Description

The present invention relates to a protective fence that can cope with falling rocks, avalanches, landslides, and the like, and more particularly, to a protective fence provided with a tilting support column that allows the support column to tilt in all directions.

Patent Document 1 discloses a protective fence in which a metal support is erected on a concrete foundation so as not to be tilted, and finally kinetic energy is supported and absorbed by the bending strength of the support.
The protective fence described in Patent Document 1 requires the use of a highly rigid support or the construction of a concrete foundation to support the support, and the workability is poor and the construction cost is high although the buffer performance is low. There is a difficulty that is attached.

The conventional protection fence has the following problems.
(1) The conventional hinge device has a structure in which the tilting direction of the support column is limited to the slope mountain side and the slope valley side, and cannot follow the tilting and twisting in other directions.
For this reason, if an external force other than the rotation direction of the hinge device acts upon receiving, the hinge device is easily destroyed.
(2) When standing upright, it is necessary to fix the grounding plate fixed to the lower part of the pillar with two or more anchors, and it takes time to fix the lower part of the pillar.
Further, when an external force other than the rotation direction of the hinge device is applied at the time of impact, the anchor is easily broken or pulled out.
(3) Generally, when the support is non-tilting, a support rope is supported between the top of the support and the slope mountain side to support the support, but when the support is tilted, the support rope on the slope mountain side is used. In addition, a rope is also stretched between the top of the column and the sloped valley.
Therefore, it is necessary to stretch at least two stay ropes on one tilting column, and the number of stay ropes to be installed increases as the entire protective fence.
(4) The conventional protective fence has a structure in which it is difficult to attach and remove the column.
For this reason, when the wintering is over with the protective fence standing, the protective fence is likely to be deformed and broken by snow pressure.

According to the present invention, at least one of the following effects can be obtained.
<1> Since the free hinge device includes a universal joint with a simple structure, the column can be erected in a state in which the column is allowed to be freely tilted or twisted.
<2> Since the free hinge device can be fixed to the inclined surface by utilizing the anchor for the pillar connecting the universal joint, it is necessary to open a plurality of holes in the ground plate or to fix it with a plurality of anchor pins as before. Therefore, the fixing structure under the column can be simplified.
<3> Because the universal joint allows tilting in all directions without interfering with the anchor for the pillar that penetrates in the vertical direction, almost no shear force is applied to the anchor for the pillar at the time of impact, and the anchor for the pillar is destroyed. There is no danger of dripping or pulling out.
<4> Since the free hinge device can regulate the tilting range toward the slope mountain side, it is possible to omit the installation of the holding rope stretched between the upper part of the support column and the slope valley side.
Therefore, the number of anchors installed as well as the holding rope can be greatly reduced as the entire protective fence.
<5> The support can be attached to or detached from the free hinge device by a simple operation of simply tightening or loosening the bolts screwed to the connection box of the free hinge device.
<6> If the column is removed from the free hinge device before overwintering, deformation and destruction of the protective fence due to snow pressure can be avoided.

The inner diameter of the concave joint 38 has a dimensional relationship that allows contact with the outer peripheral surface of the convex joint 37 so that the hemispherical convex joint 37 is allowed to rotate in all directions.
In this example, the case where the convex joint 37 and the concave joint 38 are in line contact is shown, but the two joints may be formed in surface contact.

When connecting the connecting cylinder 32 to the ground plate 31, as shown in FIG. 5, a hemispherical washer 39 is accommodated in a convex joint 37, and a nut 35 is screwed into a column anchor 40 protruding from the hemispherical washer 39 and fastened. Thus, the convex joint 37 and the concave joint 38 are connected so as not to be separated.

The hemispherical washer 39 is not essential, and a hemispherical washer may be integrally formed on one side of the nut 35.
Further, the nut 35 is not limited to the screw connection, but includes a known alternative fastening means.

The conventional tilting-type column tilts toward the slope mountain side and the slope valley side around the horizontal axis, but in the present invention, the connecting cylinder 32 tilts in all directions around the vertical column anchor 40.

Instead of the forming members of the joints 37 and 38 constituting the universal joint 33, the concave joint 38 may be provided on the lower surface of the connecting cylinder 32, and the hemispherical convex joint 37 may be provided on the ground plate 31.

<4.2.4> Restriction plate In the vicinity of the concave joint 38, the restriction plate 34 erected on the upper surface of the ground plate 31 tilts the connecting tube 32 toward the approaching direction (slope mountain side) of the upright plate 34. It is a stopper for restricting to do.
An adjustment bolt 34a is threaded through the restriction plate 34.
The adjustment bolt 34a can come into contact with the connecting cylinder 32 or the side surface of the support column 10, and the tilt regulating angle of the connecting cylinder 32 can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment bolt 34a.

The reason for restricting the tilt angle of the connecting cylinder 32 is to omit the holding rope stretched between the upper part of the support column 10 and the sloped valley, and the tilt restricting angle of the connecting cylinder 32 can be adjusted. The reason for this is to adjust the standing angle of the column 10 corresponding to the change in the slope of the different slopes at the installation site.

Reference numeral 34 b denotes a reinforcing rib provided between the back surface of the regulating plate 34 and the upper surface of the ground plate 31.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, in this example, because of the relationship in which the lower development rope 26 is inserted into the guide hole 12 at the lower end of the support column 10, 32a and 34c are formed.

[How to stand upright]
Next, a method for standing the column 10 will be described.

<1> Installation of Grounding Plate As shown in FIG. 8, the grounding plate 31 is grounded to the inclined surface by inserting the anchor hole 31 a into the exposed portion of the support anchor 40.
When installing the ground plate 31, it is important to install the concave joint 38 toward the slope valley side and the regulation plate 34 toward the slope mountain side.

<2> Assembly of Universal Joint Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the convex joint 37 provided at the bottom of the connection box 39 is mounted on the concave joint 38 of the ground plate 31. At this time, the anchor hole 37a of the convex joint 37 is inserted into the exposed portion of the support anchor 40.
In order to connect both the joints 37, 38, the hemispherical washer 39 is inserted into the support anchor 40 positioned inside the connection box 39 and fastened with the nut 35 to complete the universal joint 33.

In the present invention, by fastening the nut 35 to the support anchor 40, not only the free hinge device 30 can be fixed to the slope, but also the universal joint 33 that can be tilted in all directions can be assembled.
Therefore, there is no need to open a plurality of holes in the ground plate 31 or fix with a plurality of anchor pins as in the prior art.

<3> Assembly of the Support Columns Finally, as shown in FIG. 5, the support column 10 can be fixed in a non-separable manner by simply inserting the lower portion of the support column 10 into the connection box 39 and tightening the bolts 36.

When the standing work of the column 10 through the free hinge device 30 is completed, the protective net 30 is attached between the columns 10 to complete the protective fence shown in FIG.
Since the column 10 of the free hinge device 30 or the side surface of the column 10 is in contact with the adjustment bolt 34a and further tilting is restricted, the column 10 is stretched between the upper part of the column 10 and the slope valley side. It is possible to omit the installation of the holding rope and the anchor.

[Operation of free hinge device]
When a load such as falling rocks acts on the protective net 20, tilting force acts on the support column 10 in all directions on the slope valley side through the upper and lower deployment ropes 25 and 26.
Since the column 10 is erected in a state that allows tilting and twisting in all directions except the sloped mountain side through the universal joint 33 of the free hinge device 30, the column 10 is a universal joint as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Tilt around 33 and allow torsion.

At this time, since the universal joint 33 does not interfere with the column anchor 40, there is no fear that the universal joint 33 will be broken. In addition, almost no shear force acts on the column anchor 40, and the column anchor 40 is broken or pulled out. Risk

[How to remove the column]
In order to remove the column 10, it is possible to remove the column 10 by a simple operation of simply loosening the bolt 36 of the free hinge device 30 and extracting the column 10 from the connection box 39.
Therefore, since the support fence post 10 can be removed before wintering, the protection fence can be prevented from being deformed and broken by snow pressure.
Even if the free hinge device 30 scattered on the slope is left, the snow pressure acting on the free hinge device 30 is small, so that the free hinge device 30 is not damaged by the snow pressure.
After melting snow, the support 10 is assembled to the connecting cylinder 32 of the free hinge device 30 and the protective fence is reassembled.
