Description

The present invention relates to a novel roll-type stamp in which the printing surface does not have a risk of causing ink to adhere to other objects when not in use. In the present invention, “upper” and “upper end” indicate the support frame side, and “lower” and “lower end” indicate the printing surface side.

A roll-type stamp has already been developed to transfer the design of characters, figures, numbers, symbols, etc. on the surface of the roll body by rolling the penetrating stamp-type roll body rotatably and rolling it on the surface to be printed. Known.
In some of the previously known roll-type stamps, the printing surface is exposed from the lower end of the sword as the printing surface touches other objects when it is not in use and does not cause ink to adhere. Thus, there is known one that rolls a roll body while bringing a printing surface into contact with a surface to be printed (Patent Document 1).
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-38679

The roll-type stamp of Patent Document 1 certainly does not have the possibility that the printing surface touches other objects and adheres ink because the printing surface is housed inside the leg when not in use. In order to expose the surface, the lower end (smooth surface portion) of the leg must always be in contact with the surface to be printed. For example, when the width of the surface to be printed is extremely narrow and the smooth surface portion cannot be contacted, In the case where there is unevenness in the part in contact with the mark, there was a problem in marking.

The seal of the first invention completed in order to solve the above-mentioned problems is a support frame,
A push button disposed on the support frame so as to be reciprocally slidable toward the inside thereof;
A roll body having shafts on both sides and a printed body on the surface;
A spring body that is held by the support frame and constantly urges the roll body upward;
A stamp consisting of
The shaft portion is rotatably supported by the bearing portion of the push button,
The roll body can be reciprocated up and down by making the surface abutting the shaft portion of the bearing portion into an inclined surface inclined upward.

According to the present invention, there is no possibility that the printing surface touches another object when it is not used and causes ink to adhere.
In addition, by pressing the push button inward, the print surface can be exposed from the lower end of the support frame, so the case where the surface to be printed is narrow or there are irregularities around the surface to be printed. However, it can be stamped without any problem.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
The roll body 1 is a substantially cylindrical body having a printing body 2 on the surface, and a shaft portion 11 is provided via a beam body 12 provided on an inner peripheral surface. The shaft portion 11 is on the central axis of the cylindrical body and protrudes from both surfaces of the beam body 12. Thereby, the shaft portion 11 is provided on both sides of the roll body 1.

The printed body 2 includes a rubber stamp composed of raw rubber, a vulcanizing agent, a filler, a softening agent, a colorant, an anti-aging agent, and other additives, and a myriad of sponge rubber and the like so that ink can be occluded. A porous printing material having continuous pores can be used. A printing surface 21 is provided on the surface of the printing body 2. In order to produce the printing surface 21, when rubber is vulcanized, a method of producing by pressing and heating with a mold engraved on the printing surface, or a rubber sheet formed into a sheet shape is engraved or laser machined. A method of engraving with, for example, can be used.
Further, the printed body 2 abuts a document on which characters, figures, and the like are drawn by a substance that absorbs infrared rays and generates heat, on a printing material that is a thermoplastic resin porous body having open cells, and transmits infrared rays from the document side. It is possible to use a stamped surface produced by irradiating, or a stamped surface produced by mixing a heat-generating fine powder in a porous stamp material of thermoplastic resin and irradiating with infrared rays using a manuscript sheet. In this case, the printing surface 21 can be produced by melting and closing the pores of the porous body by heat generated by infrared rays.
The printing body 2 is fixed to the roll body 1. The end face of the sheet-like printing body 2 is preliminarily pasted into a cylindrical shape and then fitted into the roll body 1. A method is conceivable in which the end faces are bonded together or fixed after the printing body 2 is wound around the roll body.
Further, the frame portion 13 in which the printing body 2 is fitted and held in a state where only the printing surface 21 is exposed from the upper end opening may be disposed on both peripheral end surfaces of the roll body 1.

The print body 2 is impregnated with ink, but the ink may be impregnated before or after fixing the print body 2 to the roll body 1.
However, it is useful to impregnate the ink after fixing to the roll body 1 because the ink is less likely to contaminate the others.
Here, as the ink to be impregnated, water-based, oil-based, dye-based, and pigment-based inks can be appropriately employed.

The support frame 3 is composed of a pair of left and right, and is fitted to each other with the roll body 1 being sandwiched from the left and right. The print surface 21 is exposed from the lower end surface of the support frame 3. As shown in the figure, a cap body 6 for protecting the printing surface 21 may be fitted to the lower end surface of the support frame body 3.

The push button 5 is disposed in the side opening 31 of the support frame 3. The push button 5 is disposed outside the support frame body so as to be prevented from coming off by a flange portion 52 provided substantially at the periphery. By providing a cut at the upper end of the flange portion 52 and engaging with the support frame 3, the push button 5 is disposed in a detent shape with respect to the support frame 3.
The push button 5 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the side opening 31 and is disposed so as to be slidable back and forth toward the inside of the support frame.
The push button 5 is provided with a bearing portion 51 projecting inward. By supporting the shaft portion 11 on the bearing portion 51, the roll body 1 is rotatably supported with respect to the support frame body.
The bearing portion 51 is disposed substantially vertically and has an inclined surface 53 on a surface that contacts the shaft portion 11. The inclined surface 53 is formed so as to expand downward from above.

The spring body 4 is fitted and held on the holding protrusion 32 of the support frame 3. The spring body 4 is a leaf spring, and the upper end surface of the leaf spring and the lower end surface of the shaft body portion 14 of the shaft portion 11 are in contact with each other, and the shaft body portion 14 is always urged upward. Since the shaft body portion 14 is integrated with the roll body 1, the roll body 1 is urged upward with respect to the support frame body 3.

Here, an elastic body such as a winding spring may be interposed between the push button 5 and the side opening 31 so as to urge outward. With such a configuration, as compared with the case of only the spring body 4, the push button 5 is easily returned outward, and wear due to friction between the shaft portion 11 and the inclined surface 53 is reduced.
Further, an auxiliary hole 34 for assisting the shaft portion 11 may be provided in the support frame 3. The auxiliary hole 34 is provided so as not to hinder the vertical movement of the shaft portion 11, and is provided so as to prevent the shaft portion 11 from inadvertently dropping off from the bearing portion 51.

When the above members are assembled, the structure shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 4A is obtained. This state is hereinafter referred to as a standby state where no external pressure is applied to the stamp.
In this standby state, the shaft portion 11 is urged upward with respect to the support frame 3 by the urging force of the spring body 4. Therefore, the push button 5 disposed on the support frame 3 so as to be slidable back and forth is pushed outward through the inclined surface 53 until the flange portion 52 and the end surface of the side surface opening portion 31 are locked. . The printing body 2 integrated with the shaft portion 11 is positioned above the support frame body 3, and the printing surface 21 is positioned inward from the lower end portion 33 of the support frame body 3.

The embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, and the operation thereof will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
As described above, FIG. 4A is a diagram illustrating a standby state of the present invention, and FIG. 4B is a diagram illustrating a stamped state of the present invention.
In the state of FIG. 4A, the left and right push buttons 5 are pressed inward so as to approach each other. Then, the inclined surfaces 53 expanding from the upper side to the lower side approach each other inward, and the shaft portion 11 that contacts the inclined surface 53 resists the urging force of the spring body 4 and is in sliding contact with the inclined surface 53. It is pushed down. The lowering of the shaft portion 11 stops at a position where the shaft portion 11 reaches the lower end of the inclined surface 53 and the left and right push buttons 5 cannot move further inward. This position is the position in the stamped state (FIG. 4B). At this position, the printing surface 21 is exposed from the lower end portion 33 of the support frame 3, and the printing surface 21 rolls on the surface to be printed, so that characters, figures and numbers on the roll printing surface can be obtained. , Symbols, etc. can be transferred.
Next, when the left and right push buttons 5 are released in the state of FIG. 4B, the shaft portion 11 is pushed upward by the urging force (returning force) of the spring body 4. Then, the shaft portion 11 is slidably contacted upward from the lower end of the inclined surface 53, and pushes the push button 5 to the left and right. Ascending of the shaft 11 stops at a position where the shaft 11 reaches the upper end of the inclined surface 53 and the left and right push buttons 5 cannot move further outward. This position is the above-described standby state position (FIG. 4A).
At this time, since the printing surface 21 is located inward from the lower end portion 33 of the support frame 3, there is no possibility that the printing surface 21 touches other objects and attaches ink.

The present invention has been described above by the embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
