiring structure 1 in division R3 is shown. In this example, the section R3 has a direct ceiling and a direct floor finish in which a ceiling material 7 and a floor material 8 are respectively constructed on a concrete ceiling and a concrete floor as a building frame.

As described above, when the trunk lines C1 and C2 are drawn into the section R3 having a direct ceiling and a floor finish, the ceiling back space 7A of the section R4 adjacent to the section R3 via the partition wall 4 and the section R3 A drawing hole H may be provided in the partition wall 4 so as to communicate with the indoor space, and the trunk lines C1 and C2 wired to the ceiling back space 7A of the section R4 may be drawn through the drawing hole H. That is, even in such a reinforced concrete structure, in general, the washroom, bathroom, kitchen, etc. have a double ceiling or double floor structure for piping, etc. In this example, The trunk lines C1 and C2 wired to the ceiling back space 7A of the section R4 having a double ceiling are drawn into the section R3.

As in each of the above examples, according to the indoor wiring structure 1 according to the present embodiment, the indoor wiring structure 1 is configured by connecting the trunk lines C1 and C2 drawn through the drawing hole H to the trunk drawing joint box 60. The trunk lines C1 and C2 can be easily drawn from the outside of the indoor space (sections R1 and R3) to be constructed. In addition, the trunk lines C1 and C2 drawn from one point in this way can be wired to every corner of the indoor space using the indoor wiring structure 1 according to this embodiment, so that the workability at the time of wiring is good, It is possible to easily check the wiring route and maintain each wiring.

In each of the above examples, the trunk line wired using the space behind the ceiling is shown as an example in which the trunk line is connected to the main line retracting joint box disposed in the corner on the ceiling side. The trunk line thus wired may be drawn into the indoor space. In this case, the main line lead-in joint box may be disposed at the floor-side corner and the branch joint box may be disposed at the ceiling-side corner. In accordance therewith, a drawing hole or the like may be appropriately provided in the flooring material or the partition wall of the underfloor space.

May be wired. Alternatively, the wiring may be drawn from each wiring member included in the indoor wiring structure 1 and fixed to the molding or the like so as to follow the ceiling material 7.

In the indoor wiring system 100 described above, an example is shown in which each wall panel 80, 80A, 80C is partially constructed along the surface of the wall material 4, but in the indoor wiring system 100A according to the present embodiment, The example which constructed each wall panel 80, 80A, 80B, 80C over substantially the perimeter of the inner wall of indoor space is shown.
That is, in addition to the above-described wall panels 80, 80A, 80C, a heat insulating wall panel 80B incorporating a heat insulating material or the like is fixed and held in the same manner as described above by the peripheral structure material 10 and the baseboard structure material 30. Yes. In the above-described indoor wiring system 100, a step is formed between the surface of the functional wall panel 80 and the surface of the wall material 4, but as in the present embodiment, it extends over substantially the entire circumference of the inner wall of the indoor space. By forming each wall panel, the formation of such a step can be prevented.
The end of the wall panel 80 </ b> B that is constructed adjacent to the vertically inserted corner member 50 may be placed so as to be abutted against the side of the vertically inserted corner member 50. Alternatively, an opening for receiving an end of the wall panel 80B on the side of the vertical corner is formed in the vertical corner cover 59, the covers 69 and 79 of the joint boxes 60 and 70 (see FIG. 3), and the like. The parts may be accommodated by being covered by these covers.

In the above-described indoor wiring structure, an example is shown in which a peripheral structure material and a baseboard structure material as wiring structure materials are arranged along the ceiling side corner portion and the floor side corner portion, respectively. Only one of them can be placed along the corresponding corners, and either or both of the end of the wall panel and the installation target device can be attached to or removed from the wiring structure using fixed fasteners. It is good also as an aspect made to fix and hold.
Further, a suspension rail for suspending and supporting a fitting such as a sliding door, or a fixed holding portion for fixing and holding a picture rail or the like may be further provided on the peripheral structure member.
Furthermore, the peripheral structure material and the baseboard structure material as the wiring structure material are illustrated as having a base structure material fixed to the construction base and a cover detachably attached to the base structure material. However, it is not limited to such an aspect. It is good also as a wiring structure material which has integrally the cover part formed so that the said fixed holding | maintenance part and a wiring part might be covered.

Furthermore, the structure of the fixed holding portion and the wiring portion of each wiring structure material is not limited to the illustrated example. As a fixed holding part, while being fixed to the construction base of the corner, the end of the wall panel and / or one of the fixtures to be attached is fixed using a fixing stopper. Any structure may be used as long as it is detachably fixed and can hold them. Moreover, as a through-line part, what is necessary is just a structure which can wire various electric power lines, an information line, etc. along a corner.
Further, in each of the indoor wiring systems described above, each wiring structure material is shown as being disposed over substantially the entire circumference along each corner of the indoor space. At least one of the wiring structure members is disposed along the corner of the at least one wall portion, over the entire length of the corner, or in a part of the corner. Also good.

Moreover, as the vertical wiring member disposed in the vertical direction along the wall portion so as to connect the peripheral structure material and the baseboard structural material, the vertical insertion corner member disposed in the above-described vertical insertion corner portion. Not limited to the above, a through-line portion is provided along the vertical direction inside the wall panel fixedly held by the peripheral structure material and the baseboard structure material, and this wall panel is replaced with the above-described vertical insertion corner member. Or, in addition, it may be constructed as a vertical wiring member. In this case, an opening / closing door, an opening / closing lid, and the like may be provided on the surface of the wall panel so that connection and maintenance of wiring and the like passed through the wall panel can be performed.
Or according to the form of indoor space, it is good also considering the vertical corner member arrange | positioned in a vertical corner as a vertical wiring member. In this case, a vertical corner base provided with a through-line portion and a vertical corner cover that covers the vertical corner base may be formed so as to correspond to the shape of the vertical corner. Moreover, what is necessary is just to form each joint box and a cover suitably according to it.

Furthermore, as described above, the location of the main line lead-in joint box to which the main line drawn from the outside of the indoor space is connected is not limited to the above-mentioned ceiling-side corner angle or the above-mentioned floor-side corner angle portion, and the trunk line is drawn in. Depending on the location, it may be arranged at an appropriate location. For example, you may make it provide in the middle part of a surrounding edge structure material, a baseboard structure material, and a vertical wiring member. In this case, a branch joint box for branching the drawn trunk line and connecting to the wiring of another wiring member may be disposed at an appropriate position of each wiring member.
