Claims (8)
- プッシュ原理でバンド幅を割り当てる方法であって、
コンテンツ配信ネットワークにおける利用可能な容量を監視することと、
前記配信ネットワークにある未利用の容量を判断することと、
前記未利用の容量を前記放送チャンネルに動的に再割り当てて放送チャンネルの容量を拡張することと、
前記拡張した容量の範囲内で前記放送チャンネルを前記配信ネットワークに放送することと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - ルールに基づいて前記未利用の容量を動的に再割り当てすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 対象の視聴者に、より高度な広告を行う方法であって、
チャンネルを配信ネットワークを介して受信機に放送することと、
前記配信ネットワークにおける利用可能な容量を監視することと、
前記配信ネットワーク内にある未利用の容量を判断することと、
前記未利用の容量の量を前記チャンネルに動的に再割り当てて放送チャンネルの前記容量を拡張することと、
前記チャンネルの前記拡張した容量の範囲内にある少なくとも二つの異なる広告を、前記チャンネルを介して放送することと、
前記少なくとも二つの異なる広告の各々を異なる複数の受信機に導くことと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - より高度な広告をする方法であって、
チャンネルを配信ネットワークを介して受信機に放送することと、
前記配信ネットワークにおける利用可能な容量を監視することと、
ルールに基づいて前記配信ネットワークの範囲内における未利用の容量を判断することと、
前記未利用の容量の用い方に関する条件を定義する前記ルールに基づいて前記未利用の容量を前記チャンネルに動的に再割り当てすることと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ルールは、予定された時間スロットを備え、
前記未利用の容量は、前記予定された時間スロットに割り当てられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記予定された時間スロットを、金銭によって、コンテンツプロバイダに販売することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 一時間内における前記時間スロットの位置に応じて、前記予定された時間スロットの価格付けをすることをさらに含む特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 視聴者の多さに基づいて前記予定された時間スロットの価格付けをすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
