Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lighting device, and more particularly to a lighting device employing a cold cathode light emitter.
In general, fluorescent lamp tubes that emit light mainly by gas discharge have been widely used as conventional lighting devices. However, with the spread of power-saving light emitting diodes (abbreviated as LEDs), Light emitting diodes are being adopted as light sources in lighting devices.
In recent years, lighting devices using cold cathode light emitters have been adopted (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Although lighting devices using light emitting diodes as a light source have higher luminous efficiency and brightness than conventional fluorescent lamp tubes, LED lamps are still unfavorable in luminous efficiency and light emitting diodes themselves generate high heat, Various mechanisms are needed to escape.
In particular, the illumination device using a light emitting diode as a light source, when the light emitting diode itself is accompanied by high heat generation as described above, is mounted on a socket of a mounting terminal device installed on the ceiling in the same usage form as a fluorescent lamp tube. There is only a small gap between the ceiling and the illumination lamp, so that heat is not sufficiently dissipated, and other devices including the light emitting diodes are thermally damaged. In addition, the light emitting diode has little light divergence, and there is a problem in illuminating a wide area like a fluorescent lamp tube.
Therefore, Patent Document 1 discloses a lighting device using a cold cathode light emitter having high luminous efficiency and a long service life. When the cold cathode electrodes 9a and 9b are assembled to a casing of the lighting device, a cold cathode type is disclosed. The end of the
However, the metal caps 10a and 10b, which are placed on the ends of the
The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems, and can be used in the same manner of use as a conventional fluorescent lamp tube by utilizing a cold cathode luminous body having high luminous efficiency and long service life. An object of the present invention is to provide an illuminating device capable of easily assembling an electrode of a cold cathode light emitter while being an illuminating device capable of illuminating a wide area.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the lighting device according to the present invention includes a hollow pipe body in which a partition that separates the interior into at least an upper part and a lower part extends in the pipe axis direction, and a position above the partition body of the pipe body. A control device including an inverter provided therein; and a cold cathode light emitter having a U-shape in a plan view and extending in a tube axis direction at a position below the partition of the tube body, the tube body The lower part of the partition is mainly composed of a light transmissive member, and the lower surface of the partition is provided with a light reflecting member for reflecting the light of the cold cathode light emitter toward the lower light transmissive member. An edge sealing body in which the two electrodes are inserted is fixed to both ends of the tube body, and the tube body is sealed.
According to this feature, the light source of a single U-shaped cold cathode light emitter having a high luminous efficiency and a long service life is reflected by using a light reflecting member, so that it is similar to a fluorescent lamp tube. An illumination device that can illuminate a wide area can be provided. Moreover, since the lower surface of the partition of the tube main body is a light reflecting member and a control device including an inverter is provided at an upper position of the partition, the control device does not occupy the illumination unit. That is, a single U-shaped cold cathode light emitter in plan view along with the length of the light transmitting member can be sufficiently extended in the tube axis direction, and illumination is performed up to the end of the tube main body as in the conventional fluorescent lamp tube. It can be used as a department. Further, since the edge sealing body is provided with two electrodes, the tube main body is obtained simultaneously with the assembly, and the assembly of the lighting device is simplified.
In the lighting device of the present invention, at least one of the edge sealing bodies is provided with a head having a cross-sectional shape smaller than the cross-sectional shape of the edge sealing body. The electrode protrudes and the electrode can be fixed to the socket portion of the lamp.
According to this feature, the electrode can be fixed to the socket portion of the lamp using two electrodes extending from the head portion, and the head portion having a small cross-sectional shape provided on the edge sealing body can be used as the socket portion. Therefore, the two electrodes can be fixed to the socket portion of the lamp with a simple configuration.
The illuminating device of the present invention includes a control device including an inverter in which a conductive wire to which an electrode extending inside the tube main body is connected passes above the partition and is installed at an upper position of the partition of the tube main body. It is characterized by being connected to.
According to this feature, since the conducting wire connecting the two electrodes and the inverter passes above the partition, the connection between the two electrodes and the control device can be easily performed.
In the illuminating device of the present invention, the hollow tube main body is constituted by a joint structure of the lower part having a substantially U-shaped cross section mainly composed of a light transmitting member and the upper part composed of a material having high heat dissipation. The upper part is a cylindrical body, and the bottom plate of the cylindrical body is the partition body.
According to this feature, since the upper portion is a cylindrical body, the upper portion suppresses deformation and effectively twists the tube main body against the twisting force that acts on the tube main body when the lighting device is attached. Works to prevent deformation. Further, the heat generated by the control device including the inverter is effectively released by the upper part that is made of a material having high heat dissipation and surrounds the control device including the inverter.
In the lighting device of the present invention, a groove is formed in the upper portion in the longitudinal direction, and the lower portion having a substantially U-shaped cross section is fitted in the groove in the longitudinal direction of the upper portion to form the tube body. It is characterized by that.
According to this feature, since the relative movement in the groove direction is allowed during maintenance of the lighting device, the lower part and the upper part can be easily disassembled. In particular, insects that have entered the lower part can be easily cleaned.
In the lighting device of the present invention, both ends of the tube main body in which the lower part is fitted in the upper groove are prevented from relative movement between the upper part and the lower part. It is characterized by being fixed by an edge sealing body.
According to this feature, since the lower part is fitted into the upper groove, a strong sealed tube body can be configured only by fixing the relative movement in the longitudinal direction with the edge sealing member. Since the edge sealing body is provided with the electrode, a tube body provided with the electrode is obtained simultaneously with the assembly.
The illuminating device of the present invention is a light emitter comprising a holding portion that is held in a fitted state in a longitudinal groove formed in the tube main body, and a grip portion that grips the cold cathode light emitter in the longitudinal direction. It is characterized by having a holding piece.
According to this feature, the luminous body holding piece supports the cold cathode luminous body extending in the tube body, and functions to protect the cold cathode luminous body in the tube body against movement and large shaking. In particular, since the luminous body holding piece is supported by the groove in the longitudinal direction, the luminous body holding piece can be moved and installed in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, depending on the length conditions of the tube body and the cold cathode luminous body, It is possible to cope with the shaking by specifying the position where the cathode light emitter is most shaken.
The illuminating device according to the present invention is characterized in that the luminous body holding piece has a suspension part that connects the holding part and the grip part, and the suspension part can be bent and stretched.
According to this feature, the holding part can be removed from the longitudinal groove by bending the suspension part, and the holding part can be fitted into the longitudinal groove by extending the suspension part. The piece can be easily moved in the longitudinal direction.
EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The form for implementing the illuminating device which concerns on this invention is demonstrated below based on an Example.
A preferred embodiment of the illuminating device according to the present invention is shown in FIG. 1 and the subsequent drawings, and this illuminating
Specifically, the
The illuminating device having such a structure has a structure in which the light source of the cold
The lower portion of the
The

FIG. 6 shows a light

However, since the light
