Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a conveying device and a conveying method of a single facer corrugated roll unit for producing a single-sided corrugated cardboard sheet.
Conventionally, so-called single facers have been used to manufacture single-sided cardboard sheets. The single facer has corrugated step portions on the outer peripheral surfaces thereof, a first step roll and a second step roll which are rotatably meshed, a press roll having a smooth outer peripheral surface, an applicator roll and a doctor roll. And a pre-heater and various preheaters. The core liner base paper is passed between a pair of corrugated rolls under a predetermined nip pressure, thereby forming a corrugated liner, that is, a core. Next, after gluing to the step top portion of the core by a gluing mechanism, the core and a liner fed while being preheated separately by a pre-heater, one of the press roll and the corrugated roll under a predetermined nip pressure A single-sided corrugated cardboard sheet is formed by passing the paper between the two and bonding the core and the liner together.
For this pair of corrugated rolls, the corrugated roll shape determines the flute height of the single-sided corrugated cardboard sheet, so several corrugated rolls of different corrugated types are prepared according to the required flute height. , Exchange to another kind of corrugated roll accompanying the order change. In addition, the same type of step rolls are also periodically replaced as the corrugated step portion wears over time.
If such corrugated roll replacement is performed in a state incorporated in a single facer, it is extremely complicated and time-consuming due to mechanical or space limitations. Then, it was taken out of the machine and replaced there.
The corrugated roll unit has a cart provided with casters and a frame that is erected with respect to the cart and pivotally supports a pair of corrugated rolls. Each corrugated roll unit, various rolls, various preheaters, It is unitized so that it can be carried in and out of a tunnel-like step roll built-in part (line operating position) provided inside a single facer body equipped with a gluing mechanism.
However, the conventional corrugated roll unit has the following technical problems.
First, a corrugated roll unit is usually a heavy object that reaches several tons, and its transportation requires time and labor. In particular, when replacing a corrugated roll unit due to an order change, it is necessary to carry out the corrugated roll unit used in the old order from the line while bringing the corrugated roll unit used in the new order into the line. . In this regard, in recent multi-product and small-lot production of corrugated cardboard sheets, such corrugated roll units are frequently replaced, so how to efficiently transport corrugated roll units is critical. It is a problem.
Secondly, the corrugated roll unit is an elongated large-sized structure that usually extends for several meters, and its conveyance requires a wide conveyance space while its conveyance area is limited. More specifically, the caster provided in the roll cartridge is not rotatable, and the corrugated roll unit can reciprocate linearly in a limited range along a groove provided in the steel floor. I can only do it. In this respect, there is a restriction on the transport area of the corrugated roll unit. For this reason, for example, it is necessary to transport the corrugated roll unit exchanged outside the line to a storage position using a separate lifter or the like. Even if the caster can be swiveled, it is a large and heavy object, so it requires a turning radius and is forced to take a general conveying path, which is very inefficient.
Thirdly, if the first and second problems are solved, it affects not only existing corrugated roll units but also existing factory facilities. In order to increase the efficiency of transporting the corrugated roll unit and to expand the transport area or the transport area, the existing corrugated roll unit is remodeled or the factory floor is remodeled from a concrete floor to a steel floor. If the existing single facer facility is required to be remodeled significantly, the cost will be increased and the line will be stopped during the remodeling period.

It is to provide.
The object of the present invention is to provide a corrugated roll unit that can be directly applied to an existing corrugated roll unit without modifying the floor surface of the factory as well as the corrugated roll unit of a single facer, which is a heavy and large structure. It is to provide a transport device.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a transport apparatus and transport method for a corrugated roll unit that can transport a corrugated roll while enlarging the transport area for transporting a single facer corrugated roll unit that is a heavy-duty structure. There is to do.

A device for transporting a single facer corrugated roll unit, comprising: a main body part that supports the corrugated roll unit; and a direction changing part that is connected to the main body part and changes the direction of the main body part. And
The main body has a corrugated roll unit support means for supporting the corrugated roll unit from below,
The direction changing portion includes a first caster for moving the corrugated roll unit support means;
First caster support means for pivotally supporting the first caster;
The corrugated roll unit support means has corrugated roll unit levitation means for levitating the corrugated roll unit from the floor surface by supplying air into a sealed space formed between the corrugated roll surface and the floor surface,
The corrugated roll unit support means is connected to the first caster support means so as to be relatively movable in the vertical direction.

The corrugated roll unit floating means has a skirt that is fixed to the lower surface of the corrugated roll unit support means and extends downward from the corrugated roll unit support means, and forms the sealed space in a space surrounded by the skirt. Then, it is preferable that the corrugated roll unit is lifted from the floor surface by injecting air toward the floor surface in the sealed space.
Further, the corrugated roll unit floating means has an annular flexible balloon fixed to the lower surface of the corrugated roll unit support means, and the sealed space is formed in a portion surrounded by the annular flexible balloon. Accordingly, air is supplied into the annular flexible balloon, and air is supplied into the sealed space, so that the corrugated roll unit is lifted from the floor surface.
Furthermore, the first caster support means may include a caster shaft capable of turning the first caster about a vertical line, and a handle connected to the caster shaft.
In addition, the corrugated roll unit support means further includes a second caster that is movable in the vertical direction, whereby the corrugated roll unit is lifted by the corrugated roll unit floating means and the second caster is separated from the floor surface. It is good to be able to do.

Next, as illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 8, the
The
6 and 7, two air casters 140 (140C and D) are adjacent to one end of the
Since a plurality of air casters have the same configuration, one of them will be described. As shown in FIG. 11, the air caster has a donut-shaped
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, a
Next, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the
As shown in FIG. 10, the
Further, the
With such a configuration, the
Next, the operation of the single facer corrugated
As an example of using the
When transporting a corrugated roll unit using the corrugated roll
As shown in FIG. 14, in the procurement stage, with the
Next, in the floating stage, in the former-order stage roll unit, the
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 11, in a state where the donut-shaped
As shown in FIG. 12, in this state, as shown by an arrow, air having a predetermined pressure is positioned on the upper inner peripheral surface side of all four donut-shaped
Next, the donut-shaped
It should be noted that the air supply amount may be individually adjusted for each of the
Next, the upper surface of the
Next, as shown in FIG. 13, by injecting further air, the expansion of the donut-shaped
As described above, in a state where the
Thus, in this embodiment, the apparatus is floated in two stages. That is, in the first stage, the device is gradually moved upward by the expansion of the donut-shaped
In particular, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 14, in the transport stage, the
More specifically, first, a single operator grasps the
In the case of turning movement, the
In addition, as long as the floor is a flat surface, regardless of whether it is a steel floor or a concrete floor, there may be some uneven surface on the floor by adjusting the air supply amount. Absent.
Next, in the unloading stage, the corrugated roll unit is unloaded from the
More specifically, a process reverse to the process of the floating stage is performed. That is, by reducing the amount of air supplied to the
Next, in the removal stage, the
With the above, the conveyance from the operation position P1 to the storage position P2 of the series of old roll units is completed.
Next, regarding the transport of the new order corrugated roll unit, in FIG. 15 and FIG. 16, the new corrugated roll unit is transported once from the storage position P2 to the standby position P3 (FIG. 15), and then from the standby position P3 to the operating position P1. (FIG. 16) is shown.
More specifically, after the gluing
In this way, when transporting the corrugated roll unit according to the new and old orders between the operating position P1 and the storage position P2, it is applied as it is to the existing new and old corrugated roll unit without any restriction on the transport area. In addition, by following the complicated transport path by moving straightly, moving in a curve, turning, or moving sideways as appropriate, it is possible to save labor in a vertically long bottom area with a high center of gravity without taking time or effort. It is possible to carry it efficiently.
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 17 is a schematic diagram illustrating a configuration of an air caster of the
Hereinafter, only features that are different from the first embodiment will be described in detail. The characteristic part of 2nd Embodiment exists in an air caster.
As shown in FIG. 17, unlike the first embodiment, the air caster does not include a donut-shaped flexible balloon, and the air caster floats by directly applying air from an air source to the floor 1. Adopt a stage method.
More specifically, an
In the state where air is not injected, the apparatus is supported by the lower
As shown in FIG. 17, air of a predetermined pressure is sent into the sealed
Thus, unlike the first embodiment, the present embodiment allows the apparatus to float in one stage, which is simple and efficient. However, the apparatus floats because it is inferior to smooth floating. It is preferably used when the weight of the entire power device is relatively light.
Further, as shown in FIG. 18, as a modified example, a
