Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a shield structure, a shield connector, and a cap.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a shield structure in which a case and a shield shell are connected by bolting the shield shell to a device-side case, for example, the one described in Patent Document 1 below is known. The shield structure includes a housing that is attached and fixed to a case, a shield shell that is formed so as to cover the housing, and the like. The shield shell is formed by pressing an iron plate material as a base material, and includes an insertion hole for inserting a bolt into a fixing hole of the case. The fixing hole and the insertion hole are formed larger than the fixing hole so that the bolt can be fastened even when the axial positions of the fixing hole and the insertion hole are deviated within a predetermined tolerance range.
However, if the insertion hole is made larger than the fixing hole, the housing may be displaced and fixed to the mounting portion in the fitting direction. In that case, a gap is formed in the facing portion where the shield shell and the attachment portion face each other, which may be a cause of reducing the shielding performance.
The present invention has been completed based on the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to improve the shielding performance.
The present invention is a shield structure for a mounting portion provided in a metal case, and has a housing, a cylindrical shape that covers the outer surface of the housing, and a metal shield shell that is bolted to the mounting portion, and a shield It is characterized in that it is provided with a contact member provided between the shell and the mounting portion and elastically contacting the mounting portion.
According to such a configuration, the shield shell and the attachment portion are connected so as to be conductive by bolting the shield shell to the attachment portion. Here, depending on the attachment state of the shield shell, there is a possibility that the shield performance may be deteriorated by forming a gap between the shield shell and the attachment portion, but the contact member is grounded to the attachment portion in the gap. Therefore, the shielding performance can be improved.
The following configuration is preferable as an embodiment of the present invention.
When the direction in which the shield shell is attached to the attachment portion is the front-rear direction, the contact member may be configured to elastically contact the end portion of the attachment portion in the front-rear direction.
According to such a configuration, the contact member can be elastically brought into contact with the end portion of the attachment portion by attaching the shield shell to the attachment portion.
An attachment hole is formed inside the attachment portion, the housing is configured to include a fitting portion that fits into the attachment hole formed in the attachment portion, and the contact member includes the fitting portion and the attachment portion. It is good also as a structure which is provided between these and elastically contacts with the radial direction of an attachment hole with respect to the internal peripheral surface of an attachment hole.
According to such a configuration, the contact member can be brought into elastic contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole by fitting the fitting portion into the mounting hole.
The housing may be configured to include a protruding portion that protrudes from the mounting portion in a state of being attached to the mounting portion, and the contact member may be formed integrally with a cylindrical portion that is externally fitted to the protruding portion.
According to such a configuration, the contact member can be mounted on the housing by externally fitting the cylindrical portion to the protruding portion.
The shield shell may have a cylindrical shell main body that covers the protruding portion, and the cylindrical portion may be disposed between the shell main body and the protruding portion.
According to such a structure, a cylinder part can be arrange | positioned between a shell main body and a protrusion part.
The shield shell is configured to include a cylindrical shell body that covers the protruding portion and a standing wall portion that rises radially outward from the end of the shell body, and the contact member is thinned by hitting a part of the standing wall portion. While forming, it is good also as a structure formed by punching out this thin part.
According to such a configuration, since the contact member can be formed by processing the standing wall portion of the shield shell, it is not necessary to prepare the contact member separately from the shield shell.
The present invention also includes the above-described shield structure, a terminal fitting connected to the electric wire, a shield member that covers the electric wire along its conductive path, and a crimp member that crimps the shield member to the shield shell, and a contact member May be a shield connector formed integrally with the crimping member.
Further, the present invention includes the above-described shield structure, and the contact member, the shield shell, and the housing are integrally assembled, and the housing may be a cap that closes the mounting hole.
According to the present invention, the shielding performance can be improved.
<Embodiment 1>
Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings of FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
The
The
The
A mounting
As shown in FIG. 6, the
A plurality of electric wires W are drawn out to the rear in each of the plurality of electric wire
As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of fixing
As shown in FIG. 1, both the fixing
Now, as shown in FIG. 3, a
The
The distance in the front-rear direction from the front end portion of the
The present embodiment is configured as described above, and subsequently, a method of assembling the
In order to attach the
As described above, in the present embodiment, the
<
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings of FIGS. The
As shown in FIG. 12, the
Similar to the
A mounting
Next, a method for assembling the
Thereafter, the braided wire H is crimped to the outer peripheral surface of the
<Embodiment 3>
Next, Embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings of FIGS. The
When the
Thereafter, the braided wire H is crimped to the outer peripheral surface of the
<Embodiment 4>
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings of FIGS. The

<Embodiment 5>
Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings of FIGS. In the present embodiment, unlike the shielded connectors in the first to fourth embodiments, the shield structure of the present invention is applied to the
As shown in FIG. 29, the
The
In addition, an
On the outer peripheral edge of the rear end of the
The front end portion (rear end portion) of the
Now, as shown in FIG. 33, the
The
Next, a method for assembling the

<Embodiment 6>
Next, a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings of FIGS. The
