Description

The present invention relates to the field of heat-insulating sheets used for bedding that keeps the human body warm, and in particular, without using a heater, the surface layer of the sheet is heated at its own body temperature, and the human body in the contacted part feels warmth. The present invention relates to a temperature sensitive sheet having a quick warming property.
A quick-heat-sensitive sheet is a sheet that is warmed by the warmth of your hands and body when you touch the sheet and feels warm to your hands and body. Measure and know the grade.

When cold, when you go into an unheated futon, you feel cold and chilly. The body temperature gradually warms the bedding, and it takes a considerable amount of time for the body to feel warm. When the stuffing is urethane foam or cotton wadding, the air in the urethane foam and the air in the gaps between the fibers are warmed by body temperature, and eventually the whole bedding will feel warm. That is, it can be said that the shorter the time until the warmth is felt, the higher the quick warming property.
In such cold weather, a heat-insulating sheet is used as an auxiliary material for bedding, and is used together with a bedding and a hanging bedding. It can also be warmed by wrapping around a rug or body. Insulation sheets are used in contact with the body, and they require performances such as heat retention and moisture permeability in addition to softness and cushioning. When worn, the material is the surrounding environment unless otherwise heated. It is the same as the temperature, and when it is cold, there is a temperature difference between the thermal insulation sheet at the environmental temperature and the body temperature.

As a material of these sheets, a sleeping bag in which a metal foil sheet such as aluminum, a flexible plastic sheet in which a large number of convex portions enclosing air are formed to protrude to one side, and a flexible plastic sheet are laminated (Patent Document 1). Or bedding using a resin foam such as polyethylene or polypropylene (Patent Document 2).

The above metal foil sheet such as aluminum has good thermal conductivity and warms up as soon as it is touched by the body, but when the air temperature is low, the cold feeling of contact is strong, and the instant body surface temperature touched once the metal is deprived of heat. After decreasing, the temperature starts to increase.
Aluminum has good thermal conductivity and reflects heat, so it is easy to warm up.However, when touching the body, the surface is flat and has a strong cold feeling, and it is easy to take away heat from the body. It is not a preferable material to be disposed on the surface layer portion.

The present invention provides a temperature-sensitive sheet having a quick warming property that quickly shortens the time until the padding, which is a material of the heat-insulating sheet used in cold weather, and the air in the padding are warmed by the body temperature, and quickly feels warmth. By providing an easy-to-heat material on the side of the seat that comes into contact with the body, we provide an energy-saving, quick-warming sheet that uses the body temperature to feel warmth without using a heater. To do.
In the present invention, a thin resin foam sheet having a thickness of about 0.5 mm to about 5 mm is used, and as a result of intensive research on how to improve the quick warming and temperature sensing performance, the present invention has been achieved. It is not used in this field because the air permeability and the feeling of contact cold / warmness change or it becomes impossible to wash by simply laminating a resin foam sheet. It is an object of the present invention to obtain a quick warming temperature-sensitive sheet that has quick warming properties and is flexible and can be washed by laminating and sewing a thin perforated resin foam sheet with other sheet materials. Reached.

In view of the above points, the present invention is such that, in the invention according to claim 1, the resin foam sheet is composed of two or more types of stacked sheets, and each sheet has a plurality of vent holes. Then, these superposed sheets were covered with a breathable fabric to form a porous / multi-layer void structure, and a quick warming temperature sensitive sheet having breathability in the thickness direction was obtained.
In the invention according to claim 2, the plurality of vent holes provided in each sheet of the quick warming temperature sensitive sheet according to claim 1 have different shapes and sizes, respectively, so that the overlapped adjacent sheets can pass through. A rapid warming temperature sensitive sheet in which the pores overlap each other was obtained.
In the invention described in claim 3, the quick-heat-sensitive temperature sensitive sheet according to claim 1 is quilted to obtain an integrated quick-warm temperature-sensitive sheet.
In the invention according to claim 4, the resin foam sheet of the quick warming temperature sensitive sheet according to claim 1 is a foam sheet made of polyolefin and / or polyolefin copolymer.
In the invention of claim 5, the resin foam sheet is a polyolefin and / or polyolefin copolymer, and the polyurethane foam sheet is the quick warming temperature sensitive sheet of claims 1 to 5.
The invention according to claim 6 is the quick warming temperature sensitive sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the quick warming temperature sensitive sheet is provided with a fiber woven sheet inside the breathable fabric.

In the sheet of the present invention, the resin foam sheet is composed of two or more kinds of stacked sheets, and each sheet has a plurality of vent holes, and the shape and size of the holes may be the same or different. In the case of different sizes and shapes, the air holes are partially overlapped with the air holes of adjacent sheets, and the overlapped sheets are covered with a low-breathable fabric to form a porous / multi-layer void. When using it for bedding and other heat insulation, the body touches the sheet of the present invention, so that the surface layer of the sheet can be heated at its own body temperature without using a heat source such as a heater. It is also possible to make the user feel the warmth of bedding and the like.

In addition, when the air holes provided in adjacent sheets partially overlap, the arrangement and size of the gaps are appropriately changed depending on the overlapping position and the degree of overlap. The circulation of air is moderately inhibited and the heat retention effect is enhanced.
Further, since a foamed sheet made of polyolefin and / or a polyolefin copolymer is used as the sheet material, no unnecessary sound such as a bulky sound is generated during use.

The cross section of the quick warming temperature sensitive sheet of this invention is typically shown, A is 1st, B is 2nd, C shows a 3rd example. Sectional drawing which showed typically the quick warming temperature sensitive sheet which laminated | stacked three types of perforated sheets. When a heat-insulating sheet such as polyethylene or polypropylene is sandwiched between palms (palms), it is cold at first, but after a while, the sheet is warmed by the warmth of the hands, and the temperature of the sheet returns to the hand. "I feel like that." This is because the air in the bubbles of the resin foam sheet is warmed and feels warm to the palm. The present invention utilizes this principle, and the present inventors have reached the present invention by paying attention to the polyolefin foam sheet among the resin foams.

The inventors of the present invention measured the warmth felt by the hand for various materials.
In a laboratory at room temperature of 26 ° C., place the subject in a sitting position, and place the temperature on the sample sheet placed on a polystyrene foam table that is sufficiently stable to the room temperature by applying the specified position in the center of the palm. It was measured for 5 minutes. Since a thermometer is attached to the front and back of the sample sheet, the temperature difference between the contact surface and the back surface of the hand is a difference in heat transfer between the sheet material and the thickness.
The sample rises with body temperature from the palm, warms the sample, and feels the warmed and raised surface temperature by hand.
FIG. 4 shows the temperature of the sample surface (contact surface) and the back surface after 60 seconds from the moment when the hand is placed.
As the resin foam, PE (polyethylene) foam sheet 1mm and 2mm were measured. The difference between the thickness 1mm and 2mm appears in the temperature difference on the back surface, but it is the same on the front surface and quickly warms up quickly. It shows a temperature rise equivalent to that of aluminum with good heat conduction, indicating that it feels warmer than urethane foam and fiber cotton.
The data of thin polyester taffeta (weight per unit of 150g / m 2 , JIS L1096A method fragile air permeability 2cm 3 / cm 2 · sec) that is usually used as a futon inner bag is thin and the back side is already front side after 60 seconds The temperature (contact temperature) has been reached.

Next, regarding the polyurethane foam sheet and the PE foam sheet, the temperature rise was measured when the taffeta was inserted between each sheet and the hand and when both sides of each sheet were sandwiched between the taffeta.
As a result, as shown in the following FIG. 5, it can be seen that the air flow is blocked by covering the air-containing sheet with a fabric having low air permeability such as taffeta, and the temperature increasing effect is further increased.

Next, Fig. 6 shows the temperature rise after 60 seconds when taffeta (made of polyester fiber), futon side fabric (100% cotton fabric) and urethane foam are laminated on the fabric. Although there is a difference in rising temperature by about 0.6 ° C., there is no difference when urethane is laminated. If the thicknesses are about the same, there is no significant difference in the temperature difference after 60 seconds. There is no great difference in the knitted fabric, and the fabric to be laminated is not particularly limited to any woven or knitted nonwoven fabric.

Next, the configuration of the quick warming temperature sensitive sheet 1 will be described.
For the quick warming temperature sensitive sheet 1 of the present invention, a foamed resin sheet 2 made of polyethylene or polystyrene is effective, and the thickness is about 0.5 to 3 mm, especially about 0.7 mm to 2.0 mm. However, the foamed resin sheet 2 can be easily torn when force is applied as it is, and can be made into a structure that is not easily torn by laminating the polyurethane foam sheet 3 having elasticity and cushioning properties as a support. .
Moreover, the flow of air is suppressed by covering the foamed resin sheet with the breathable fabric 4, and the quick warming property can be improved.
Furthermore, when laminating a plurality of thin sheets 2 of about 1 mm in order to make it difficult to break, air gaps are formed between the laminated sheets, and further, air is formed in the section where quilt sewing 6 is performed by quilting 6 these. As a result, the rapid warming performance is further improved.

In order to prevent swelling during use of the foamed resin sheet, a plurality of vent holes 5 penetrating in the thickness direction of the sheet are provided. The opening ratio of the holes is preferably about 3 to 30% of the entire mat. If it is 30% or more, the ventilation is good and there is no problem of stuffiness, but the heat retaining property is deteriorated and the strength is also weakened. Further, if it is 3% or less, a feeling of stuffiness is produced, so an aperture ratio of 5 to 15% is preferable.
In addition, when a plurality of sheets are laminated and sewn by quilt sewing 6 to form a single mat, the aperture ratios of the holes 5 penetrating the respective sheets may be the same, but they are not necessarily the same. .
The shape of the vent hole 5 is not particularly limited, although there are various shapes such as a circle, an oval, and a rectangle. For example, even if a sheet having holes having 2 mmφ holes drilled at a regular interval pitch of 15 mm and a sheet having holes drilled at 10 mmΦ at a regular pitch of 30 mm are laminated, there is no hindrance to the stuffiness.

FIG. 2 is a diagram schematically showing a cross-sectional view when the three types of foamed resin sheets 2a, 2b, and 2c shown in FIG. 3 are laminated, and shows examples in which the size and pitch of the vent holes 5 in each layer are different. Therefore, various air gaps such as locations where the vent holes 5 of each layer penetrate through all layers, locations independent of the individual layers, and the like are generated between the foamed resin sheets 2a, 2b, 2c. In addition to ensuring air permeability, heat retention is also improved.

The foamed resin sheet 2, the flexible polyurethane sheet 3, the fiber wadding 7, and the breathable fabric 4 that covers these, which constitute the quick warming temperature-sensitive sheet 1, are quilted by a quilt pattern 6 arranged on the entire surface of the sheet, It is integrated.
When a quilt sewing 6 is performed by laminating only a thin foamed resin sheet alone and then pulled to both sides of the perforation, all the pulling force is concentrated on the foamed resin sheet, and the seam breaks easily from the sewing machine portion. By laminating the foamed resin sheet so as to protect it with cloth or urethane foam, the tensile force of the quilt part is dispersed, so that the seam is less likely to break, and the seam is not easily broken by simple hand-washing. It was confirmed.
The stitch pitch of the sewing machine for quilt sewing 6 should be about 7 to 15 stitches per inch. If the stitch pitch is too coarse, the stitched thread will be easily pulled. Too close and prone to seams. The fiber cotton 7 is positioned on the side far from the user such as bedding in the quick warming temperature sensitive sheet 1.

Bonding these materials with an adhesive not only hinders the flexibility of the sheet due to the adhesive, but depending on the type of adhesive, there is a resin with a strong contact cooling feeling, and it may feel cold when touched. Therefore, it is not preferable.
Although it is desirable to sew on the vent hole penetrating the foamed sheet as much as possible, it is not particularly limited.
It is also possible to reinforce the drape along the body line by devising the quilt pattern so that it follows the body line depending on the method of use.
