Description

The present invention relates to a container with an applicator.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a bottomed cylindrical container body that contains liquid, a mounting cylinder member that is mounted on the mouth of the container body, a cap body that is detachably mounted on the mounting cylinder member, and a container body from the cap body It has a rod-shaped applicator extending inward, a squeezing tube portion through which the applicator is inserted, and a seal tube portion fitted in a liquid-tight state in the mouth of the container body, and is flexible. There is known a container with an applicator provided with a squeezing member formed of a soft material having properties.
In recent years, in order to ensure the liquid tightness in the container body, for example, as shown in Patent Document 1 below, the lower end portion of the mounting cylinder member is placed in the seal cylinder portion of the ironing member, and the seal cylinder portion is placed in the container body. An applicator-equipped container is provided that is fitted in a state of being compressed and deformed in the radial direction between the mouth portion of the first and second mouth portions.

However, in the conventional container with an applicator, for example, the force applied to the cap body for attaching / detaching the cap body to / from the mounting cylinder member is transmitted to the sealing cylinder portion of the ironing member via the mounting cylinder member, and this seal Due to the elastic deformation of the cylindrical portion, there is a problem that the cap body is likely to wobble with respect to the container body together with the mounting cylindrical member.

The present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and can prevent the mounting cylinder member from wobbling with respect to the container main body while maintaining the liquid tightness in the container main body by the seal cylinder portion. An object is to provide a container with an applicator.

In order to solve the above problems and achieve such an object, a container with an applicator according to the present invention is mounted on a bottomed cylindrical container main body in which a liquid is stored and an opening of the container main body. A mounting cylinder member, a cap body detachably mounted on the mounting cylinder member, a rod-shaped applicator extending from the cap body into the container main body, and the applicator being inserted inside An applicator-equipped container comprising: an ironing cylinder part; and a sealing cylinder part fitted in a liquid-tight state in the mouth of the container body, and an ironing member formed of a flexible soft material. The mounting cylinder member includes an inner cylinder part fitted into the mouth part of the container body, and an outer cylinder part fitted to the mouth part of the container body, and the seal cylinder part of the squeezing member includes the inner cylinder part. It is fitted on the lower end of the cylindrical part, and the diameter is reduced by the lower end of the inner cylindrical part and the mouth of the container body. Characterized in that it sandwiched direction.

According to the present invention, since the mounting cylinder member includes the inner cylinder part and the outer cylinder part, it becomes possible to sandwich the mouth part of the container body from the outer side and the inner side in the radial direction by these both cylinder parts, The mounting cylinder member can be directly supported on the mouth of the container body. Therefore, the cap body and the mounting cylinder member can be prevented from wobbling with respect to the container body due to the force applied to the cap body.
Further, the seal cylinder part of the squeezing member is fitted on the lower end part of the inner cylinder part of the mounting cylinder member, and is sandwiched in the radial direction by the lower end part of the inner cylinder part and the mouth part of the container body. The liquid tightness between the inner cylinder part of the mounting cylinder member and the mouth part of the container main body can be ensured.

Here, the ironing cylinder part is disposed above the seal cylinder part and gradually decreases in diameter from the upper side to the lower side, and the ironing member has a lower end edge of the inner cylinder part in a radial direction. A connecting tube portion that connects the lower end of the seal tube portion and the ironing tube portion may be provided.

In this case, the squeezing cylinder part is disposed above the seal cylinder part, and the connecting cylinder part straddles the lower end edge of the inner cylinder part in the radial direction, so the container body while squeezing the applicator with the squeezing cylinder part When pulling out from the inside, it becomes possible to receive the pulling force transmitted from the applicator to the ironing member at the lower end edge of the inner cylinder portion, and the ironing member can be prevented from being pulled out from the container body.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it can suppress that a mounting cylinder member shakes with respect to a container main body, maintaining the liquid tightness in the container main body by a seal | sticker cylinder part.

The mounting cylinder member 20 includes an upper part 21 positioned above the mouth part 11 of the container main body 10 and a lower part 22 attached to the mouth part 11 of the container main body 10.
A male screw portion into which a later-described female screw portion of the cap body 30 is screwed is formed on the upper portion 21 of the mounting cylinder member 20.
The lower part 22 of the mounting cylinder member 20 includes an inner cylinder part 23 fitted into the mouth part 11 of the container main body 10 and an outer cylinder part 24 fitted to the mouth part 11 of the container main body 10.

A plurality of first ribs 24 a extending along the container axis O direction are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the upper portion of the outer cylinder portion 24 at intervals in the circumferential direction. These first ribs 24a are individually engaged with the longitudinal grooves 11a of the mouth portion 11, whereby the relative rotational movement of the mounting cylinder member 20 and the container body 10 about the container axis O is restricted. In addition, the lower end part of the outer cylinder part 24 is undercut fitted to the lower end part of the mouth part 11 of the container body 10.
A plurality of second ribs 23 a extending along the container axis O direction are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the upper portion of the inner cylinder portion 23 at intervals in the circumferential direction. These second ribs 23 a are fitted in the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10. The inner cylinder portion 23 has an inner diameter equivalent to the inner diameter of the upper portion 21 of the mounting cylinder member 20, and the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder portion 23 and the inner peripheral surface of the upper portion 21 of the mounting cylinder member 20 are smooth without steps. It is lined up.

The cap body 30 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a cap, and an internal thread portion in which an external thread portion formed on the upper portion 21 of the mounting tube member 20 is screwed is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 31. The lower end edge of the cap body 30 is opposed to the upper end edge of the outer cylinder portion 24 of the mounting cylinder member 20 in the container axis O direction.
The applicator 40 includes a rod-shaped main body portion 41 extending along the container axis O direction, an applicator portion 42 provided at the lower end portion of the main body portion 41, and a cylinder extending upward at the upper end of the main body portion 41. And a fixed portion 43 having a shape.

Examples of the application unit 42 include a brush shape, a brush shape, and a sponge shape. In the example shown in the drawing, the application part 42 has a brush shape composed of a large number of bristle materials extending downward from the lower end part of the main body part 41. The fixed portion 43 includes a small diameter portion 43a connected to the upper end of the main body portion 41, a large diameter portion 43b disposed above the small diameter portion 43a, an upper end of the small diameter portion 43a, and a lower end of the large diameter portion 43b. And a flange portion 43c to be connected. The large-diameter portion 43 b of the fixed portion 43 is fitted into a portion located above the female screw portion in the peripheral wall portion 31 of the cap body 30.

Here, the fixed member 43 includes a cylindrical member 61 that is externally fitted to the small-diameter portion 43a, and a packing member that has a flange-like seal plate 62 that protrudes outward from the upper end of the cylindrical member 61 in the radial direction. 60 is installed. The seal plate 62 of the packing member 60 is sandwiched in the container axis O direction by the upper end edge of the mounting cylinder member 20 and the flange portion 43c of the fixed portion 43, so that liquid tightness between them is secured. Yes.

The ironing member 50 includes the ironing cylinder part 51, the seal cylinder part 52 disposed below the ironing cylinder part 51, and a connecting cylinder part 53 that connects both the cylinder parts 51, 52. ing.
The ironing cylinder part 51 is disposed in the upper part 21 of the mounting cylinder member 20 and is located on the inner side in the radial direction than the seal cylinder part 52. Moreover, the ironing cylinder part 51 is formed in the cylindrical shape diameter-reduced gradually as it goes below from the upper direction. A through hole or a slit for adjusting the internal pressure of the container body 10 may be formed in the ironing cylinder portion 51.

In the present embodiment, the seal cylinder part 52 is fitted on the lower end part of the inner cylinder part 23 of the mounting cylinder member 20, and the diameter is determined by the lower end part of the inner cylinder part 23 and the mouth part 11 of the container body 10. It is sandwiched in the direction. In the illustrated example, a circumferential groove 23b that opens downward is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the inner cylinder portion 23 over the entire circumference, and a seal cylinder portion 52 is disposed in the circumferential groove 23b. ing. The seal cylinder portion 52 is sandwiched in the radial direction by the inner cylinder portion 23 of the mounting cylinder member 20 and the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10 and is compressed and deformed in the radial direction, and is formed in the inner cylinder portion 23. The plurality of second ribs 23 a are in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10.

The connecting cylinder part 53 straddles the lower end edge of the inner cylinder part 23 of the mounting cylinder member 20 in the radial direction, and connects the lower end of the seal cylinder part 52 and the upper end of the ironing cylinder part 51. Here, a support projection 25 is provided on the upper end portion of the mounting cylinder member 20 so as to protrude radially inward, and the upper end portion of the connecting cylinder portion 53 is supported from above by the support projection 25. ing. Further, the connecting cylinder part 53 is fitted in the upper part 21 and the inner cylinder part 23 of the mounting cylinder member 20. Further, the ironing cylinder portion 51 protrudes inward in the radial direction from the inner peripheral surface of the support protrusion 25.

And the ironing member 50 provided with the above ironing cylinder part 51, the seal | sticker cylinder part 52, and the connection cylinder part 53 is integrally formed with the same material. The material that forms the ironing member 50 is formed of a soft material that is softer and more flexible than the material that forms the main body 41 of the container body 10, the mounting cylinder member 20, the cap body 30, and the applicator 40. . Examples of such a soft material include nitrile rubber (NBR), low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), and thermoplastic elastomer.

In the above configuration, the applicator 40 is moved to the container while the cap body 30 is rotated around the container axis O with respect to the container body 10 and the mounting cylinder member 20 and the cap body 30 is detached from the mounting cylinder member 20 together with the packing member 60. In the process of extracting from the inside of the main body 10, by passing the main body portion 41 of the applicator 40 through the ironing cylinder portion 51, excess liquid adhering to the main body portion 41 of the applicator tool 40 is squeezed off by the ironing cylinder portion 51. At this time, excess liquid adhering to the application part 42 may be removed by the ironing cylinder part 51. And the application part 42 of the applicator 40 extracted from the container main body 10 is brought into sliding contact with the application part, and the liquid adhering to the application part 42 is applied to the application part.

As described above, according to the applicator-equipped container 1 according to the present embodiment, the mounting cylinder member 20 includes the inner cylinder part 23 and the outer cylinder part 24. The ten mouth portions 11 can be sandwiched from the radially outer side and the inner side, and the mounting cylinder member 20 can be directly supported by the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the cap body 30 from wobbling with respect to the container body 10 together with the mounting cylinder member 20 due to the force applied to the cap body 30.
Further, the seal cylinder portion 52 of the ironing member 50 is fitted on the lower end portion of the inner cylinder portion 23 of the mounting cylinder member 20, and the diameter is determined by the lower end portion of the inner cylinder portion 23 and the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10. Since it is sandwiched in the direction, the liquid tightness between the inner cylinder part 23 of the mounting cylinder member 20 and the mouth part 11 of the container body 10 can be ensured.

Further, the ironing cylinder part 51 of the ironing member 50 is disposed above the seal cylinder part 52, and the connecting cylinder part 53 straddles the lower end edge of the inner cylinder part 23 in the radial direction. When pulling out from the container body 10 while squeezing with the squeezing cylinder part 51, it becomes possible to receive the pulling force transmitted from the applicator 40 to the squeezing member 50 at the lower end edge of the inner cylinder part 23. Pulling out from the main body 10 can be suppressed.

The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the second rib 23a is provided in the inner cylinder portion 23 and the packing member 60 is provided. However, the second rib 23a and the packing member 60 may not be provided.

In addition, it is possible to appropriately replace the constituent elements in the above-described embodiments with well-known constituent elements without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the above-described modified examples may be appropriately combined.

It is possible to suppress the mounting cylinder member from wobbling with respect to the container main body while maintaining the liquid tightness in the container main body by the seal cylinder portion.
