Abstract
Description
The present invention can divide the internal space of a large-scale building such as a gymnasium into a large number of small spaces or individual rooms within a short period of time if necessary, and can be easily disassembled into unit members after use. The present invention relates to a self-standing assembly partition that can be stored.
Solid large-scale buildings, such as gymnasiums and various halls where many people gather, are often designated as evacuation sites in the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, and floods. Along with this, the use results as evacuation facilities throughout the country are also high. These buildings are also regularly used as regular public / private venues.
Based on the experience of actually using gymnasiums as evacuation facilities, some issues to be addressed in the future have been pointed out. As such a problem, there are problems such as a lack of absolute number of toilets and baths. Among them, the problem of how to ensure privacy is typical. As you can see from the example of sleeping in a private car and dying from the evacuees because they hate the situation where privacy is not ensured, these problems are more relevant to evacuees than third parties expect. It is a very serious problem. This is especially true if the evacuation period is prolonged.
As a countermeasure against this problem, a proposal to store a simple assembly-type partition inside a gymnasium, etc., and to assemble and use it as needed is general, and was directed to such a use. There are many proposals for partitions and their components. However, considering the above-mentioned urgent use, it is not enough that it is an assembly type and can be disassembled and stored in a unit member.
In other words, as a natural premise that it can be assembled and disassembled, it is necessary to recognize that it is not possible to arrange and assemble a contractor in an emergency. It must be easy to assemble in a short time in an amateur without using the However, it is considered that a Phillips screwdriver or a tool such as a hexagon wrench that can be fixed to the unit member with an adhesive tape or the like that is usually provided in ordinary households is acceptable even in an emergency.
(B) Under the ever-changing evacuation situation, it is necessary not only to follow the specific assembly procedure planned by the manufacturer, but also to expand, reduce, and partition the partition section because of the need to make maximum use of the internal space of the gymnasium, etc. It is possible to easily cope with applied assembly and applied disassembly such as increase / decrease of number. That is, flexibility of handling is required, for example, that an already assembled part and a separately assembled part can be easily connected without forcing a prescribed disassembly operation procedure.
(C) The number of members when disassembled is minimal, and the disassembled member has good storage properties. This is because not only is there a need to minimize the space for stockpiling that should always be secured inside a gymnasium or the like, but if there are many members, the risk of loss or the like increases.
In addition, (d) Appropriate quality that can be used for the construction of booths for special events and durability to withstand repeated use. This is for the purpose of eliminating the waste of preparing the partition separately at the event even though the partition is stored in the gymnasium or the like.
Furthermore, (e) it is also important that the connection accuracy and the connection strength between the panels or between the panels and the column members are not lowered even in the case of repeated disassembly and assembly. Some prefabricated partitions can be disassembled and assembled, but many are not scheduled for disassembly or reassembly after assembly. In such prefabricated partitions, repeated disassembly and assembly Therefore, there are many cases where a specific part, for example, a locking member between panels is deformed.
Next, since some proposal examples are illustrated, it should be referred in particular from the viewpoint of whether or not the above requirements are sufficiently satisfied.
Referring to the conventional proposal examples, there are no proposals that satisfy the above requirements (a) to (e) at the same time. For example, in the method of assembling the partition by forcibly fitting a locking member such as a thin steel plate downward or upward claw plate, in the reassembly after disassembly, play between the connected members It is a well-known fact that there are many cases in which this occurs (see
Such a problem arises based on the reason that the partition is an assembly type. In other words, many prefabricated partitions are used because they cannot be transported to the site when assembled in the factory, and are not planned to be disassembled and assembled many times. I am planning to do that. In addition, the locking bracket such as the nail plate is integrated with the thin steel plate constituting the panel or by welding, and is structured so that it can be replaced even if the nail plate is damaged. Because there is no.
A cardboard partition assembled using a hook-and-loop fastener or a double-sided adhesive tape is, of course, a single use application and is not suitable for repeated use (see Patent Document 4). In addition, the prefabricated partition, which is entirely made of resin, is strong because the small connecting part responsible for engaging, locking, and fitting functions for panel connection, which is usually made of metal, is made of resin. It seems that a problem occurs in durability (see Patent Document 5). As long as the appearance is not specially devised, the panel has a poor appearance, and the panel is a flat member. Therefore, there is a concern about deterioration distortion of the resin during long-term storage.
The present invention is based on the problems pointed out directly or implicitly with respect to the conventional assembly partition described above, and improves the storage performance and the storage space by reducing the types of unit members that are separated when disassembled. Reduced, easy disassembly in a short time with no tools or a minimum of general-purpose tools, realization of assembly work, substantial durability improvement in repeated use by enabling exchange of easily damaged parts The purpose is to disassemble by making the panels connectable without depending on the members, to improve the applicability of the assembly, and to ensure the suitability for normal use other than emergency such as natural disasters.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following configuration.
(Solution 1)
The self-supporting assembly partition of the present invention comprises an arbitrary number of unit panels having a predetermined unit width and unit height, and an arbitrary number of prismatic pole members that can be engaged with and connected to the unit panels. In a self-supporting assembly partition in which a large space is divided into small spaces by sequentially engaging and connecting a plurality of unit panels in a linear direction or an orthogonal direction via pole members, the unit panel includes left and right A metal side frame bar is attached to each side end face, and this side frame bar has a locking metal fitting groove formed over the entire length at the center of the width, and a full length across the locking metal fitting groove. A pair of abutting surfaces are formed, and on the four side surfaces of the pole member, the retaining metal fitting grooves and the abutting surfaces corresponding to the retaining metal loading grooves and the abutting surfaces of the side frames of the unit panel are respectively provided. The plurality of sheets The unit panel is loaded with a latch fitting and a receiving bracket in the latch fitting loading groove on either side of the latch fitting loading groove and pole member of the side frame, respectively, and the corresponding abutment surface of the corresponding side frame and pole member The engaging panel can be engaged and connected in a linear direction or an orthogonal direction through a pole member by an engaging operation of the hanging metal fitting and the receiving metal fitting in a state where the abutting surfaces of the plurality of unit panels are in close contact with each other. Hooks and receiving brackets are loaded into the latching groove loading groove of the side frame rail and the side frame rail locking groove of the adjacent unit panel, respectively, and the corresponding abutting surfaces of the adjacent side frame rails are in close contact with each other. In this state, it is possible to engage and connect in a linear direction without an interposition of a pole member by engaging the loaded metal fitting and the metal fitting.
The self-standing assembly partition according to the configuration described in the solution 1 includes an arbitrary number of unit panels and an arbitrary number of prismatic pole members. These unit panels can be sequentially engaged and connected in a linear direction or an orthogonal direction via pole members. At this time, metal side frame bars are attached to the left and right side end surfaces of each unit panel. And this side frame rail is formed with a locking fitting loading groove formed over the entire length at the center position of the width of the side frame rail, and at the left and right positions across this locking fitting loading groove, A pair of abutting surfaces extending over the entire length of the side frame rail are formed.
On the other hand, on the four side surfaces of the pole member, locking metal fitting loading grooves and abutting surfaces corresponding to the locking metal fitting loading grooves and the abutting surfaces of the side frames of the unit panel are formed.
By adopting such a structure of the unit panel and the pole member, the plurality of unit panels are respectively inserted into the locking bracket loading groove on the side frame rail and the locking bracket loading groove on either side of the pole member. When the hanging bracket and the receiving bracket are loaded and the abutting surface of the side frame rail and the abutting surface of the pole member are in close contact with each other, the engagement direction of the loaded hanging bracket and the receiving bracket causes the linear direction through the pole member. Or it can be engaged and connected in the orthogonal direction.
Further, since each of the plurality of unit panels is provided with a side frame bar, a hanging bracket and a receiving bracket are respectively received in the locking bracket loading groove of the side frame rail and the locking bracket loading groove of the side frame rail of the adjacent unit panel. It is also possible to engage and connect in a linear direction without interposing the pole member by engaging the loaded metal fitting and the receiving metal fitting in a state in which the metal fitting is loaded and the corresponding abutting surfaces of the adjacent side frame rails are in close contact with each other. It can be done.
That is, the locking bracket loading groove formed on the unit panel and the pole member is a component for attaching either or both of the hanging bracket and the receiving bracket, and is formed on the unit panel and the pole member. The abutting surface is a component that determines the connection posture of the unit panels with respect to the pole member or the connection posture of the unit panels directly connected without using the pole member, and maintains the determined connection posture.
(Solution 2)
In the self-supporting assembly partition according to the present invention, the hanging bracket and the receiving bracket described in the above solution 1 are slid from the end face side into the locking bracket loading groove of the side frame rail of the unit panel or the locking bracket loading groove of the pole member. It is inserted and fixed to a predetermined position by screws so as to be replaceable.
As for the self-supporting assembly partition according to the configuration described in the
(Solution 3)
The self-standing assembly partition according to the present invention is characterized in that the width dimension of the side frame of the unit panel described in the solution 1 or the
The self-standing assembly partition according to the configuration described in the
The self-supporting assembly partition of the present invention is basically composed of unit panels and pole members, and a large amount of unit panels and pole members can be stored in a small-capacity storage space. is there. Each of the unit panel and the pole member is provided with a locking metal fitting groove for loading a metal fitting or a metal fitting for engagement and connection. Using minimal general-purpose tools to fix the brackets and catches, they can therefore be easily assembled and disassembled by an amateur. In addition, these hanging brackets and receiving brackets are not formed integrally with the unit panel or pole member, and are fixed to the locking bracket loading groove so that they can be replaced or replaced with new ones. In addition to preventing the unreasonable situation that the entire unit panel or the entire pole member becomes unusable due to damage to the locking bracket, the substantial durability in repeated use can be greatly improved, and it is not always dependent on the pole member As a result, it is possible to directly connect the panels without the need to do so, thereby improving the applicability and flexibility of assembly.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a self-supporting assembly partition (hereinafter simply referred to as “assembly partition”) of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
