Abstract
【解決手段】ボイラーの熱交換器に熱を加えるように設置される予混合燃焼バーナーに備えられ、所定間隔で多数の炎孔23が形成された複数の炎孔片20をバーナー本体11の装着具13に並列に設置して形成された炎孔部構造である。炎孔片20は、上面部21が少なくとも二つ以上の方向に向かうように折曲又は屈曲された形態に形成され、上面部21の相異なる方向に向かう各面に相異なる方向に向かうように炎孔23が形成される。

Claims (5)
- ボイラーの熱交換器に熱を加えるように設置される予混合燃焼バーナーに備えられ、所定間隔で多数の炎孔23が形成された複数の炎孔片20をバーナー本体11の装着具13に並列に設置して形成された炎孔部構造であって、
前記炎孔片20のうち少なくとも一つは上面部21が少なくとも二つ以上の方向に向かうように折曲又は屈曲された形態で形成され、前記上面部21の相異なる方向に向かう各面別に相異なる方向に向かうように炎孔23が形成されたガスバーナーの炎孔部構造。 - 前記炎孔片20の上面部21が外側に突出したり内側に窪んだくさび形又は円弧形断面形態からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスバーナーの炎孔部構造。
- 前記炎孔片20のうちバーナー本体11の装着具13の両側端の部分に設置される炎孔片20bは、相異なる方向に向かう各面のうち隣接する炎孔片20に向かう面にだけ炎孔23が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガスバーナーの炎孔部構造。
- 前記炎孔片20の相異なる方向に向かう面に形成された各炎孔23は各面別に相異なる位置に互い違いに配列されるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガスバーナーの炎孔部構造。
- 前記炎孔片20は一つの板材を折曲加工し、複数の炎孔片20が互いに連結した一つの部材で形成されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガスバーナーの炎孔部構造。
