Description
The present invention, unlike a corona discharge type static eliminator having a discharge electrode and a ground (opposite) electrode, applies a sinusoidal AC high voltage to the radiation electrode without providing a ground electrode facing the radiation electrode, An AC electric field line is radiated from the radiating electrode to generate positively charged particles and negatively charged particles around the radiating electrode alternately and in equal amounts, and the charged particles are blown by a blower fan. The present invention relates to an AC high-voltage radiation type static eliminator that blows air to a charged object and neutralizes the charged object.
従来、製造工場等において、静電気を帯びた物体の帯電を除去するには、放電電極と接地(対向)電極間に高電圧を印加し、コロナ放電を発生させて空気をイオン化して、これにより帯電物体を除電することが行われている。 Conventionally, in a manufacturing factory or the like, in order to remove the electrostatic charge of a charged object, a high voltage is applied between the discharge electrode and the ground (opposite) electrode to generate corona discharge and ionize the air. It has been carried out to neutralize charged objects.
しかしながら、放電電極と接地電極間に高電圧を印加してコロナ放電に至ると、オゾンが大量に発生して、人体に対して有害である。 However, when a high voltage is applied between the discharge electrode and the ground electrode to cause corona discharge, a large amount of ozone is generated, which is harmful to the human body.
また、コロナ放電により電磁波が発生し、帯電物体が半導体素子、または電子機器の場合は、電磁波により誤動作し、電磁波が強力な場合には、半導体素子、または電子機器が破壊されることがある。 In addition, when the electromagnetic wave is generated by corona discharge and the charged object is a semiconductor element or electronic device, the electromagnetic wave may malfunction, and when the electromagnetic wave is strong, the semiconductor element or electronic device may be destroyed.
一方、接地電極を備えることなく交流高電圧を放電電極に印加することにより、該放電電極周辺にプラスイオンとマイナスイオンを生成せしめ、該イオンを送風ファンにより帯電物体へ送風して、該帯電物体を除電する交流電気力線放射式帯電除電器が、下記の特許文献1において開示されて公知である。
On the other hand, by applying an AC high voltage to the discharge electrode without providing a ground electrode, positive ions and negative ions are generated around the discharge electrode, and the ions are blown to a charged object by a blower fan. An AC electric field line radiation type static eliminator that neutralizes the electric charge is disclosed in the following

Furthermore, since the discharge electrode used in the static eliminator disclosed in
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and at least 100 or more heat-treated carbon fiber yarns obtained by heat-treating carbon fiber yarns having a fine diameter of about 5 to 100 μm at high temperature are densely concentrated in a brush shape. A ground electrode facing the radiation electrode by applying a sinusoidal alternating current high voltage to the radiation electrode formed in a concentrated manner in a brush shape and having a plurality of intervals. The positive and negative charged particles are generated alternately and in equal amounts around the radiating electrode that does not include the positive and negative charged particles. Thus, it is an object of the present invention to provide an AC high voltage radiation type static eliminator that neutralizes the charged object.
The present invention relates to one radiation electrode formed by densely concentrating at least 100 or more heat-treated carbon fiber yarns obtained by heat-treating carbon fiber yarns having a fine diameter of about 5 to 100 μm at a high temperature, or the brush shape A sinusoidal alternating current high voltage is applied to a radiation electrode formed by concentrating and concentrating to a radiation electrode, and around a radiation electrode that does not have a ground electrode facing the radiation electrode, positive and negative, respectively. A method is adopted in which charged charged particles are alternately and equally produced, and the charged particles charged positively and negatively are blown to a charged object using wind power generated by a blower fan as a carrier, and the charged object is discharged. Thus, the above-mentioned problem has been solved.
本発明は、以上説明したような構成より成り、以下に記載したような効果を奏する。 The present invention is configured as described above and has the effects described below.
In the static eliminator of the present invention, the charged particles having a positive polarity and the charged particles having a negative polarity are equal in the same period as the sine wave, and at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, charged particles having a positive polarity and a negative polarity are present. Since the charge particles are alternately generated, the charged particles are continuously generated during the charge, and the balance is not lost, and the positive and negative charges follow the charge voltage, which increases the supply voltage. Along with this, the number of ions generated increases, and this can improve the static elimination efficiency. In addition, the AC electric field line static eliminator of the present invention performs the static elimination work by the charged particles acting on the charged object if there is a charged object in the moving direction of the charged particles using the wind force from the blower fan as a carrier. Can do. If the charged object is positively charged, the negatively charged charged particles act. If the charged object is negatively charged, the positively charged charged particles act to Neutralizes and eliminates static electricity, and balances positive and negative charged particles in the charged object, eliminating the occurrence of reverse charging, good static elimination effect, and no corona discharge. There is no generation of ozone, and the positive and negative of the AC power supply change automatically depending on the frequency, so there is no special sound or light emission, it is a very stable static eliminator, and no current is generated. The amount of electricity is only the voltage, and there is an excellent effect of only the electrical loss of the core of the transformer and the electricity cost for blowing.
In the static eliminator of the present invention, the AC power source to be used is a power transmission from a commercial power company, the amount of electricity of the positive polarity and the negative polarity is almost equal, is converted alternately with time, and the frequency is also very stable. AC power source or equivalently stable AC power generator is used, and AC high voltage generated via a transformer is radiated from the radiation electrode as AC electric lines of force, generating positive and negative polarity charged particles In addition, since static electricity is discharged by blowing charged particles of positive polarity and negative polarity to a charged object by blowing air from a blower fan, it is possible to easily manufacture a static eliminator capable of eliminating static charges stably for many days without generating reverse charge. it can.
Furthermore, the static eliminator of the present invention is a single radiating electrode formed by concentrating and condensing at least 100 or more heat-treated carbon fiber yarns having a fine diameter of about 5 to 100 μm in a brush shape, or densely focused in the brush shape. Therefore, when a high AC voltage is applied to the radiation electrode, each heat-treated carbon fiber yarn constituting the radiation electrode spreads due to the action of static electricity. Because it is expanded in the shape of a fan, the generation efficiency of charged particles is better than that of a single pointed needle-like electrode used in a conventional corona type static eliminator, and therefore, the charge elimination time can be shortened. Has an effect.
また更に、本発明除電器においては、荷電粒子の噴き出し口の外壁面に電磁波を吸収する網目状の金網を接地して取付けることにより、電磁波による半導体素子、または電子機器の誤動作や、内部電気回路の絶縁破壊等が防止される。 Still further, in the static eliminator of the present invention, by attaching a mesh-like wire net that absorbs electromagnetic waves to the outer wall surface of the charged particle ejection port and grounding it, a malfunction of a semiconductor element or electronic device due to electromagnetic waves, or an internal electric circuit Insulation breakdown is prevented.
従来汎用されている除電器がコロナ放電を利用してイオンを発生させて、放電電極と接地電極との間に配置された帯電物体を除電する放電式除電器であるのに対し、本発明交流高電圧放射式除電装置は、放射電極に対向する接地電極を不要として、放射電極より交流電気力線を放射して、該放射電極周辺に発生したプラスとマイナスに帯電した荷電粒子を、送風ファンによって帯電物体に送風して除電する放射式除電器である。以下本発明除電器につき詳細に説明する。 Whereas the conventional static eliminator is a discharge type static eliminator that uses corona discharge to generate ions to neutralize the charged object placed between the discharge electrode and the ground electrode, the present invention AC The high voltage radiation type static eliminator eliminates the need for a ground electrode facing the radiation electrode, radiates AC electric lines of force from the radiation electrode, and discharges positively and negatively charged charged particles generated around the radiation electrode. It is a radiation type static eliminator that blows air to a charged object and eliminates static electricity. The static eliminator of the present invention will be described in detail below.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view showing the overall static eliminator of the present invention, and it is not necessary to specifically limit the material having high electric resistance, excellent insulating properties, and excellent weight resistance, but is preferably made of polycarbonate.

As shown in FIG. 1, the

As shown in FIG. 3, the radiating
すなわち、本発明における放射電極6は、従来汎用されているコロナ放電式除電器に使用されているような、1本の先が尖った電極針で形成されるのではなく、5〜100μm程度の微細径のカーボン繊維糸より成る熱処理カーボン繊維糸16を、少なくとも100本以上を筆状に密集集束して形成され、前記放射電極6を構成する各熱処理カーボン繊維糸16がそれぞれ個々に電極の役目を果たしている。
That is, the
In the present invention, the heat-treated
The operation of the embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration will be described. By applying a sinusoidal AC high voltage to the
While the generated charged
前記生成された荷電粒子8は、空気中に浮遊している状態であり、送風ファン13の送風により、空気を移動させることによって、荷電粒子8も空気の移動方向へ移動する。空気の移動方向に接地された、例えば、電磁波カット用の金網10等の金属が存在しても、後述するように影響は受けない。すなわち、前記送風ファン13による風力が、前記生成された荷電粒子8のキャリアとなる。
The generated charged
If there is a charged
That is, in the present invention, when a sinusoidal AC high voltage is applied to the
When a sinusoidal alternating current high voltage is applied to the
Even if a high voltage more than 5 times the high voltage is applied, the distance between the leading edge of each heat-treated
なお、前記金網10は、電磁気的な障害防止と物理的な安全性を確保することを目的として設置されたものであり、該金網10は接地7されているが、前記金網10はコロナ放電式除電器におけるような接地電極とはならない。このことは、後述するテストによって実証した。
The
すなわち、具体的には、接地した金網10が、放射電極6から電気力線放射時に発生する電磁波を吸収し除去するので、電磁波による半導体素子、または電子機器の誤動作、あるいは破壊を防止すると共に、人体の一部が誤って金網10に接触しても電撃が発生せず、また前記絶縁ケース12内に異物が侵入することがなく、事故が発生することを防止することができる。
That is, specifically, the grounded
In order to confirm that the

From the measurement results shown in Table 1, the test result obtained by removing the wire mesh of the static eliminator is that the time required for static elimination takes 0.1 seconds only when the distance between the static eliminator and the charged object is 0.5 m. However, when the distance is 0.75 m, 1.0 m, 1.5 m, and 2.0 m, the charge is removed in a shorter time, and from the viewpoint of the function of charge removal only, it is more efficient that there is no wire mesh.
In addition, from the measurement result of “L0.5m” at the bottom of the results of each test in Table 1, in both
すなわち、コロナ放電式の除電器であれば、前記本発明除電器におけるような送風ファンがなくても除電することができるが、前記テストのように、送風ファンによる送風がない限り、帯電物体の除電ができないということは、本発明除電器が、コロナ放電式の除電器のように、放電を利用した除電器ではなく、電気力線の放射により生成された荷電粒子を利用した除電器であることを確認できた。 In other words, a corona discharge type static eliminator can remove static electricity without a blower fan as in the static eliminator of the present invention. The fact that neutralization is not possible means that the static eliminator of the present invention is not a static eliminator that uses discharge like a corona discharge type static eliminator, but a static eliminator that uses charged particles generated by radiation of electric lines of force. I was able to confirm that.
Originally, an object has an equal amount of positive charge and negative charge, and is uniformly distributed because it is uniformly distributed. However, when the balance is lost and the plus or minus charge becomes excessive, the object is charged with static electricity and becomes a charged object. In other words, the charged object is a non-uniform state due to excessive plus or minus charges. Static elimination is to neutralize this excess charge with a charge of opposite polarity and return it to electrical neutrality close to the original state. In other words, the charge of the charged object is neutralized by supplying a negative charge to an object having an excessive positive charge or vice versa.
In the static eliminator of the present invention, the charged particles having a positive polarity and the charged particles having a negative polarity are the same type of sine wave (sine web) and are equivalent, and at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, Since negatively charged particles are alternately generated, the charged particles are continuously generated during charging, and the balance is not lost, and the positive and negative charges follow the charging voltage. As the voltage rises, the number of ions generated increases, thereby increasing the static elimination efficiency. In addition, the AC electric field line static eliminator of the present invention does not generate corona discharge, so there is no generation of electromagnetic waves or toxic ozone, and the positive and negative of the AC power supply change automatically depending on the frequency, so that a special sound is also emitted. It is a very stable static eliminator. Furthermore, since the AC electric field line static eliminator of the present invention does not generate current, the amount of electricity of the power source is only the voltage, and only the electrical loss of the transformer core and the electricity cost for blowing air.
The static eliminator of the present invention applies a sinusoidal alternating current high voltage to the
In the static elimination in the air, the

When used in a field where there is no risk of malfunction of semiconductors and electronic devices due to electromagnetic waves, although not shown, a net-like member made of synthetic resin formed in a net shape may be used instead of the wire net 10. . Of course, grounding is not necessary in this case.
FIG. 8 is a front view showing another embodiment of the
そして、前記複数本形成されている放射電極は、前記1本の放電電極の場合と異なり、電気力線の放射面積が広いので、生成される荷電粒子も多くなり、除電効率が高い。 Further, unlike the single discharge electrode, the plurality of radiation electrodes formed has a large radiation area of electric lines of force, so that more charged particles are generated, and the static elimination efficiency is high.
