Description

The present invention relates to a levitation-release type air-dispersible substance discharger for allowing an osmotic-type release film to float by floating of a floating body, and gradually releasing the diffusible substance into the atmosphere.

A solution or liquid gel-like material containing a diffusible substance such as a fragrance, deodorant, or antibacterial agent is accommodated in the container, the container is partially opened, and the diffusible substance contained in the gel-like substance is removed. Air-dispersible substance emitters that are gradually diffused into the atmosphere and discharged are used for toilets and the like.

FIG. 2 shows a conventional air-dispersible substance discharge device described in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-290216), (a) is a sectional view showing a state before use, and (b) is a state in use. is there.

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes an air dissipating substance discharger, which is made of felt from a lid 4 of a container 3 containing a holding medium 2 made of a liquid containing air dissipating substances such as a fragrance, a deodorant, and an antibacterial agent. A capillary material bundle 5 composed of bundles of the like is extended so as to be immersed in the holding medium 2. The lid 4 is hermetically sealed as shown in (a) before use, and is lifted and used as shown in (b) during use.

When the lid 4 is lifted as shown in (b) from the sealed state of (a), the conventional air diffuser 1 as described above has a capillary material bundle 5 made of a bundle of felt or the like at the lower end. Is pulled up in a state immersed in the holding medium 2. In this state, air diffusing substances such as fragrance, deodorant, and antibacterial agent contained in the holding medium 2 are diffused from the capillary material bundle 5 protruding from the container 3 and released into the atmosphere. Giving, deodorizing, and antibacterial.

However, in such a conventional air-dissipating substance discharger 1, components such as a fragrance and a surfactant contained in a liquid holding medium 2 are deposited in a capillary material bundle 5 made of a bundle of felt or the like. In spite of clogging and the presence of the liquid holding medium 2 in the container 3, it becomes difficult to release the air diffusing material, and the air discharging material discharger 1 does not function. In addition, there are many oily substances such as fragrances, and surfactants are added to dissolve them in water. However, if many oily substances are added, the amount of surfactant is also increased. It is necessary to increase the concentration. As the concentration of the air diffusing substance and the surfactant in the holding medium becomes higher, the clogging becomes more severe, and therefore the concentration of the air diffusing substance in the holding medium 2 cannot be increased. For this reason, only an air dissipating substance discharger that accommodates a low concentration holding medium having low air dispersibility and sustainability was obtained. Further, when the capillary material bundle 5 is pulled out, it swells, so that it cannot be returned to its original position and the lid cannot be put back on, and even when it is not needed, a dispersible substance is released, which is wasteful.

In Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-267470), in order to limit the air diffusibility from the capillary material bundle 5 described above, a cylindrical member covering the periphery of the capillary material bundle 5 is provided so as to be movable up and down. An air-dispersing substance discharger is described which is attached to a float which is housed in a container 3. In this air dissipating substance discharger, the exposed area around the capillary material bundle 5 is adjusted by moving the cylindrical member up and down in response to the up and down movement of the float, thereby reducing the air dispersibility of the air dissipating substance. Restricted.

However, since such a diffuser discharger also uses the capillary phenomenon of the capillary material bundle 5 made of a bundle of felt or the like, clogging occurs in the same manner as in Patent Document 1, and There is a problem that the concentration cannot be increased to increase the air diffusivity, the sustainability, and the like, and the drawn capillary material bundle 5 can be stored again to prevent wasteful release of the air diffusing substance.

An object of the present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above, in which an osmotic release membrane is floated by floating of a floating body, and a fragrance, a deodorant, and an antibacterial contained in a holding medium contained in a container Even if the concentration of airborne substances such as chemicals is increased, it can be released to the atmosphere without being clogged, and released to the atmosphere. , Enhance sustainability, enhance fragrance imparting, deodorization, antibacterial functions, etc. and can be maintained for a long time, and when unnecessary, cover it to prevent unnecessary release of airborne substances, It is an object of the present invention to provide a floating discharge type diffuser that can efficiently release a diffuser.

In the present invention, the air diffusing substance held in the holding medium is a substance released into the atmosphere by air diffusing, and examples thereof include air diffusing fragrances, deodorants and antibacterial agents. The holding medium for holding such an air-diffusing substance is a liquid or fluid gel-like holding medium. The liquid as the holding medium is a solution obtained by dissolving or dispersing the above air-diffusing substance in water or other solvent. When the air-diffusing substance is oily, a surfactant can be blended, Including paste. The fluid gel is a fluid gel containing an air-diffusing substance, can be immersed in a floating body, can impart buoyancy to the floating body, and can be immersed again by pressing the floating body.

In the levitating substance discharger according to the present invention, such a holding medium is accommodated in a container having an opening at the top, the opening of the container is covered with a lid, and a capillary material film or the like is permeated around it. The floating body on which the release film is formed extends from the lid through the opening into the container and is immersed in the holding medium. The container can be of any shape such as round, square, and cylindrical, and can be made of any material such as resin, glass, and any external appearance such as transparent, opaque, or colored. The lid only needs to cover the opening of the container, but it is preferable to provide an engagement member such as a screw so that the opening can be detachably sealed.

The floating body has an osmotic release film such as a capillary material film formed around it, extends from the lid into the container through the opening of the container, and is immersed in the holding medium. In this state, the floating body can float by receiving a buoyancy from the holding medium, and floats when the lid is opened, and a part of the floating body protrudes from the opening. At this time, it may be configured to form a flow path of the air diffusing substance between the osmotic release membrane and the open end of the container. The shape and structure of the floating body may be any shape and structure that can be inserted and withdrawn through the opening, but a cylindrical one that slides along the opening is preferable because the posture during drawing can be maintained appropriately. The floating body may have a structure in which the inside is clogged with a material having a small specific gravity or a sponge of closed cells, but a floating member formed of a hollow member with a light material such as plastic is used as a material, structure, etc. It is preferable because of its freedom. Further, it is preferable that the floating body has its tip end extended to the vicinity of the bottom of the container because it can receive buoyancy until the holding medium in the container is substantially eliminated.

The osmotic release film formed around the floating body is a porous film that penetrates and rises as the holding medium penetrates, such as a capillary material film, and discharges airborne substances from the surface. It is preferable that the affinity (wetability) of the medium is good and the holding medium penetrates and spreads on the entire surface of the osmotic release membrane by capillary action and surface tension. As such an osmotic release membrane, a membrane made of an aggregate of fibers having a high affinity with a holding medium, such as a capillary material membrane, particularly a nonwoven fabric such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric of polypropylene is preferable. The permeation-type release film is formed not only on the part that is immersed in the holding medium of the floating body, but also on the part that protrudes from the liquid surface when it floats and becomes the release surface of the diffusible substance, but is not particularly immersed in the holding medium It is preferable to be formed around the entire periphery of the floating body including

When the floating body is immersed in the holding medium, it receives a buoyancy equivalent to the volume of the immersion part, that is, the weight of the holding medium removed by the immersion, so that it floats when the lid is opened, and a part of the floating body protrudes from the opening. To do. At this time, the specific gravity of the holding medium and the weight of the floating body can be determined so that the floating body stops at an appropriate position. The floating body is a separate component from the lid, and may not be attached to the lid. However, a floating body that is attached to the lid and moves together with the lid and the osmotic release membrane is preferable because of its excellent operability and appearance. When the floating body is attached to the lid, both can be formed integrally. In this case, since the whole of the floating body and lid and the entire permeable release membrane receive buoyancy, it is necessary to make the entire weight correspond to the buoyancy. The whole weight can be adjusted by making the floating body and / or the lid hollow or by using a lightweight material.

When the floating body floats by opening the lid, it is preferable to form a gap serving as an air dispersible substance flow path in the opening of the container. The floating body preferably moves up and down in a state where a gap is formed between the opening end of the container and the osmotic release membrane. For this purpose, it is preferable to provide a guide portion for guiding the vertical movement of the floating body. As the guide part, the neck that rises from the opening end of the container is lengthened so that the floating body does not shake by vertical movement, or a member that regulates the vertical movement direction of the cylindrical or other floating body is provided at the opening end of the container. Etc. can be configured.

The floating body is constructed so that it floats by buoyancy when the lid is opened, and a part of the floating body protrudes from the opening. At this time, the entire floating body does not jump out of the opening or forms an appropriate opening degree. It is preferable to provide an adjusting member for adjusting the protruding amount of the floating body. As such an adjusting member, there is a member in which a protruding portion is formed around the floating body, and the protruding portion engages with an opening end of the container, a guide portion, or the like when the floating body floats. The adjustment member may be formed integrally with the container or the floating body, or may be formed as a separate member. When formed integrally, it can be formed integrally when the container or the floating body is formed. In the case of forming with a separate member, it is preferable to be able to change the attachment position of the adjustment member so that the stop position of the floating body can be changed. It is preferable that the adjustment member is formed of a soft member that can be elastically deformed because it can be easily inserted into the container.

According to the present invention, there is provided a floating release-type air dissipating substance discharger in which a liquid or fluid gel-like holding medium containing an air dissipating substance is accommodated in a container, and a floating body having an osmotic release film formed therein is provided as an opening. And is immersed in a holding medium, and the opening of the container is covered with a lid. When the guide part is provided as a separate member, the guide part is attached to the opening or the floating body of the container before or after the floating body is inserted, and the floating body is inserted, and the opening is covered with a lid. When the adjustment member is provided as a separate member, before the floating body is inserted, the adjustment member is attached to the opening of the container or the floating body, the floating body is inserted, and the opening is covered with a lid.

When the lid is removed from the opening of the container, the floating body immersed in the holding medium receives buoyancy from the holding medium, and the floating body floats simultaneously with the opening of the lid. As a result, a part of the floating body and the osmotic release membrane protrude from the opening, and the air-dissipating substance is released into the atmosphere from the osmotic release membrane of the protruding portion. At this time, since the floating body and the other part of the osmotic release membrane are immersed in the holding medium, the holding medium or the air diffusing material permeates and rises into the osmotic release membrane due to capillary action or surface tension, Alternatively, the surface is raised and replenished to the osmotic release film at the protruding portion, and the air diffusing substance is released into the atmosphere. In this case, the holding medium or the air-dissipating substance rises in or penetrates the osmotic release membrane and is replenished to the protruding portion. However, since the osmotic release membrane is open and swellable, the holding medium Even if the concentration of the air-dissipating substance is increased, crystals do not precipitate and clogging does not occur.

When a gap is formed in the opening of the container when the floating body rises, the holding medium or the holding medium in the container is separated from the rising of the holding medium or the diffusing substance in the permeable release membrane. The air diffusing material contained in the air diffuses and is released into the atmosphere through the air diffusing material flow path formed in the opening. This adds to the release of airborne substances in the osmotic release membrane and increases the amount of airborne substances, such as fragrances, deodorants, and antibacterial agents, into the atmosphere, adding aroma and deodorizing. Antibacterial and the like are effectively performed. In this case, there is no problem of clogging of air-dissipating substances as in the past, so the concentration of air-dissipating substances in the holding medium is increased to increase the effect of releasing air-dissipating substances, and the effect will last for a long time. Can be made.

In the case where the guide unit is provided in the levitating substance release device, the floating body moves upward along the guide unit, maintains an upright posture in a protruding state, and maintains an excellent appearance. The amount of protrusion of the floating body is adjusted by the specific gravity of the holding medium and the total weight of the floating body and the osmotic release membrane, but when an adjustment member is provided, the adjustment member is related to the open end of the container, the guide part, etc. In combination, the floating body is stopped, and the protruding amount of the floating body can be maintained at an appropriate value. In this case, since the release surface of the air diffusing substance can be kept at a small value, the concentration of the air diffusing substance in the holding medium can be increased, and the sustainability of the effect can be increased.

The above-mentioned levitation-release type air-dispersible substance discharger is necessary when it is unnecessary, such as at night, by releasing the air-dispersible substance by pushing the floating body into the container and closing the lid. Sometimes, by removing the lid again, the release of the airborne substance can be resumed, and the airborne substance can be released efficiently and the sustainability can be increased.

If the liquid level of the holding medium in the container decreases by continuing to release the air-dissipating substance, the position of the floating body also decreases, but if the tip of the floating body extends to the vicinity of the bottom of the container, the holding in the container Since the buoyancy can be applied until the medium is substantially eliminated, the air-dissipating substance can be used up almost completely. In this case, the floating body is lightened to increase the buoyancy, and by restricting the floating of the floating body with the adjusting member, it is possible to lengthen the time for receiving the buoyancy and to increase the formation time of the air dispersive substance flow path.

The levitating substance release device of the present invention is a liquid or fluid gel-like holding medium containing an air diffusing substance, which is accommodated in the container, and is attached to the periphery from a removable lid that covers the opening of the container. The floating body on which the osmotic release film is formed extends into the container through the opening, is immersed in the holding medium and receives buoyancy from the holding medium, and part of the osmotic release film rises due to the floating of the floating body when the lid is opened Projecting from the opening and is formed so as to release the air diffusing substance from the osmotic release film of the protrusion, so even if the concentration of the air diffusing substance contained in the holding medium contained in the container is increased , Without clogging, it can be diffused to the end and released into the atmosphere, thus increasing the concentration of the diffusible substance to improve diffusibility, sustainability, etc. While antibacterial and other functions can be enhanced and maintained for a long time When not needed to prevent wasteful emission of the vapor diffusing material with a lid, a gas-diffusing material can be efficiently discharged.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a levitating substance discharger according to the present invention, wherein (a) is a sectional view showing a state before use and (b) is in use, and the same reference numerals as those in FIG. Indicates the part.

In FIG. 1, a levitating and releasing air dissipating substance discharger 1 includes a container 3 having an opening 11 in an upper part thereof, and a liquid or fluid gel-like holding medium 2 containing the air dissipating substance accommodated in the container 3. And a removable lid 4 that covers the opening 11 of the container 3, and extends from the lid 4 through the opening 11 into the container 3, is immersed in the holding medium 2, receives buoyancy from the holding medium 2, and opens the lid 4. The floating body 13 that sometimes floats and partially projects from the opening 11, the osmotic release film 10 formed around the floating body 13, the guide portion 14 that guides the vertical movement of the floating body 13, and the protruding amount of the floating body 13 It is comprised from the adjustment member 15 which adjusts.

In the container 3, the upper portion of the main body portion 16 formed in a cylindrical shape with a transparent resin is squeezed to form a circular opening portion 11, and a neck portion 17 that rises in a cylindrical shape from the opening end is formed. The lid 4 is detachably attached to the neck 17 of the container 3 by an engaging member such as a screw so that the opening 11 can be sealed and opened. The floating body 13 is a hollow member made of a lightweight resin and is formed in a cylindrical shape, and its tip 18 extends to the vicinity of the bottom 19 of the container 3. An upper portion of the floating body 13 is fixed to a packing 21 provided in the lid 4, and a sealed space 22 is formed inside the floating body 13. A permeation type release film 10 made of a capillary material film such as a spunbonded nonwoven fabric made of polypropylene is formed as an aggregate of fibers having a high affinity with the holding medium around the entire circumference of the floating body 13.

The guide portion 14 is formed by winding an elastically deformable plastic plate in a circular shape, and is crimped to the neck portion 17 of the container 3 by a spring back, thereby forming an air-dissipating substance flow path 12 between the osmotic release membrane 10 of the floating body 13. However, it is configured to guide the vertical movement of the floating body 13. The adjustment member 15 is configured to protrude in the horizontal direction around the floating body 13 and engage with the neck portion 17 and the guide portion 14 of the container 3 when the floating body 13 is lifted to stop the floating body 13. The adjustment member 15 is preferably made of an elastically deformable material in an annular shape or a fin shape, and facilitates insertion of the floating body 13 into the container 3. The adjusting member 15 may be formed integrally with the floating body 13 or may be provided so as to be movable, but the position thereof is arbitrarily determined according to the protruding amount of the floating body 13. In FIG. 1, the adjustment member 15 is provided in a portion close to the liquid level of the holding medium 2 so as to suppress the protruding amount of the floating body 13, but may be provided at the distal end portion 18 of the floating body 13 like 15 a. In this case, when the holding medium 2 is completely removed, the lid 4 is closed, and the air diffusing material can be completely used up.

The above-described levitation-release air-dissipating substance discharger 1 includes a liquid or fluid gel-like holding medium 2 containing an air-dissipating substance in a container 3, and a floating body having an osmotic release film 10 formed around it. Then, it is inserted into the container 3 through the opening 11 and immersed in the holding medium 2, and the opening 11 of the container 3 is covered with the lid 4, thereby producing as shown in FIG. When the guide portion 14 is provided as a separate member, the guide portion 14 is attached to the opening 11 or the floating body 13 of the container 3 before or after the floating body 13 is inserted, and the floating body is inserted, and the opening 11 is covered with the lid 4. When the adjustment member 15 is provided as a separate member, the adjustment member 15 is attached to the floating body 13 and the floating body 13 is inserted before the floating body 13 is inserted, and the opening 11 is covered with the lid 4.

When the lid 4 is removed from the opening 11 of the container 3 as shown in FIG. 1B, the floating body 13 immersed in the holding medium 2 is removed from the holding medium 2. Since it receives buoyancy, it floats as soon as the lid 4 is opened. As a result, a part of the floating body 13 and the osmotic release membrane 10 protrude from the opening 11, and the air-dissipating substance is released into the atmosphere from the osmotic release membrane 10 at the protruding portion. At this time, since the floating body 13 and the other part of the osmotic release membrane 10 are immersed in the holding medium 2, the holding medium 2 or the air diffusing substance penetrates into the osmotic release membrane 10 by capillary action or the like. Further, the surface of the osmotic release membrane 10 is raised by the surface tension and is replenished to the protruding portion, and the air diffusing substance is released into the atmosphere. In this case, since the holding medium 2 or the air diffusing substance rises up the osmotic release film 10 whose surface is opened and is replenished to the protruding portion, even if the concentration of the air diffusing substance in the holding medium 2 is increased, There is no clogging problem.

Due to the floating of the floating body 13, an air dispersible substance flow path 12 is formed between the opening end of the opening 11 of the container 3 and the osmotic release membrane 10. As a result, apart from the rising of the holding medium 2 or the diffusible substance in the osmotic release film 10, the diffusible substance contained in the holding medium 2 is diffused in the container 3, and the air formed in the opening 11 is It is released into the atmosphere through the dispersal material flow path 12. This adds to the release of air diffusing substances in the osmotic release membrane 10 and increases the amount of air diffusing substances such as fragrances, deodorants, and antibacterial agents into the atmosphere, thereby imparting and removing fragrances. Odor, antibacterial, etc. are effectively performed. In this case, since the air clogging substance does not cause the problem of clogging as in the past, the concentration of the air dissipating substance in the holding medium 2 is increased to enhance the effect of releasing the air dissipating substance, and the effect is prolonged. Can last.

Since the guide unit 14 is provided in the levitating and releasing air dissipating substance discharger 1, the floating body 13 moves upward along the guide unit 14 and maintains an upright posture in a protruding state to maintain an excellent appearance. To do. The amount of protrusion of the floating body 13 is adjusted by the specific gravity of the holding medium 2 and the weight of the floating body 13, but by providing the adjusting member 15, the adjusting member 15 can be used when the floating body 13 is lifted. Can be engaged to stop the floating body 13 and keep the protruding amount of the floating body at an appropriate value. In this case, since the release surface of the air diffusing substance can be kept at a small value, the concentration of the air diffusing substance in the holding medium 2 can be increased to increase the sustainability of the effect.

The above-mentioned floating discharge type air dissipating substance discharger 1 can stop the release of air dissipating substances by pushing the floating body 13 into the container 3 and closing the lid 4 when unnecessary, such as at night. When necessary, by removing the lid 4 again, the release of the air diffusing substance can be resumed, the gas diffusing substance can be released efficiently, and the sustainability can be increased.

When the liquid level of the holding medium 2 in the container 3 is lowered by continuing to release the air-dissipating substance, the position of the floating body 13 is also lowered, but the tip 18 of the floating body 13 extends to the vicinity of the bottom 19 of the container 3. Therefore, since the buoyancy can be received until the holding medium 2 in the container 3 substantially disappears, the air-dissipating substance can be used up almost completely. In this case, the floating body 13 is lightened to increase buoyancy, and the adjustment member 15 restricts the floating of the floating body 13, thereby extending the time for receiving the buoyancy and the formation time of the air dispersive substance flow path 12. be able to.

The above-described levitation-release type air-dissipating substance discharger 1 allows air to be exhausted to the end without clogging even if the concentration of the air-dissipating substance contained in the holding medium 2 accommodated in the container 3 is increased. It can be released into the atmosphere. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the concentration of diffusible substances to increase the diffusibility, sustainability, etc., enhance the functions of imparting fragrance, deodorizing, antibacterial, etc., and maintaining them for a long time. In addition, when it is unnecessary, the lid 4 can be used to prevent the fusible substance from being wasted, and the fusible substance can be released efficiently.

A holding medium consisting of a solution or liquid gel containing a diffusible substance such as a fragrance, deodorant, antibacterial agent, etc. is contained in the container, and the lid of the container is opened, and the diffusibility contained in the holding medium The present invention can be used as an air-dispersible substance discharger in which substances are gradually diffused into the atmosphere and released.
