  1. 廃棄物などを収納するコンテナの開口部を覆うシートカバーであって、前記コンテナの開口部を隔てて対向する側壁上部の中間点付近に側壁に直交する係止軸が備えてあり、前記コンテナの開口部を包囲する一対のワイヤロープ製のカバー枠を前記係止軸にそれぞれ回動自在に連結し、柔軟防水性シートからなるカバー部材が複数の係止具を介して前記カバー枠に摺動自在又は/及び着脱自在に設けられており、前記カバー部材をコンテナ上方部に覆い被せてカバー部材の周端部をコンテナ側壁部に係止可能に構成してなることを特徴とするシートカバー。   A seat cover that covers an opening of a container that stores waste and the like, and includes a locking shaft that is orthogonal to the side wall in the vicinity of the middle point of the upper portion of the side wall that faces the opening of the container.
