Abstract
Description
・埋込リテーナを介してセンサーの脚部を燃料タンクの底壁に強固に固定するステップ;および
・同様に埋込リテーナを介してセンサーの管状の頂部をタンクの頂壁に弾性的に固定するステップ
を含む。
−その測定能に関する限りにおいては:計測の高い線形性;高精度の燃料レベル計測(典型的には誤差<1%);低いレベルに対する計測能(典型的には2mmまで);ヒステリシスが皆無;レベルから体積への転換はプログラム可能な表において行われ、燃料タンクの型式への適応が容易;計測は標準的な容量計測と比して燃料タイプに依存しない。
−アーキテクチャに関する限りにおいては:全燃料系統アーキテクチャ用の可撓性部品(支持体長さが適応可能);TSBMプロセスに組み込み可能。
Claims (10)
- 底壁を有する液体タンク内に容量レベルセンサーを取り付ける方法であって、センサーは、脚部と、前記脚部から延在する剛性支持体によって支持された少なくとも1つの容量構成要素を備える計測部分とを有し、脚部はタンクの底壁にリテーナを介して強固に固定されており、これにより、剛性支持体は、センサーの計測部分の全長が、脚部が位置されている部分におけるタンクの高さより高くなるよう、脚部と一定の(固定)角度を形成している方法。
- 前記センサーが、可撓性絶縁性支持体上に印刷されている、一対のインターディジタル計測電極および一対のインターディジタル参照電極を備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記剛性支持体が、その内部に前記電極の可撓性絶縁性支持体が挿入される中空構造である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記中空構造が、前記脚部と一体に成形されていると共に傾斜されている中空円筒部に挿入されているプラスチックチューブである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記センサーの脚部が、前記タンクの頂壁に弾性的に固定されている機械的固定ロッドとして作用する中空の円筒状延長部を備えている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記タンクの頂壁が、リテーナおよび前記リテーナと前記ロッドの上方部分(頂部)との間に位置された中間部を備える、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記中間部が、前記ロッドの上限が摺動可能である中空の円筒の形状を有し、前記ロッドはポストの形状を有すると共に、前記ポストと前記中間部との間にバネが挿入されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記液体タンクがプラスチック壁を有し、前記リテーナが、金型中にインサートを用いることで、または前記インサートを封入することにより、前記タンク自体を成形しながら形成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体タンクが、その壁における開口部を通して挿入された液体送出モジュールを備え、前記センサーが、前記開口部を通して前記タンクに挿入されると共に固定される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 先ず前記リテーナを成形または固定し、次いで、前記センサーを固定するために、前記タンクの成形自体の最中に、コアまたはロボットを有する金型を用いることにより前記センサーが固定される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
