Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mist collector that separates and removes mist of liquid such as oil contained in air from air by centrifugal force.
When a workpiece such as a machine part is to be cut or ground, a cutting fluid or a grinding fluid is supplied to the workpiece to remove cutting heat and chips. The chips adhering to the workpiece after processing are removed by cleaning with a cleaning device. At this time, the cutting fluid and the cleaning fluid from the processing device and the cleaning device become mist-like droplets, so-called mist, and diffuse outside the mechanical device, which deteriorates the factory environment. As a countermeasure, the mist is sucked and removed by a mist collector.
As a mist collector for removing mist, a type using a filter is usually used. As described in Patent Document 1, as the form of the filter, a filter plate fixed in the case, that is, a fixed filter type in which air containing mist is passed through the filter, and Patent Document 2 are described. In addition, there is a rotary filter type in which a cylindrical rotary filter is incorporated in a case. In this rotary filter type, air is supplied from the outside to a cylindrical filter that is driven to rotate, and the filtered air is discharged from the inside of the filter to the outside.
As a type that does not use a filter, as described in Patent Document 4 and
Furthermore, the mist collector has an electric dust collection method in which the mist is charged. In a normal electric dust collection method, the mist is attached to the electrode. On the other hand, in Patent Document 6, a high voltage is applied to the positive electrode and the negative electrode to generate corona discharge, and air containing mist is passed between both electrodes so that the mist is aggregated by Coulomb force. An electric dust collection mist collector is described. Also in this type of electrostatic dust collection system, a filter is disposed downstream of both electrodes in order to collect agglomerated droplets.
When a filter is used in both the fixed type and the rotary type described above, the airflow resistance of the filter is added to the air flow, so that the power consumption of the fan that generates the air flow becomes larger than that of the electric dust collection method. Moreover, if the filter is clogged and exceeds the absorption limit, the mist will be swept away by the air flow and re-scattered downstream, losing its function as a filter. As described in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to spray cleaning water on the filter in order to remove clogging. However, by simply spraying the cleaning liquid on the filter, fine chips clogged with the filter cannot be removed, and maintenance-free by automatic cleaning is difficult. In a rotary filter, the mist adhering to the filter is scattered outside the filter by the centrifugal force of the filter, so the filter can be clogged less than the fixed filter type. It is difficult to completely remove solid particles and the like that have penetrated into the filter. For this reason, the solid particles that have sunk into the filter's eyes lose their rotational balance, causing vibration in the filter and damaging the bearing.
In a rotating brush type mist collector that does not use a filter, it is necessary to spray cooling water or cleaning liquid from the nozzle to the rotating brush in order to allow mist and dust to adhere to the rotating brush and cool the air. And cleaning solution must be used.
In the centrifugal mist collector described in Patent Document 4 and
On the other hand, in a dust collector electrode mist collector in which mist is attached to the dust collector electrode plate, the mist is attached to the dust collector electrode plate in the form of tar, so it is not easy to remove it. The removal work must be done by skilled specialists. Although there is a type that automatically cleans the dust collecting electrode plate, a heater for producing hot water and a washing pump for spraying are required, and this type of mist collector is expensive. Moreover, as described in Patent Document 6, in the electrostatic dust collection system in which mist is aggregated by corona discharge, it is necessary to dispose a filter on the downstream side in order to remove the aggregated droplets.
The objective of this invention is providing the mist collector which improves the isolation | separation performance of the mist contained in the air.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a mist collector that can dispense with maintenance.
The mist collector of the present invention is a mist collector that removes mist of liquid contained in air, and has a cylindrical shape in which a separation chamber communicating with an inflow port provided at an upper end portion is formed inside and arranged vertically The case body, a rotation shaft that is rotatably mounted in the upper end portion of the case body, and is driven by an electric motor attached to the case body, and a center portion that is inclined with respect to the rotation center of the rotation shaft. A plurality of conical conical separating plates that are opened and overlapped in the axial direction via the airflow guide gap are connected to the rotating shaft to swirl the airflow that flows radially inward through the airflow guide gap. The mist contained in the airflow is attached to each of the conical separation plates to scatter radially outward, and the multiple rotating cone is connected to the rotary shaft, and the airflow flowing in from the inlet is An impeller that swirls and feeds airflow into a communication space between the inner surface of the case body and the outer surface of the multiple rotation cone; and a lower end portion of the case body that passes through a central portion of the multiple rotation cone. It is characterized by having an exhaust cylinder that partitions an air flow from which mist has been separated into an outside exhaust passage for guiding the air flow to the outside and an outside drain chamber into which the mist flows.
The mist collector of the present invention is provided with a plurality of blades for turning the air flowing inward in the radial direction while turning through the air flow guide gap in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the conical separation plate. It is characterized by. In the mist collector of the present invention, a holder that rotatably supports the rotating shaft is attached to the top plate of the case body, and the multiple rotating cone is suspended from the holder via a driving member attached to the rotating shaft. It is characterized by holding in a state. In the mist collector of the present invention, a plurality of support rods that support the multi-rotating cone at the outer periphery thereof are connected to the rotation shaft at respective upper ends, and the support rods are fixed at the lower ends. It is characterized by connecting by.
According to the present invention, the airflow flowing along the conical separation plate in the airflow guide gap flows from the radially outer side to the inner side of the multi-rotating cone, and the mist contained in the airflow is caused by centrifugal force on the upper surface of the conical separation plate. Adhere to. The mist adhering to the conical separation plate becomes a liquid film, moves against the air flow radially outward of the conical separation plate, adheres to the inner peripheral surface of the circumferential portion of the inner surface of the case body, and falls into the drain chamber To do. On the other hand, since the airflow from which the drain has been removed is discharged to the outside through the exhaust passage from the center of the multiple rotating cone, it is possible to reliably remove mist having a fine particle size without using a filter. . Thereby, the mist contained in the air can be removed with high separation performance.
Even if solid particles adhere to the conical separation plate, the solid particles slip on the slope of the conical separation plate by centrifugal force and flow out to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the case body, so the solid particles adhere to the conical separation plate. Hateful. Furthermore, if the cleaning liquid is periodically supplied to the multi-rotation conical cylinder, the solid particles adhering to the conical separation plate can be completely washed away, so that maintenance is not required.
Compared to the case where mist is removed by a filter, the resistance to air passing through the multi-rotating cone is small, so there is less air pressure loss and the capacity of the electric motor for generating airflow can be reduced. , Power consumption can be reduced.
When the filter is used, it is necessary to replace the filter. However, since the filter is not required to be replaced, the cost for replacing the filter is not required, and the running cost can be reduced. Moreover, the cleaning work of the electrode plate is not required unlike an electric dust collector.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. A
As shown in FIG. 1, an
An
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a
Between the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
In order to attach the multiple
As shown in FIG. 8, each
Accordingly, each of the
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 6, a fixing
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, the multiple
On the other hand, the air that has flowed into the
As shown in FIG. 5, the multiple
As shown in FIG. 1, a
The airflow supplied from the
When the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the
In order to process the air containing mist using the
The airflow that flows into each
On the other hand, air that has flowed out from the lower end of each
For example, the thickness of the
On the other hand, when the specific gravity of the mist is 1 (specific gravity of water) and the particle diameter of the mist is 1 μm, the speed of sedimentation in the air under the gravity according to the Stokes formula is 0.03 mm / s. Since the sedimentation speed acting on small droplets having a particle size of about 1 μm is proportional to the multiple of gravitational acceleration according to Stokes' law, the sedimentation speed when sedimenting toward the upper surface of the
Therefore, under this condition, 1 μm particles adhere to the upper surface of the
The inclination angle θ of the
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, when a blowing fan is applied to the air supplied from the
