Description

The present invention relates to a beverage container upper surface covering tool and a beverage container set, and particularly when drinking a beverage such as beer or other effervescent beverages whose top surface protection when poured into a container is effective for maintaining the taste. In addition, the present invention relates to a beverage container upper surface covering tool and a beverage container set that can maintain the taste.

For example, when beer is served at beer gardens, parties, and other liquor stores, beer is often drunk with a large-capacity mug or glass.
FIG. 10 is an explanatory view showing a conventional beer drinking state. As shown in the figure, since a large amount of beer 9L is naturally poured and stored in the large-sized vessel 9V, it takes a considerable amount of time to drink it.

When pouring beer 9L from a server or the like into the container 9V, it is usual to intentionally pour the foam 9B into the upper part in order to maintain the umami and flavor. In other words, the appropriately formed layer of foam 9B serves as a temporary covering means for beer 9L to prevent the release of carbonic acid, which is an important element constituting the flavor of beer 9L. Prevent it.

However, the bubbles 9B also disappear by touching the air over time. Furthermore, when drinking, first, the upper bubble 9B or the portion of the beer 9L containing a lot of bubbles 9B goes out of the vessel 9V, so that the bubbles 9B disappear at a considerably early stage. Then, since the covering means of beer 9L will be lost, carbonic acid 9P will be lost and the taste of beer 9L will decrease.

Therefore, conventionally, when emphasizing the deliciousness in drinking beer, means such as devising a pouring method for forming a highly sustainable foam have been adopted. Moreover, the proposal of the tool for making it easy to form such a foam is also made | formed (patent document 1). The technology disclosed in this document is a beer and sparkling liquor tool provided with an opening at the bottom of a bottomed cylinder and a fine sandpaper-like protrusion on the inner surface, and beer etc. in a state where this tool is put in a cup first. When the beer is poured, the foam is subdivided when the beer or the like hits a minute projection, and a fine, creamy, hard-to-disappear foam can be formed.

JP 2000-60710 A "Beer and sparkling liquor tool"

However, even if the retention time of foam can be extended to some extent by using the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, beer and the like containing a lot of foam and foam are consumed first and disappear each time they are drunk. Moreover, since the upper surface is not protected at all, it is inevitable that the disappearance of the bubbles proceeds due to contact with air. Eventually, as the drinking progresses, the creamy foam disappears. As a result, the taste of beer is lost and the taste is reduced.

This is a significant problem because the longer the drinking time and the longer the drinking time, the longer the effect that can be expected during drinking. Similarly, the longer the time taken by a drinker for drinking due to various circumstances, the longer the effect that can be expected during drinking, the greater the problem. For example, it may be a drinker who takes time to drink or who needs time, or a case where it takes time to start drinking while a drink is poured into a container at a toast at a banquet or the like.

Further, when drinking beer, particularly in the initial period of drinking, the foam covering the upper surface causes the foam to adhere around the mouth of the drinker (see FIG. 10 above). There is a case where such a drinking method with a brilliant image is not suitable or is to be avoided. There is no need to wipe the mouth after drinking, and any method capable of effectively preventing the occurrence of foam adhering to the mouth at the time of drinking beer is sufficient, but such a device has been found in the past, including the technology disclosed in Patent Document 1. Absent.

Thus, the problem to be solved by the present invention is that when drinking a beverage such as beer or other effervescent beverages for which the top coating protection when poured into a container is effective for maintaining the taste, it is easily noticed. It is to provide a beverage container upper surface covering tool and a beverage container set that make it possible to maintain the deliciousness of the beverage over a long period of time, such as being unable to come off.

Further, the problem of the present invention is that the entire drinking period from the start to the end of drinking, even if it is a container with a large capacity such as a pitcher or a large sized mug or a drinker who takes time to drink. An object of the present invention is to provide a beverage container upper surface covering tool and a beverage container set capable of effectively maintaining such a deliciousness maintaining effect.

Moreover, the subject of this invention is providing the beverage container upper surface covering tool and beverage container set which can also effectively prevent generation | occurrence | production of foam | bubble adhesion around a drinker's mouth in addition to said each subject.

As a result of studying the above problems, the inventor of the present application has come up with the present invention by conceiving that the open end of the beverage container-like structure can be used downward and can be solved by the configuration of a tool that can be attached to the beverage container. That is, the invention claimed in the present application, or at least the disclosed invention, as means for solving the above-described problems is as follows.

(7) A beverage container set comprising the beverage container upper surface covering tool according to any one of (1) to (5) and a beverage container to which the device is applicable.
(8) The beverage container set according to (7), which is for beer and other sparkling beverages.

Since the beverage container upper surface covering tool and the beverage container set of the present invention are configured as described above, according to this, the upper surface covering protection when poured into a container such as beer or other sparkling beverages is maintained delicious. When drinking a beverage that is effective, the taste of the beverage can be maintained for a long time, such as being easily lost.

In particular, in the case of beer or beverages in which foam is sustained to a certain extent when poured into beer, according to the beverage container upper surface covering device and the beverage container set of the present invention, the foam can be retained throughout the drinking period. It can be held for as long a time as possible, can not easily get lost, and can maintain the deliciousness of the beverage for a long time. In particular, according to the tool of the present invention, not only the upper surface of the foam is covered and protected, but also when drinking, the liquid near the upper surface (interface) where the foam is formed is used later from the liquid below the container. Therefore, there is less disturbance to the foam layer, and the foam retention is better.

Moreover, according to the beverage container top surface covering device and the beverage container set of the present invention, even if it is a large capacity container such as a pitcher or a large sized mug or a drinker who takes time to drink, drinking starts This deliciousness maintaining effect can be effectively maintained over the entire drinking period from the end to the end. Furthermore, it is possible to effectively prevent the generation of bubbles around the drinker's mouth.

In addition, although this invention made it the original subject to provide a convenient tool when drinking the drink whose top surface covering protection when poured into a container is effective in maintaining deliciousness, In addition to the effects described above, the effect of preventing foreign matter from entering from above can also be achieved. For example, when using beverages such as beer drawn from a server or shake drinks at outdoor / indoor events, rain, insects, dust, and other foreign objects fall into the beverage container from above in addition to preventing foam loss. Of course, it also functions as an upper lid to prevent mixing.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1A is a cross-sectional view showing the basic configuration of the beverage container upper surface covering tool of the present invention. Also,
1B is a plan (top) view of FIG. 1A. As shown in these figures, the beverage container upper surface covering tool 10 of the present invention is used by being attached to a beverage container V, and an open end 3 is formed at the lower end, and the upper end is the upper bottom plate 2. A cylindrical body 1, one or a plurality of vent holes 4 provided in the upper bottom plate 2, and a mounting means 5 for mounting a beverage container V provided in the cylindrical body 1. Is formed in such a specification that a gap 6 is formed between the inner wall of the beverage container V and the beverage container V when the device 10 is mounted, and the tube 1 is connected to the inside and outside of the tube 1 when the device 10 is mounted. The main structure is that is formed.

The beverage container upper surface covering tool 10 having such a configuration is used as follows. First, the entire utensil 10 is lowered into the beverage container V into which the beverage has already been poured with the lower end of the cylindrical body 1 facing downward, and is accommodated in the beverage container V. At this time, the cylindrical body 1 has a substantially closed structure with the upper bottom plate 2 at the upper end, but since the open end 3 is formed at the lower end, the beverage liquid in the beverage container V is not drained, that is, the beverage. Without being further overflowed out of the beverage container V, it is lowered and stored. A beverage is contained in the cylindrical body 1.

After the beverage container upper surface covering tool 10 is completely stored in the beverage container V, the mounting state of the tool 10 is fixed to the beverage container V by the mounting means 5. Thereby, as long as the mounting | wearing means 5 is functioning, even if the drink container V is tilted, this tool 10 does not remove | deviate or lift, but the state fixed to the drink container V is maintained.

In the state of being attached to the beverage container V in this manner, the utensil 10 has a gap 6 through which liquid can be circulated between the upper bottom plate 2 and the inner wall of the beverage container V at the upper end of the cylindrical body 1, and the lower end. , A communication structure that allows the inside and outside of the cylindrical body 1 to communicate with each other in the beverage container V is formed (F in the figure indicates communication inside and outside the cylindrical body).

When drinking the beverage in the beverage container V, it is drunk with a mouth in the gap 6 formed between the upper bottom plate 2 and the inner wall of the beverage container V. The gap 6 may be a specification of the tool 10 (especially, the upper bottom plate 2) so that the drinking method can be smoothly performed and can be formed at an appropriate interval with no particular inconvenience.

When the beverage container V is tilted in order to drink the beverage in the beverage container V, the liquid is circulated and guided from below (bottom part) of the beverage container V toward the gap 6. Due to the communication structure (F) formed at the lower end of the cylinder 1, the beverage in the cylinder 1 is naturally circulated and guided in the direction of the gap 6, but the beverage liquid is located below the container V. It moves in the direction of the gap 6 in order from the one to be performed. Therefore, when the beverage is an effervescent beverage such as beer and a foam layer is formed on the upper surface, the liquid in the vicinity of the foam layer passes through the communication structure at the last stage, so the foam layer is Easy to hold.

In addition, since air is introduced from the outside through the vent holes 4 provided in the upper bottom plate 2, the liquid is smoothly moved from the inside of the cylindrical body 1 when drinking using the gap 6.

The open end 3 of the cylinder 1 can function as a communication structure. As shown in the figure, the structure of the tool 10 can be simplified by setting the entire bottom bottom of the cylindrical body 1 as the open end 3. Moreover, since there is little resistance when accommodating this tool 10 in the drink container V of the state in which the drink was accommodated, it can carry out easily. In addition, the beverage in the container V can be distributed and guided through the communication structure and the gap 6 so that the drinker can drink smoothly.

In short, the communication structure may be any structure as long as the liquid can freely flow inside and outside the cylinder 1, and may be, for example, an opening provided on the side surface or lower bottom of the cylinder 1. However, as described above, by forming the entire lower bottom of the cylinder 1 as the open end 3, it is possible to form a communication structure that best matches the object of the present invention.

As illustrated, the upper bottom plate 2 can be formed in a shape similar to the upper end shape of the beverage container V. In the case of the figure (FIG. 1B), it is circular. Thus, the width of the gap 6 at the upper end of the container V can be evenly formed by making the upper bottom plate 2 and the upper end shape of the beverage container V similar to each other and the mounting means 5 having an appropriate position configuration. It is possible to drink with the same ease of drinking no matter where the drinker puts his mouth on the upper edge of the container V.

As shown in the figure, the mounting means 5 can be configured as one or a plurality of locking tools provided on the upper bottom plate 2. In short, the mounting means 5 may have any structure / form as long as the state of attachment of the beverage container upper surface covering tool 10 to the beverage container V can be stably fixed. For example, it can be configured as a tongue-like locking device structure having elasticity that can be easily detached from the upper edge of the beverage container V.

In addition, the material of the beverage container upper surface covering tool 10 of the present invention may be any material as long as it can be used as an acrylic resin, other synthetic resins, ceramics, metal or other tableware. In addition, although the color is also free, when the beverage container V to be applied is transparent, if the utensil is also transparent, it does not hinder the viewing and visual enjoyment of the contained beverage liquid.

Further, in the present tool 10, the gap 6 and the communication structure (F) are indispensable elements, but the gap 6 and the height size of the cylindrical body 1 may be appropriately designed according to the specifications of the beverage container V to be applied. In the examples described later, the gap is about 3 mm and the height of the cylinder is about 10 mm from the bottom of the beverage container to which it is applied, but it is of course not limited to this.

In addition, the figure shows a configuration in which only one vent hole 4 is provided in the center of the upper bottom plate 2, but the position, the number, the size of the vent hole, etc. are not particularly limited and should be designed freely. Can do. Further, the structure, form, or number of the mounting means 5 is not particularly limited and can be appropriately designed.

In addition, the drink container set which consists of the drink container upper surface covering tool demonstrated above and the drink container which can apply it is also in the scope of the present invention. For example, a set in which the beverage container upper surface covering tool of the present invention is combined with a conventional beverage container made of paper or plastic and the like is an example.

Examples of the present invention will be described below, but the present invention is not limited to such examples.
<Example 1 Beverage container upper surface covering tool for effervescent beverages such as beer>
A beverage container top surface covering device for beer mugs capable of maintaining a foam layer for a long period of time until drinking was actually finished when drinking a beverage having a foam layer equivalent to beer or beer was produced.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the beverage container top surface covering tool embodiment 1. FIG. Also,
FIG. 3 is a plan view of a state in which Example 1 shown in FIG.
FIG. 4 is a side cross-sectional view of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2 mounted on a beer mug.

The structure of the beverage container upper surface covering tool Example 1 (hereinafter referred to as “Example 1 tool”) 210 illustrated in these drawings will be described.
Three attachment / detachment nails 25 are provided at equal intervals as a mounting means on the bottom (upper bottom plate) 22 of the one-sided bottomed cylinder 21 made of transparent acrylic resin, and a vent hole 24 having a diameter of about 5 mm is provided at the center of the upper bottom plate 22. A tool having a shape in which the lower bottom part is an open end 23 was manufactured, and this was used as a tool 210 of Example 1. The removal claw 25 has a hook shape.

In the first embodiment tool 210, the upper bottom plate 22 has a diameter smaller by about 6 mm than the inner diameter of the beer mug 2V to be mounted. That is, the gap 26 between the beer mug 2V and the first embodiment tool 210 is about 3 mm, and the beer L can flow out only from the gap 26. The vent hole 24 was circular with a diameter of about 3 mm. Further, the height of the cylinder 21 was configured such that the lower bottom portion (open end 23) was positioned about 10 mm from the bottom of the beer mug 2V when the installation of the tool 210 was completed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the first embodiment tool 210 is lowered and accommodated in a beer mug 2 </ b> V in a state where beer L is poured and a foam B layer is formed on the upper layer. The clearance gap 26 is formed in the state in which the tool 210 of Example 1 is accommodated, and the communication structure by the open end 23 is also formed, and the bubble B is the state covered with the upper bottom plate 22 of the tool 210. In addition, after the covering is completed, the tool 210 is fixed to the beer mug 2V by the removal claw 25 being hung on the upper edge of the beer mug 2V.

FIG. 5 is a side sectional view showing a state where the container is tilted to some extent as the usage state of the tool of Example 1. When drinking beer with a conventional mug, if the mug is tilted, the upper beer with foam or foam will enter the mouth first. However, by attaching the utensil 210 to the mug 2V as shown in the figure, the beer L always flows out first from the bottom, and the drinker is always free from foam (or less) at the bottom. You can only drink beer L that has been drawn from. The bubble B is held in a state of being contained in the upper part inside the tool 210.

FIG. 6 is a side cross-sectional view showing a state in which the container is tilted almost horizontally as a use state of the tool of Example 1. Thus, the guidance from the bottom of beer L at the time of drinking is repeated every time until the remaining amount of beer L decreases. That is, no matter how much the beer L decreases, it is always located below the foam B, so that the beer L comes out through the gap 26 first when drinking.

Moreover, since it is covered with a lid (upper bottom plate 22) provided only with a small vent 24, the foam B hardly touches the air and remains without disappearing. Can be held until the end of drinking. Conventionally, when the beer is finished drinking, it is normal that the foam disappears and the air is lost. However, by using this tool 210, it is possible to drink deliciously until the end.

FIG. 7 is a side cross-sectional view showing a state where drinking using the device of Example 1 is completed. As shown in the drawing, the foam B does not disappear to the end because it does not touch the air, and remains in the utensil 210 after drinking beer. In this way, the foam B is contained in the device 210 over the entire drinking period and does not flow out through the gap 26. Therefore, even if the drinker drinks casually, There will be no bubbles around. Needless to say, since the tool 210 is removable, it can be washed and used repeatedly.

<Example 2 Simple beverage container set>
As a beverage container set consisting of a beverage container and a beverage container upper surface covering tool adapted thereto, a simple beverage container set convenient for indoor and outdoor events was produced (hereinafter referred to as “Example 2 set”).
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a beverage container and a beverage container upper surface covering tool constituting the set of Example 2,
FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a state in which the constituent elements of the second embodiment set are combined.

As a material of the beverage container upper surface covering tool 510 and the beverage container 5V constituting the Example 2 set, PET resin was used. As the former mounting means 55, four hook-shaped ones were provided. Further, only one vent hole 54 is provided at the center of the upper bottom plate 52. Further, the gap formed when the beverage container 5V was mounted was about 3 mm, and the distance between the lower bottom (open end 53) and the bottom of the beverage container 5V was about 10 mm.

After beer is poured into the beverage container 5V, the beverage container upper surface covering tool 510 is then attached to the state as shown in FIG. 9, and when the beer is actually drunk from the gap, the foam covers the top of the beer until the end. Only the beer without bubbles, which remained as a layer, was always drunk smoothly through the gap and could be drunk. Of course, there was no foam around the mouth during drinking.

According to the beverage container top surface covering tool and beverage container set of the present invention, when drinking a beverage such as beer or other sparkling beverages whose top surface protection when poured into the container is effective for maintaining the taste. Furthermore, the deliciousness of the beverage can be maintained for a long time. The invention can be widely used in the field of food-related work and has high industrial applicability.
