Description

The present invention relates to a panel floating jig used when loading and unloading a concrete panel such as ALC and a panel moving method.

Conventionally, decorative joints (grooves) for improving design are often formed on concrete panels such as ALC (lightweight cellular concrete) used as the outer wall of a building.

On the other hand, when a concrete panel such as ALC is loaded and unloaded, a sling made of chemical fibers such as nylon (both ends) is formed on the panel stacked on the sleeper using the space formed by the sleeper. The mainstream method is to wrap a belt-shaped lifting jig whose portion is processed into a ring shape and lift it with a lifting machine or the like, or stack panels on a pallet and lift the whole pallet.

In such a method, the number of panels to be lifted is limited to the number of sleepers or panels stacked on a pallet, and it is difficult to lift an arbitrary number of panels.

Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for lifting a PC floor slab using a locking tool fixed by a mortar filled in a hollow hole of the PC floor slab. According to this technique, it is possible to lift an arbitrary number of panels among a plurality of stacked panels.

However, the ALC panel is more fragile than the PC panel, and when a plurality of panels are lifted by processing as described in Patent Document 1, the vicinity of the hollow hole may be damaged by the weight. In addition, processing of the hollow hole, filling of the mortar, curing of the mortar, removal of the locking tool fixed with the mortar, etc. are required, and there is a problem that it takes time and effort.

The present invention solves such problems of the prior art, and wraps a sling around an arbitrary number of panels in a simple and safe manner during the movement of a panel mainly made of ALC and formed with grooves such as decorative joints. It is an object of the present invention to provide a panel floating jig that can be lifted and moved and a method for moving the panel.

In order to solve the above problems, the configuration of the panel floating jig according to the present invention is a panel stacked with a plurality of straight grooves formed downward from one end face to the other facing end face. A panel floating jig for floating the sling for lifting the panel, a horizontal arm having an annular hook piece for hooking a hook or the like at the center, and a substantially horizontal insertion at the lower end A pair of hanging arms with holes and hanging from a horizontal arm;
It has a shape corresponding to the groove shape of the panel, and is characterized by comprising a panel support rod that is inserted into the insertion hole of the hanging arm and is inserted into the groove from the end face of the panel.

In the above configuration, it is preferable that the interval between the pair of hanging arms is mounted so as to be adjustable in accordance with the width dimension of the panel.

Moreover, the moving method of the panel which concerns on this invention has the following processes.
(1) A step of stacking a plurality of panels in which a plurality of linear grooves are formed from one side end surface to the opposite side end surface in a predetermined place so that the surface on which the grooves are formed faces downward.
(2) A panel support bar is inserted into a groove of a predetermined number of panels from the top of the plurality of panels, and the panel support bar is lifted to end one end side in the length direction of a panel group consisting of the predetermined number of panels The process of floating.
(3) A step of winding a sling around the panel group using the gap below the panel group with the panel group floating.
(4) A step of returning the panel group, which is floated by lowering the panel support bar, to the initial position in a state where the sling is wound.
(5) A step of extracting the panel support bar.
(6) A step of hanging the sling on a hook of a hoist to lift the panel group, horizontally moving it to a predetermined position, and then landing the panel group.

According to the panel floating jig and the panel moving method according to the present invention, the panel group is floated by inserting the panel support bar into the groove on the surface of the panel and raising the panel support bar. Even if the panel is made of a different material, any number of panel groups can be temporarily lifted safely to create a gap below the sling without having any problems with the strength of the panel. The panel group can be moved by pulling up with a lifting machine or the like. In particular, in the case of a wall panel having a makeup joint formed on the surface, the makeup joint can be used as it is, so that unnecessary labor and cost do not occur.

In addition, it is easy to attach and detach, and the time required for the loading and unloading work can be shortened.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The target panel 1 in this embodiment is made of ALC used as an outer wall of a steel-frame industrial housing having a flat module of 305 mm.

The panel 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a thickness of 75 mm, and the width dimensions of the panel 1 mainly used are 610 mm and 305 mm. (In FIG. 1, a 610 mm panel is shown as a representative.) On the front side surface of the panel 1, a plurality of linear decorative joints (grooves) that reach from one side end surface to the other side end surface facing each other. 2 and a vertical decorative joint 3 reaching from the upper end surface to the lower end surface is formed by cutting the panel surface at a predetermined pitch.

The panel floating jig B shown in FIG. 2 is attached to the horizontal arm 10, a pair of hanging arms 20 that hang from the horizontal arm 10, a fixture 30 that fixes the hanging arm 20 to the horizontal arm 10, and a lower end of the horizontal arm 10. It consists of a panel support bar 40.

In the horizontal arm 10, the main body 11 is made of a pipe-shaped steel material, and an annular hook piece 12 for hooking a hook or the like of a lifting machine is welded to the upper surface of the central portion of the main body 10. Further, the horizontal arm 10 is engraved with a scale 13 that serves as a guide for fixing the hanging arm in correspondence with the width of the 20 panel.

The drooping arm 20 is a pair of members that hang symmetrically from the horizontal arm 10, the main body 21 is formed of a flat bar made of steel, and a horizontal arm insertion hole 22 for inserting the horizontal arm is formed at the upper end thereof. A cylindrical panel support bar insertion portion 23 for inserting the panel support bar is provided at the lower end.

The drooping arm 20 is clamped and fixed to the horizontal arm 10 by two ring-shaped fixtures 30. The fixing tool 30 has a screw hole, and the fixing tool 30 is fixed at a predetermined position by screwing a thumbscrew 31 into the screw hole and pressing the tip of the thumb screw 31 against the horizontal arm 10. The length of the hanging arm 20 is appropriately set according to the thickness of the panel 1 and the number of panels 1 that are simultaneously floated (= lifted by a sling) (5 in this embodiment).

The panel support bar 40 is made of a steel material having a circular cross section having a diameter that can be inserted into the horizontal decorative joint 2 from the end face of the panel 1 in a state where the panel 1 is placed on a flat surface. In addition, if it is a simple shape, it is good also as a cross-sectional shape which corresponds to the shape of the horizontal decorative joint 2. (In this case, the area in contact with the horizontal decorative joint 2 increases, and the possibility of damage to the panel 1 can be reduced.)

In this embodiment, a relatively short panel support bar 40 is inserted into each of the panel support bar insertion portions 23 of the two hanging arms 20, but one panel support bar 40 is inserted into the two hanging arms 20. It is good also as a structure inserted in the panel support rod insertion part 23 of this. The former is excellent in workability and portability. On the other hand, the latter can hold the panel 1 more stably, and the area in contact with the vertical decorative joint 2 can be increased and the damage can be reduced.

When the panel support bar 40 is composed of two pieces, the tip of the panel support bar 40 depends on “play” between the panel support bar insertion part 23 and the panel support bar 40 or the length of the panel support bar insertion part 23. Therefore, it is preferable to set the direction of the axis of the panel support bar insertion portion 23 in consideration of the sag (with a slightly upward design).

Next, a method of moving the panel 1 using the panel floating jig B will be described with reference to FIGS. In the present embodiment, a plurality of panels 1 loaded on a truck bed 50 are transported to a building site, and a panel group A consisting of a predetermined number of panels 1 is moved from the truck bed 50 to a predetermined position on the building site. It is assumed to be used and lowered, and is performed according to the following procedure.

(1) The sleepers 51 are arranged on the truck bed 50 and stacked on the sleepers with the front side of the panel 1 (the face of the joint) facing downward.

(2) The hook 52 of the lifting machine is hooked on the hooking piece 12 of the horizontal arm 10 to lift the panel floating jig B with the panel support bar 40 not attached, and a predetermined position (one end in the length direction) of the panel 1 is lifted. Next, the panel is moved horizontally to the vicinity of the side makeup joint 2 near the part), and the panel lifting jig B is lowered with the two hanging arms 20 sandwiching the panel 1.

(3) The position of the panel support rod insertion portion 23 of the hanging arm 20 is set to the position of the horizontal decorative joint 2 of the panel 1 of a predetermined number from the top (for example, the fifth from the top if five panels are lifted). In addition, the panel support bar 40 is inserted into the panel support bar insertion portion 23 and also inserted into the side decorative joint 2 (see FIG. 3 above).

(4) The panel floating jig B (panel support bar 40) is lifted by a lifting machine, and one end in the length direction of a predetermined number of panels 1 (panel group A) is floated to the extent that the sling 53 is wound.

(5) With the panel group A floating, the sling 53 is wound around the panel group A using the gap below the panel group A, and one end of the sling 53 is placed in the ring at the other end. Insert it. The sling 53 is wound around two substantially equal positions from both ends of the panel group A so as to be substantially horizontal when the panel group A is lifted (see FIG. 4 above).

(6) The panel floating jig B (panel support bar 40) is lowered while the sling 53 is wound, and the panel group A is stacked again on the panel 1 remaining on the loading platform 50 (see FIG. 5 above).

(7) Pull out the panel support bar 40 and lift the panel lifting jig B to remove it.

(8) The sling 53 is hooked on the hook 52 of the hoist, the hook 52 is raised, the panel group A is lifted, and horizontally moved to a predetermined position on the construction site where sleepers are arranged in advance (see FIG. 6 above).

(9) Land the panel group A at a predetermined position through the sleepers.

(10) Remove the sling 53 from the hook 52 and remove it.

According to the said structure, the panel group A which inserts the panel support bar 40 using the horizontal decorative joint (groove) 2 of the surface formed in order to improve the designability of the panel 1, and raises the panel support bar 40 The panel 1 made of relatively fragile ALC can be floated temporarily without causing any problems in strength, without generating extra time and cost. The panel group A can be moved by winding the sling 53 with a gap below it and lifting the sling 53 with a lifting machine. In addition, it is easy to attach and detach, and the time required for the loading and unloading work can be shortened.

In the above embodiment, the sling 53 is used. However, two sets of the floating jig B are used, or a jig that can support the panel group B at two points with a predetermined interval is used. The panel group B can be directly lifted and moved without going through the process of winding the sling 53 around the panel group A.

Moreover, even if it is a floor panel in which a groove | channel is not normally formed, it can be lifted and moved in the same procedure by forming a groove | channel in the lower surface.

The present invention is suitable for ALC panels, but can also be applied to other panel-shaped building materials such as PC panels.
