Description

The present invention relates to a medicine replacement time display tool.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there are many known indicators in a form that indicates a medicine usable period on a display surface in accordance with the remaining amount of chemical liquid contained.
For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-302906, in a display substrate for an indicator that displays by volatilization of a contained liquid, a substrate material exhibiting liquid permeability and a light that is partially laminated on the surface of the substrate material and contained when the liquid is contained. A plurality of display parts made of a forming material exhibiting a low refractive index, and a liquid-impermeable part of the substrate material separating each display part, and liquid movement occurs between the display part areas when liquid is contained. There has been proposed a display substrate characterized by the absence of the above.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2008-76607 discloses that the entire liquid material holding sheet in which a liquid material is held on a sheet base material having a display layer that exhibits at least two visually different states has a thickness. A period indicator covered with a 10-100 μm olefinic resin film is described.
In particular, the latter period indicator can be used outdoors because the sheet is covered with a film, but the thickness of the film used in a specific embodiment is as thin as 20 to 30 μm, and the sheet Since the film is in close contact with the film, it is inevitable that outdoor conditions such as wind will affect the volatility of the liquid material. Furthermore, in consideration of the affinity between the liquid substance (ester compound) and the olefin resin film, the adjustment of the period until the replacement time is displayed requires a change in the type of ester compound and the type of film. In order to be applied to a chemical volatilization device having an effective period of, it has been complicated.

The present invention is a drug replacement time display tool for indicating the replacement time of the chemical volatilization body, and is less susceptible to wind during outdoor use, and also changes the amount of chemical solution added to the chemical solution holding member. (1) A drug replacement time indicator for a chemical volatilizer,
A chemical solution holding member in which a paraffinic solvent is added to a base material having a concealing layer on the surface is placed in a plastic container, and the upper surface of the container is covered with a chemical solution permeable film having a thickness of 70 to 250 μm. Drug replacement time indicator.

The present invention is not easily affected by wind or the like when used outdoors, and can be applied to various effective periods only by changing the amount of the chemical solution contained in the chemical solution holding member. Provide ingredients.
Then, by using the medicine replacement time display tool of the present invention, it is possible to accurately display the replacement time of the chemical volatilizer and to inform the user of the change time.

The drug replacement time display tool of the present invention is provided in a drug volatilizer used mainly in places such as outdoors, indoors close to the outdoors, and entrances. Here, the chemical volatilization body refers to an instrument, an apparatus, or the like that has a pest control agent or a pest control agent that suppresses the contact of the pest and has a function of releasing the chemical into the air.

In the medicine replacement time indicator of the present invention, a chemical holding member in which a paraffinic solvent is added to a base material having a concealing layer on the surface is placed in a plastic container, and the upper surface of the container is permeated with a chemical liquid having a thickness of 70 to 250 μm. Covered with a conductive film.
Examples of the base material used for the chemical solution holding member include various materials, for example, ordinary paper materials, pulp paper, paperboard, synthetic fiber mixed paper, non-woven fabric, woven fabric, polyolefin resin, and the like. Paper or nonwoven fabric excellent in solvent absorbability is preferred.
As necessary, various pigments and dyes are applied or printed on the surface of the base material to display letters or pictures, or to color the entire surface to change the color, thereby improving visibility. I can do it.

As the concealing layer applied to the surface of the base material, any one can be used as long as it is transparently modified when a chemical solution is contained. For example, amorphous silica, kaolin, calcium carbonate, etc. Inorganic pigments, organic pigments such as plastic pigment fine powder, and those obtained by mixing various binders with these.

かかるパラフィン系溶剤の具体例を示せば、アイソパーM(エクソンモービルケミカル社製、主留分の蒸気圧:8×10−2mmHg)、アイソパーV(エクソンモービルケミカル社製、主留分の蒸気圧:4×10−3mmHg)、IP2835(出光石油化学製、主留分の蒸気圧:3×10−3mmHg)、デオトミゾール(三光化学工業製、主留分の蒸気圧:2×10−2mmHg)等があげられるが、これらに限定されない。
The first feature of the present invention is that a paraffinic solvent is used as a chemical solution to be added to the base material coated with the concealing layer.
In Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2008-76607), an ester compound is used as a liquid substance, but from the point of affinity with an olefin resin film, the adjustment of the period until the replacement time is displayed is It was not always satisfactory. However, as a result of studying various chemical solutions, the present inventors have been able to provide a drug replacement time display device that can cope with various effective periods only by changing the amount of the chemical solution added by using a paraffin solvent. It is a thing.
As the paraffinic solvent, both isoparaffin and normal paraffin can be used. In particular, isoparaffin having a main fraction with a vapor pressure of 1 × 10 −4 to 1 × 10 −1 mmHg at 20 ° C. has a low viscosity. Further, it is excellent in diffusibility with respect to the base material, which is preferable in terms of performance.
Specific examples of such paraffinic solvents include Isopar M (manufactured by ExxonMobil Chemical Co., vapor pressure of main fraction: 8 × 10 −2 mmHg), Isopar V (manufactured by ExxonMobil Chemical Co., Ltd., vapor pressure of main fraction) : 4 × 10 −3 mmHg), IP2835 (manufactured by Idemitsu Petrochemical, vapor pressure of main fraction: 3 × 10 −3 mmHg), deotomisole (manufactured by Sanko Chemical Co., Ltd., vapor pressure of main fraction: 2 × 10 −2) mmHg) and the like, but is not limited thereto.

The second feature of the present invention is that the chemical solution holding member is housed in a plastic container. For this reason, the chemical solution holding member and the film do not adhere to each other as in Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2008-76607). As described later, an appropriate space formed between the chemical solution holding member and the film is paraffin. This is useful for adjusting volatilization of solvent.
The plastic container used in the present invention can be made of various ordinary materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, polyacetal, polyacrylonitrile and the like. In particular, when polyester or polyamide is selected as the material, it is suitable for the purpose of the present invention because the paraffinic solvent which is a chemical solution is suppressed from being adsorbed to the plastic container as much as possible and the moldability is good.

A third feature of the present invention is that the upper surface of the plastic container is covered with a chemical-permeable film having a thickness of 70 to 250 μm. That is, unlike the olefin resin film (thickness in the example: 20 to 30 μm) used in Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2008-76607), a chemical liquid permeable film having a thickness of 70 to 250 μm is adopted. As a result, the volatilization of the paraffinic solvent is less affected by wind and the like, and it is advantageous in terms of volatilization adjustment.
As a chemical liquid permeable film, it can be used as long as it is permeable to chemical liquids. For example, polyolefin resin films such as polyethylene (ultra low density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, etc.), polypropylene, polystyrene, and cellulose resin films. Etc. can be illustrated. In particular, in the case of a film made of polyethylene or polypropylene, it is easy to use because specifications having desired chemical liquid permeability can be selected from various types.

The upper surface side of the chemical liquid permeable film may be further covered with a chemical liquid impermeable film, and the user may design so that only the chemical liquid impermeable film is peeled off at the start of use. According to this configuration, since the volatilization of the paraffinic solvent always starts simultaneously with the start of use, the variation in the replacement time can be reduced.
Examples of the chemical-impermeable film used here include an aluminum film (aluminum foil), a polyester film, and a polyamide film. In particular, the aluminum film completely eliminates the volatilization of the paraffinic solvent from the chemical-permeable film. It is preferable because it suppresses and does not affect the display function of the internal chemical liquid holding member.

In the medicine replacement time display tool of the present invention, as described above, an appropriate space formed between the chemical liquid holding member and the chemical liquid permeable film contributes to the volatilization adjustment of the paraffinic solvent. For this reason, the ratio (A / B) of the volume (A) of the base material and the volume (B) in the plastic container after coating with the chemical-permeable film is 0.05 to 0.8, preferably 0.8. It is good to design so that it may become 1-0.5.
If this value is small, color unevenness of the display device may occur before the start of use of the medicine replacement time display device. On the other hand, if this value is too high, that is, if the adhesion between the two becomes high, the paraffin type There is a tendency to cause a problem in the volatility of the solvent from the chemical-permeable film.

As described above, the present invention selects a paraffinic solvent as a chemical solution to be added to the chemical solution holding member, uses the chemical solution holding member in a plastic container, and further uses the upper surface of the plastic container with a thickness of 70 to 250 μm. The main feature is that it is coated with a chemical-permeable film.
As the best embodiment, for example, a chemical holding member to which an isoparaffin having a vapor pressure of 1 × 10 −3 to 1 × 10 −2 mmHg at 20 ° C. of a main fraction is added, and the A / B ratio is set to 0.1. The drug replacement time indicator is put in a polyester container so as to be 1 to 0.5, and this upper surface is covered with a high-density polyethylene film having a thickness of 100 to 120 μm. The correlation between the amount and the replacement time display period is also good, and it becomes easy to correspond to various effective periods simply by changing the amount of the chemical solution added.

The drug replacement time indicator of the present invention thus obtained is a pesticide, pest repellent, insect repellent, tick repellent, tick repellent, mold repellent, deodorant, etc. And is used as an indicator for indicating the time when the function is performed. In particular, it is highly useful in situations where it is susceptible to environmental influences such as wind, such as outdoors, indoors close to the outdoors, and front doors.

Next, the drug replacement time display device of the present invention will be described in more detail based on specific examples and test examples, but the present invention is not limited to these.

A pulp paper base (size: 18 × 22 × 1 mm, volume A: 396 mm 3 ) coated with a green pigment in a star shape and then coated with a mixture of silica and resin as a concealing layer 50 mg of Isopar V (isoparaffinic solvent, vapor pressure at 20 ° C .: 4 × 10 −3 mmHg) was added to obtain a chemical holding member. Put this chemical holding member with the coating surface up in a polyester container (volume B: 1240 mm 3 ) with a hollow inside, cover the upper surface of the container with a polyethylene film (thickness: 100 μm), and heat seal the outer periphery of the container Thus, the medicine replacement time display tool of the present invention was produced. The volume ratio of A / B was 0.32.

An insect repellent chemical volatilization product, in which a net-like resin sheet (7.5 × 14.5 cm × 2 sides) containing 200 mg of metfurthrin is housed in a plastic case, was loaded with the obtained drug replacement timing indicator of the present invention. .
When this was hung on a clothesline on a well-ventilated veranda, a green star appeared on the base material surface of the display device after about 60 days, indicating a replacement period for use. The indicator function of this product was sufficiently accurate and easy to use despite being used outdoors.

In accordance with Example 1, the drug replacement time indicator shown in Table 1 was prepared. Polyester (PET) was used as the material for the plastic container.

The following display function tests were conducted for the drug replacement time display tools shown in Table 1.
[Test method]
The indicator was placed at 25 ° C. under conditions of a wind speed of 1 m / sec (and a wind speed of 0.3 m / sec), and the fading of the indicator was visually observed over time. Judgment is indicated by ○: immediately after the start and no change, Δ: slightly fading compared to immediately after the start, ×: completely fading, and the elapsed days of the end point is defined as the display period.

As a result of the test, the drug replacement time display tool of the present invention was not affected by environmental conditions such as wind so much and showed a replacement display time at a predetermined time and showed a good display performance. Further, it is recognized from the comparison between the present invention 1 and the present invention 2 that it is possible to cope with various display periods only by changing the amount of the chemical solution contained in the chemical solution holding member, and it is proved that it is extremely useful and practical. It was done.
On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1 using isopropanol as the chemical solution, the color fading immediately after the addition of the chemical solution, which is inappropriate as a display device. Further, as in Comparative Example 2 and Comparative Example 3, when using isopropyl myristate or isopropyl palmitate, which is a chemical solution other than a paraffinic solvent, the fading time is very delayed and the fading time is not clear. It did not meet the gist of the invention. In addition, according to patent document 2 (Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2008-76607), the structure (comparative example 4) which made isopropyl myristate contact | adhere to the 20-micrometer-thick polyethylene film has a display function with volatilization of a chemical | medical solution. Although played, the influence of the wind was unavoidable, and it could not be said that the performance was satisfactory. This tendency is the same in the case of the paraffinic solvent used in the present invention (Comparative Example 5). Therefore, after selecting the paraffinic solvent as the chemical solution to be added to the chemical solution holding member, the chemical solution holding member is stored in the plastic container. It is apparent that the display performance intended by the present invention can be achieved only when the upper surface of the plastic container is further covered with a chemical-permeable film having a thickness of 70 to 250 μm.
