Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture in which a reflector is attached to an elongated base.

。   A luminaire using a lamp having a long straight tube portion, such as a straight tube fluorescent lamp, as a light source generally includes a chassis having a substantially U-shaped cross section and an open end along the longitudinal direction, and an open end of the chassis. And a lamp is arranged at a position facing the reflector. In order to attach the reflector to the chassis, a reflector support fitting that crosses the open end of the chassis is disposed, and the reflector is attached to the base via the reflector attachment bracket (for example, a patent) Reference 1).

In the luminaire described in Patent Document 1, a pair of engaging holes are formed at opposing positions in the vicinity of both side surfaces defining the open end of the base, and both ends of the reflector mounting bracket are bent in a U shape. A pair of engaging arm portions and a reflector fixing portion are formed in the middle, and the pair of engaging arm portions are engaged with engaging holes forming a pair of base members from the outside to cross the open ends of the base members.

However, in the above-described conventional technique, when a strong impact is applied and the chassis or the reflection plate is bent, the engagement between the engagement arm portion of the reflection plate mounting bracket and the engagement hole of the chassis is released. May fall.

An object of this invention is to provide the lighting fixture which does not fall undesirably even if a strong impact is added and a reflector is distorted.

In order to solve the above-described problems, a lighting fixture of the present invention includes a base body having an open end along the longitudinal direction; a pair of engaging arm portions formed at both ends and a reflector fixing portion; A reflecting plate support body to which the engaging arm portion of the base plate is attached to the short side open end of the base; a reflecting plate fall prevention body disposed in proximity to both side surfaces facing the short side open end of the base; covering the open end of the base A reflector fixed to the reflector fixing portion of the reflector support; a lamp optically disposed with respect to the reflector; a lamp socket for supplying power to the lamp; and a lamp disposed within the substrate. And a lighting device for energizing.

According to the present invention, there is provided a reflection plate fall prevention metal fitting for preventing the reflection plate from falling by sandwiching both side surfaces of the substrate in cooperation with a pair of engagement arm portions formed at both ends of the reflection plate mounting body. Even if a strong impact is applied and the base or reflector is distorted, the engagement arm of the reflector support mounting body attached to the base is prevented from being detached from the base, and the current base and reflector are not necessarily attached. Even if the structure of the body and the reflecting plate is not changed, the reflecting plate can be prevented from dropping and the safety can be remarkably improved.

It is a principal part cross-sectional view of the lighting fixture concerning one form for implementing this invention. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a part of the base body and the reflecting plate that are schematically and roughly cut out. It is a principal part expanded sectional view which similarly shows the attachment structure with respect to the base | substrate of a reflecting plate support body and a reflecting plate fall prevention body. It is a perspective view of a reflector mounting body similarly. Similarly, (a) of the reflector fall prevention body is a perspective view, (b) is a front view, (c) is a right side view, and (d) is a bottom view.

Hereinafter, an embodiment for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 1, the lighting fixture of the present invention includes a base 1, a reflector 2, a reflector support 3, a reflector fall prevention body 4, a lamp socket 5, a lamp 6, and a lighting device 7.

In this embodiment, the base body 1 is formed in an elongated shape having a bowl-like cross section as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and an open end (or open surface) 1a opened on the lower surface as shown in FIG. Have In this embodiment, the engagement holes 1c are formed in pairs at a plurality of (for example, two) positions that are substantially opposite to the left and right side surfaces 1b and 1b that define the open end 1a and that are preferably spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction. I have. Note that both ends in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 1 can be closed by end plates 1d as shown in FIG.

The reflecting plate 2 is disposed so as to cover the open end of the base 1, and in this embodiment, the right half of the cross section is shown in FIG. 1, and the whole is shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the shape of the bottom of the ship is low. And the reflecting plate 2 is attached to the reflecting plate support body 3 mentioned later. The reflecting surface of the reflecting plate 2 is attached to a light-diffusing reflecting surface made of a white coating film or a resin-coated steel plate called a color steel plate or the surface of a metal or plastic substrate. It can be formed by a specular reflective surface made of an aluminum deposited film.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the reflecting plate 2 has a top plate portion 2a and a pair of left and right curved surface portions 2b, 2b in the cross section, and these portions extend in the longitudinal direction. The top plate portion 2a of the reflecting plate 2 is substantially flat, covers the open end of the base 1, and is located behind the lamp 6 described later. The pair of left and right curved surface portions 2b, 2b are integrally formed continuously on both side surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the top plate portion 2a. Then, light that is curved into a quadratic curved surface such as a paraboloid and that extends obliquely downward to the left and right from the base 1 as can be understood from FIG. 1 is mainly emitted from the lamp 6 and incident on the reflecting surface. The light is reflected downward and the light distribution as a lighting fixture is controlled.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the reflecting plate 2 has through holes (not shown) at positions facing the reflecting plate mounting portions 3b and 3b of the reflecting plate mounting body 3 to be described later. 1 and 2 are screwed into the reflection plate mounting portion 3b of the reflection plate mounting body 3 shown in FIG. 4 to thereby connect the reflection plate 2 to the open end of the base 1. It is comprised so that it can attach to 1a. In FIG. 2, the reflecting plate 2 includes two through holes facing the two reflecting plate mounting portions 3 b so that the reflecting plate 2 can be screwed into the two reflecting plate mounting portions 3 b of the reflecting plate mounting body 3. However, one of the decorative screws 8 is screwed into one through hole, and the reflector 2 is attached to the reflector attachment body 3.

As shown in FIG. 4, the reflecting plate support 3 includes a pair of engaging arm portions 3a and 3a at both ends, and can include an appropriate number of reflecting plate mounting portions 3b and 3b in the middle, for example. The engaging arm 3 a is attached to the short-side open end perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the base body 1. In this embodiment, the reflector arm is supported by engaging the engagement arm portion 3a with a pair of engagement holes 1c, 1c formed in the vicinity of the short-side open ends of both side surfaces 1b, 1b of the base 1 for this purpose. The body 3 is attached to the base body 1. As a result, the reflector support 3 is attached to the open end 1 a of the base 1 by crossing the open end 1 a of the base 1 across the bridge. The reflection plate attachment portion 3b is a means for attaching the reflection plate 3 to the base plate 1 by attaching the reflection plate 3 to the reflection plate support 3, and is used by appropriately selecting from various known fixing means. it can.

In addition, the engaging arm portion 3a of the reflector support 3 is bent and folded in a U shape in this embodiment. Then, the pair of engaging arm portions 3a, 3a is engaged with the pair of engaging arm portions 3a, 3a only by inserting the engaging holes 1c, 1c forming a pair of the base body 1 from the outside of the side surface 1b of the base body 1. It can be engaged with the joint holes 1c and 1c. For this reason, the assembly with respect to the base | substrate 1 of the reflector support body 3 becomes easy. The reflection plate attachment portion 3b is formed of a screw hole, and two of them are arranged at a symmetrical position in the longitudinal direction of the reflection plate support 3, for example.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the reflector support 3 includes a pair of upright sides 3c and 3c formed by bending both sides of the intermediate portion. In addition to facilitating positioning between the upright side 3c and the reflecting plate drop prevention body 4, it increases the bending strength of the reflecting plate support 3 and facilitates positioning with the reflecting plate drop prevention body 4 to be described later. Further, the support 4c is locked to the upright side 3c to be supported by the reflector support 3.

As shown in FIG. 3, the reflector fall prevention body 4 is disposed close to both side surfaces 1 b and 1 b facing the short-side open end of the base 1. When the base plate 1 or the reflector plate 2 is bent so as to drop at least in cooperation with the pair of engaging arms 3a and 3a of the reflector support 3 attached to the base plate 1, the base plate By sandwiching both the inner and outer surfaces of both side surfaces 1b and 1b, the engaging arm portion 3a of the reflector support 3 is prevented from being disengaged from the base 1. As a result, the reflecting plate 2 is prevented from dropping undesirably. It should be noted that the large bending as described above is caused when the lighting fixture is lifted up and housed in the lifting device body and locked when the lighting fixture is installed at a high place using the lifting device. A strong impact may be applied to the luminaire by shaking or rotating.

In this embodiment, the reflection plate drop prevention body 4 can be formed by pressing a metal plate as shown in FIG. 5, and includes a rising portion 4a, an attachment portion 4b, a support portion 4c, and a through hole 4d. ing.

The rising portion 4a is formed by punching out both end portions of the reflector fall prevention body 4 in a bifurcated shape and bending it at a substantially right angle. And in the attachment state to the reflecting plate support body 3, the rising part 4a is arrange | positioned in the position comparatively close to the inner surface side of the side surface 1b of the base | substrate 1, as shown in FIG.

The abutment portion 4b is formed at the intermediate portion of the reflector fall prevention body 4, and is in contact with the lower surface of the intermediate portion of the reflector support 3 in the attached state to the reflector support 3 as shown in FIG. We attach with some gaps formed.

The support part 4c is configured so that the reflection plate fall prevention body 4 is attached to the lower surface of the reflection plate support 3 with the attachment portion 4b attached to the lower surface of the reflection plate support 3 at least before the reflection plate 2 is attached to the base 1. It is a means to support temporarily. In this embodiment, a pair of upright pieces 4 c 1, 4 c 1 cut and raised in the middle part of the reflection plate drop prevention body 4 so as to match the width of the reflection plate support 3, and a pair of upright sides 3 c of the reflection plate support 3. A support portion 4c is formed from the projecting projection 4c2 toward 3c. The projecting protrusion 4c1 can be locked to the side surface or upper end of the pair of upright sides 3c, 3c of the reflector support 3 and temporarily supported by the reflector fall prevention body 4 on the reflector support 3.

The through hole 4d is formed with an inner diameter slightly opposite to the outer diameter of the decorative screw 8 so as to face the reflective plate mounting portion 3b of the reflective plate support 3, and the decorative screw 8 when the reflective plate 2 is attached is inserted therethrough. However, it is screwed into the reflector mounting portion 3b. Therefore, when the reflecting plate 2 is supported by the reflecting plate support 3, the reflecting plate drop prevention body 4 is sandwiched between the reflecting plate 2 and the reflecting plate support 3.

Thus, in this embodiment, the intermediate portion of the engaging arm 3a of the reflector support 3 is positioned outside the side surface 1b of the base 1, and the pair of upright pieces 4c1, 4c1 of the reflector fall prevention body 4 are It arrange | positions adjacent to the position which opposes the engagement arm 3a in the inner surface side of the side surface 1b. When the base body 1 is largely bent to such an extent that at least the reflecting plate 2 falls, the left and right side surfaces 1b and 1b of the base body 1 are a pair of the engaging arm 3a of the reflecting plate support 3 and the reflecting plate drop prevention body 4, respectively. Since the reflecting plate support 3 is firmly supported by the base 1, the reflecting plate 2 does not fall undesirably from the base 1.

Further, the reflection plate drop prevention body 4 is supported by the reflection plate mounting body 3 and is attached to the reflection plate mounting body 3 so as to cross the open end of the base body 1, and at both ends thereof, the inner surfaces of both side surfaces of the base body are almost formed. If the rising part which contacts is formed and it is comprised so that both sides | surfaces of the base | substrate 1 may be clamped by the rising 4a and a pair of engaging arm part 3a of the reflecting plate support body 3, mounting | wearing of the reflector fall prevention body 4 will be carried out. It becomes easy and the structure is also simple.

The lamp socket 5 is means for supplying power to at least a lamp 6 described later. In this embodiment, the reflector 1 is supported by the open end of the base 1 as shown in FIG. 1 and passes through the socket insertion hole 2c formed in the reflector 2 shown in FIG. It protrudes through the socket insertion hole 2c. In this embodiment, the lamp socket 5 has a function of supporting the lamp 6 in a cantilever manner in addition to the power feeding function. In addition, two socket insertion holes 2 c are formed at point-symmetrical positions at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflection plate 2. Correspondingly, the two lamp sockets 5, 5 are arranged in a distributed manner at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflector 2.

The lamp 6 is a light source of a lighting fixture, and its specific configuration is not limited in the present invention. For example, any of a fluorescent lamp, an HID lamp, an incandescent bulb, an LED light source, and an organic EL may be used. In this embodiment, two high-frequency lighting dedicated fluorescent lamps are provided. This high-frequency lighting-only fluorescent lamp has a one-piece base structure in which a discharge path bent in a U shape is formed inside a glass bulb. However, in the case of a fluorescent lamp, it may be a straight tube fluorescent lamp having a double-end cap shape.

The lighting device 7 is means for energizing the lamp 6 to light it, and is disposed inside the base 1. In this embodiment, the lighting device 7 is composed of an electronic lighting circuit mainly composed of a high-frequency inverter, and lights the lamp 6 at a high frequency. However, you may be comprised by the low frequency alternating current lighting circuit which mainly has a copper-iron type ballast.
