Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hatch cover device, and in particular, a hatch cover suitable for being installed on a nacelle that is installed at an upper end of a pillar constituting a wind turbine for wind power generation and supports a rotor head rotatably around a substantially horizontal axis. It relates to the device.
As a wind turbine for wind power generation, for example, one disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known.
Now, as shown in any one of FIGS. 8A to 8C, when the
The
Further, the
As shown in FIG. 8C, the top surface (ceiling surface) 121a of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 8C, the
Therefore, the
However, since the gas damper is expensive, the manufacturing cost increases, and internal gas escapes due to deterioration over time, so that the

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and prevents the hatch cover from being closed or opened unnecessarily by wind without using a gas damper and a chain that have been conventionally used. An object of the present invention is to provide a hatch cover device that can prevent the hatch cover from being blown off by a strong wind.
The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
A hatch cover device according to the present invention is installed at the upper end of a pillar that constitutes a wind turbine for wind power generation, and is substantially parallel to a horizontal plane of a cover that constitutes a nacelle that rotatably supports a rotor head around a substantially horizontal axis. A hatch cover device comprising a hatch opening formed at the top of the hatch and a hatch cover that opens and closes the hatch opening, when the hatch cover is fully closed or fully opened, and when the hatch cover is opened and closed. In doing so, the top and bottom surfaces of the hatch cover are configured to be kept substantially parallel to the horizontal plane.
According to the hatch cover device of the present invention, the wind hits the upper surface or the lower surface of the hatch cover vertically (substantially) when the hatch cover is fully closed or fully opened and when the hatch cover is opened or closed. Therefore, even if you do not use a gas damper and chain, you can prevent the hatch cover from closing and opening more than necessary due to the wind, and the wind cover is blown away by the strong wind. Can be prevented.
In the hatch cover device, it is more preferable that the top portion of the cover and the hatch cover are connected via a link mechanism.
In the hatch cover device, it is more preferable that the link mechanism is a parallel link mechanism.
According to such a hatch cover device, the top part of the cover and the hatch cover are connected via a well-known, commonly used and inexpensive link mechanism, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
In the hatch cover device, it is more preferable that the link mechanism is disposed inside the cover.
According to such a hatch cover device, since there is no possibility that the link mechanism will be deteriorated by exposure to wind and rain, it is possible to extend the life of the link mechanism and to reduce maintenance and inspection costs.
In the hatch cover device, when the hatch cover is opened and closed, the hatch cover is preferably supported at one point and rotated around the one point.
According to such a hatch cover device, the top of the cover and the hatch cover are connected with a simpler structure than the link mechanism, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced as compared with the case of employing the link mechanism. .
In the hatch cover device, it is more preferable that the hatch cover is configured to slide on two rails extending in parallel.
According to such a hatch cover device, the hatch cover is opened and closed by being guided by two rails extending in parallel, so that the labor of an operator required for the opening and closing work can be reduced.
The nacelle according to the present invention can prevent the hatch cover from being closed by the wind or opening it more than necessary without using a gas damper and a chain, and the hatch cover can be prevented from being opened by a strong wind. A hatch cover device capable of preventing being blown away is provided.
According to the nacelle according to the present invention, it is not necessary to use a gas damper that is expensive and may lose its internal gas due to deterioration over time, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced. It is possible to improve the reliability.
In addition, since it is not necessary to use a chain that causes an increase in weight, the weight of the entire nacelle can be reduced.
According to the hatch cover device of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the hatch cover from being arbitrarily closed or opened more than necessary without using a gas damper and a chain that have been used conventionally. In addition, it is possible to prevent the hatch cover from being blown off by a strong wind.

In addition, according to the nacelle equipped with the hatch cover according to the above-described embodiment, it is not necessary to use a gas damper that is expensive and that may cause the internal gas to escape due to aging deterioration and not to operate normally. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the reliability can be improved.
In addition, since it is not necessary to use a chain that causes an increase in weight, the weight of the entire nacelle can be reduced.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and modifications and changes can be appropriately made as necessary without departing from the technical idea of the present invention.
In the embodiment described above, it is more preferable that a lock mechanism for holding the hatch cover in a fully open state is provided.
