Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet with a contact spring, and more particularly to a sheet with a contact spring used for an operation panel of a mobile terminal device.
Conventionally, in a keypad assembly used as an information input means for a portable terminal device or the like, a light guide member and a contact sheet are laminated via a double-sided tape, and black ink printing is performed on the side surfaces of the laminated light guide member and the double-sided tape. A light-shielding portion formed by the above-described method has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). According to this keypad assembly, the light-shielding portion is disposed on the end surface facing the light source, and the light guided into the light guide member can be prevented from leaking to the outside.
However, in the conventional keypad assembly as described above, it is difficult to stably print (apply) ink on the target portion because the end surface on which the light shielding portion is formed includes a vertical surface. In addition, there is a problem that a situation where light leaks to the outside may occur in an insufficient ink portion. In addition, since the end surface on which the light-shielding portion is formed is composed of a vertical surface and a horizontal surface, it is necessary to print the target portion from two directions, which causes a problem that the printing process becomes complicated.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and can effectively prevent light guided into the light guide member from leaking outside without requiring a complicated printing process. An object is to provide a seat with a contact spring.
The sheet with a contact spring of the present invention includes a light guide sheet, and a holding sheet that is stacked on the light guide sheet via an adhesive portion and holds the contact spring. While providing a light incident part for entering light, a slope part is provided so as to straddle the light guide sheet and the adhesive part at a position including a part facing the light incident part of the light guide sheet, and a light shielding part is provided on the slope part. Is formed by printing.
According to the sheet with a contact spring, a slope portion is provided at a location including a portion facing the light incident portion of the light guide sheet, and the light shielding portion is formed by printing on the slope portion. Since the light-shielding portion can be formed by printing from the direction, the light guided into the light guide sheet is outside the light-shielding portion without requiring complicated printing processing to perform printing from two directions. It is possible to effectively prevent leakage.
For example, in the sheet with a contact spring, it is conceivable that the light incident portion is provided on one side surface of the light guide sheet, while the slope portion is provided on the other side surface facing the one side surface of the light guide sheet. In this case, a slope portion is provided on the other side opposite to the light incident portion, and a light shielding portion is formed on the slope portion, so that the light guided into the light guide sheet is guided. It is possible to effectively prevent leakage from the side surface (other side surface) of the sheet to the outside.
Moreover, in the said sheet | seat with a contact spring, you may make it provide the said slope part in the arbitrary positions between the one side surface of the said light guide sheet, and the other side surface facing the said one side surface. In this case, a slope portion is provided at an arbitrary position between both side surfaces of the light guide sheet, and a light shielding portion is formed on the slope portion, so that the light guided into the light guide sheet is transmitted. It is possible to effectively prevent leakage to a portion on the opposite side of the slope portion.
In the said sheet | seat with a contact spring, it is preferable to provide the said slope part so that the said holding | maintenance sheet may be straddled. In this case, since the light shielding portion is formed on the slope portion provided so as to straddle the light guide sheet, the adhesive portion, and the holding sheet, the light guided into the light guide sheet is the adhesive portion and the holding sheet. It is possible to reliably prevent leakage from the boundary portion of the outside.
Moreover, in the said sheet | seat with a contact spring, it is preferable to make a part of said holding | maintenance sheet extend outside the said slope part. In this case, in the cutting step of the sheet with contact springs (for example, the step of dividing the sheet material on which the plurality of sheets with contact springs are arranged into the respective sheets with contact springs), the sheet is extended outward from the slope portion. Since a cutting part can be provided in the part which exists, even when it has a slope part in a side part, it becomes possible to improve the working efficiency of a cutting process.
Furthermore, in the sheet with contact springs, it is preferable that the inclined surface portion is disposed so as to have an obtuse angle with respect to the flat portion of the light guide sheet serving as a light emitting surface. In this way, by making the inclined surface portion an obtuse angle with respect to the flat surface portion of the light guide sheet constituting the light emitting surface, the light that is guided through the light guide sheet and incident on the inclined surface portion is totally reflected. It is possible to function as a reflective surface that can be used.
Particularly, in the sheet with the contact spring, the light shielding portion is provided continuously with a part of the flat portion of the light guide sheet provided continuously with the slope portion and the slope portion, and extends outward from the slope portion. It is preferable to be formed continuously on a part of the holding sheet. In this case, on the side surface including the slope portion, a part of the flat portion of the light guide sheet continuously provided on the slope portion and one of the holding sheets continuously provided on the slope portion and extending outward from the slope portion. Since the light shielding part is formed so as to be continuous with the part, it is possible to effectively prevent the light guided to the light guide sheet from leaking outside from the peripheral part of the slope part.
In the seat with the contact spring, a curved surface portion may be formed instead of the slope portion. Even when the curved surface portion is formed instead of the slope portion as described above, since the light shielding portion can be formed by printing from one direction, a complicated printing process is required as in the case of forming the slope portion. It is possible to effectively prevent the light guided into the light guide sheet from leaking to the outside.
In particular, in the said sheet | seat with a contact spring, it is preferable to form the said light-shielding part by inkjet printing. By forming the light-shielding portion by ink jet printing in this way, ink can be stably printed (applied) on the slope portion, and the occurrence of a situation where light leaks to the outside in an insufficient ink portion is effectively prevented. It becomes possible.
In the sheet with the contact spring, another light incident portion that receives light from another light source is provided in a part of the light guide sheet that is located across the light shielding portion. Another slope part may be provided so as to straddle the light guide sheet and the adhesive part at a place including a part facing another light incident part, and another light shielding part may be formed by printing on the other slope part. good. In this case, a separate light incident portion is provided across the light incident portion and the light shield portion, and a light shield portion is formed on another slope portion provided at a location including a portion facing the other light incident portion. Therefore, it is possible to prevent light entering from the light incident part and another light incident part and guided into the light guide sheet from leaking outside the light shielding part or another light shielding part. It is possible to emit light separately from the light guide sheet disposed at different positions across the light shielding portion and another light shielding portion.
According to the present invention, the slope portion is provided at a location including the portion facing the light incident portion of the light guide sheet, and the light shielding portion is formed by printing on the slope portion. Since the light-shielding part can be formed by printing, it is effective that the light guided into the light guide sheet leaks to the outside without requiring complicated printing processing to perform printing from two directions. Can be prevented.
例えば、携帯型のパーソナルコンピュータやPDA(Personal Digital Assistance)などの端末装置に適用することが考えられる。 Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The sheet with a contact spring according to the present embodiment is preferably used for, for example, an operation panel of a mobile phone device, but is not limited thereto, and light from a light source is transmitted by a light guide sheet. The present invention can be applied to any terminal device that includes an operation panel that needs to be guided and shielded from light by a part of the light guide sheet. For example, it can be applied to a terminal device such as a portable personal computer or a PDA (Personal Digital Assistance). Hereinafter, a case where the seat with a contact spring according to the present embodiment is applied to an operation panel of a mobile phone device will be described.
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of an operation panel to which a contact spring-equipped sheet according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is applied. As shown in FIG. 1, a
The
A
The
The holding
The
A
Moreover, the
In the

Hereinafter, the structure of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Outside the
FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a side surface of the
As described above, in the sheet with
Further, in the
The
The printing process for forming such a
As described above, in the sheet with
In particular, in the
(Embodiment 2)
In the
Hereinafter, the configuration of the contact spring-equipped
4 shows a case where two
In the sheet with
As shown in FIG. 5, the
In particular, in the
Also in the
Thus, in the
More specifically, a
In addition, in the sheet |
FIG. 6 is a partially transparent plan view showing an example of an operation panel to which the contact spring-equipped sheet according to the present invention is applied. In the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
The
When the
As described above, according to the sheet with a contact spring according to the present invention, the
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, It can change and implement variously. In the above-described embodiment, the size, shape, and the like illustrated in the accompanying drawings are not limited to this, and can be appropriately changed within a range in which the effect of the present invention is exhibited. In addition, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the object of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, a case where the
FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of a side surface provided with the
Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where the
