Description

The present invention relates to a mover receiver for a movable contact device of a circuit breaker used in a power circuit and a method for forming the same.

The mover receiver used in the conventional circuit breaker is excellent in conductivity such as copper as shown in Patent Document 1, for example, and excellent in workability such as bending a plate material by press working or the like. Formed using different materials. The mover receiver is mounted on the main body case, a pair of connection conductors that are raised from the base at a right angle, and whose ends are opposed to each other in parallel, and opposite directions from one end of the pair of connection conductors. And a pair of projecting portions projecting from each other.

In the mover receiver that is a part of the energization path of the circuit breaker, a predetermined cross-sectional area is required to ensure the energization capacity when the circuit is closed. Then, when connecting the movable contact and the movable receiver, the connecting conductor portion of the movable receiver is bent, and then the pair of protrusions provided on the movable contact are inserted into the through holes of the movable contact. It is connected by fitting. The pair of connection conductor portions of the mover receiver are formed by bending a copper plate material, but the pair of connection conductor portions are formed so that the movable contact can be sufficiently bent when connected. The amount of bending is secured by making it sufficiently long.

As shown in FIG. 4, in the conventional mover receiver, the connection conductor portion is formed by bending twice in a direction having a mountain fold line and a valley fold line parallel to the connection conductor portion of the mover receiver. Yes.
However, in the conventional method for forming the mover receiver in the bending direction, as shown in FIG. 4, the longer the pair of connecting conductors, the larger the required material dimensions in the unfolded state before the mover receiver is formed. Therefore, there is a problem that the material yield deteriorates.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and aims to reduce the necessary material dimensions and improve the material yield.

In the movable contact receiver of the movable contact device according to the present invention, the connecting conductor portion having a contact surface connected to and opposed to the base portion of the mover receiver has its contact surface bent at a mountain fold along the first fold line. The first fold line is on a leg provided with a predetermined acute angle θ 1 that is separated from the center line of the contact surface, and the center line is The connecting conductor portion is bent at a valley fold so that the connecting conductor portion is in contact with the base portion along the second fold line at the leg portion and the contact surface has a predetermined interval with respect to the center line. The second fold line is provided at a leg portion and having a predetermined acute angle θ 2 with respect to the center line.

Since the movable receiver of the movable contact according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, the material unfolded state before bending of the movable receiver is more compact than the conventional one. It can be made small and the material yield can be improved.

Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a cross section of the main part of the movable contact device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the mover receiver 3 according to the first embodiment.
FIG. 3 shows a development view before the mover receiver 3 is formed.
In FIG. 1, a cross bar 1 formed of a synthetic resin material is rotatably supported by a main body case (not shown). As shown in FIG. 2, a mover receiver 2 formed by bending a conductive plate such as copper is raised at a right angle from a base portion 2a attached to a main body case (not shown) and the base portion 2a. The pair of connecting conductor portions 2b whose front ends are parallel to each other, and the contact surfaces 2c of the pair of protruding portions as shown in FIG. 1 that protrude in opposite directions from one end of the pair of connecting conductor portions 2b. It is configured. The movable contact 3 has a movable contact (not shown) fixed to the tip, and a contact surface 2c of a pair of projecting portions of the mover receiver 2 is fitted into a through hole (not shown) at the rear end. The movable contact 3 is rotatably held. Reference numeral 4 denotes a contact pressure spring, which is extended in the opposite direction to the pair of coil spring portions 4a, the U-shaped arm-spring spring portion 4b extending so as to connect the coil spring portions 4a, and the arm-spring spring portion 4b. The cross bar 1 is formed with a foot portion 4 c that engages with the locking portion 1 a of the cross bar 1.

The connecting conductor portion 2b in FIG. 2 is bent in parallel with an interval dimension t slightly narrower than the plate thickness dimension T of the movable contact 3, and when assembled, the movable contact 3 is inserted by pushing and bending it. Accordingly, the connecting conductor portion 2b elastically holds the rear end portion 3a of the movable contact 3 and makes sliding contact with the side surfaces 3b on both sides of the movable contact 3. An electrical conduction path is secured by electrical contact so as to be slidable.
In the contact pressure spring 4, the inner end surface of the coil spring portion 4a is compressed between the outer side surface of the pair of connecting conductor portions 2b sandwiching the movable contact 3, and the outer end surface is compressed between the wall surfaces of the recesses (not shown) of the cross bar 1. The connection portion is mounted by pressing the connection conductor portion 2b against the side surface (not shown) of the movable contact 3 from the outside of the pair of connection conductor portions 2b by the pair of coil spring portions 4a. The contact pressure spring foot 4c engages with the locking portion 1a of the crossbar 1, and the arm spring 4b is hooked on the back surface 3a of the movable contact 3, and the arm spring 4b. Rotation moment is given to the movable contact 3 by the moment generated in this, and thereby the contact pressure between the fixed contact and the movable contact is generated.

The mover receiver 2 forms a connection conductor portion 2b of the mover receiver 2 which is a connection portion with the movable contact 3 by bending a conductive plate material such as copper. In order to make the shape of the child receiver 2, in the first embodiment, as shown in the development view before the formation of the mover receiver in FIG. 3, the contact surface of the connecting conductor portion 2b facing the mover receiver 2e before molding is shown. 2c with respect to the center line Y-Y of the base portion 2a of a predetermined acute angle theta 1 receives the mover has a 2e as away from each other, the contact of the leg portion 2d surface leading to the connection conductor portions 2b of the counter The connecting conductor portion 2b is folded in a mountain fold along the first fold line 10 provided on the surface 2c and perpendicular to the center line YY, and on the leg portion 2d surface, et provided having a predetermined acute angle theta 2 with respect to the center line Y-Y Along the second fold line 11, the contact surface 2 c is in contact with the base portion 2 a and has a predetermined interval t with respect to the center line YY, and is bent by valley folds so as to face each other. Is done.
Incidentally, with respect to the connection conductor portions 2b are bases 2a in FIG. 2, but is bent at startup angle theta 3 such that perpendicular, startup angle always according to the structure of the moving contact device without limited thereto forming method according to the first but the present embodiment in a case where the theta 3 is folded such that the acute or obtuse can be applied.
As a result, the mover receiver 2 having a pair of connecting conductor portions 2b parallel to each other as shown in FIG. 2 can be formed. From the above, in the movable contact device in the circuit breaker, it is possible to secure a predetermined cross-sectional area for securing a necessary energization capacity, and allow the dimensional variation of the movable contact 3 and the movable contact 3. Assembling is possible, and the amount of bending of the mover receiver 2 for allowing the connection between the movable contact 3 and the mover receiver 2 can be secured.
And since it has the structure formed by the above methods, the required dimension of the material in formation of the needle | mover receiver 2 becomes small.
This material yield improvement is achieved by reducing the material of the movable receiver of the circuit breaker having each rated capacity by about 10 to 20%, saving resources, reducing the amount of raw materials, and reducing the energy consumption resulting from this and the production process. There are excellent effects such as improvement in yield.
