Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thermal stress loaded onto a fixing part of a protective liner due to thermal expansion.
SOLUTION: A supporting method is used at a time of installation of the protective liner 2 onto an iron shell 1a at a furnace opening part of a blast furnace 1 so as to protect a water-cooled metallic material 3 by covering an in-furnace side of the water-cooled metallic material 3. At installation of the protective liner 2 onto the iron shell 1a at the furnace opening part of the blast furnace, supporting members 4 to 10 are attached onto upper and lower sides of a back side of the protective liner 2 so as to support the same by pulling it toward the iron shell 1a, while an elastic material 11 is inserted between at least the supporting members 4 to 10 attached onto either the upper or lower side, so that thermal expansion of the protective liner 2 can be absorbed by the elastic material 11. This can relieve restriction of a supporting part of the protective liner installed at the furnace opening part of the blast furnace and reduce thermal stress caused by thermal expansion, thereby preventing breaking and dropping off of the protective liner and enabling reduction of repair frequency of the protective liner and stable protection of the water-cooled metallic material covered by the protective liner.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a support method for preventing breakage of a protective liner installed at a blast furnace furnace opening.

The protective liner is installed to protect the water-cooled hardware at the blast furnace furnace opening. Since this protective liner is restrained and supported by the core of the blast furnace furnace using a support member such as a chain, when the temperature inside the furnace becomes high, thermal stress due to thermal expansion is applied to the restraining portion of the protective liner. This causes a crack that eventually breaks.

The breakage or dropout of the protective liner leads to damage of the water-cooled hardware, leading to a serious trouble in blast furnace operation.

Therefore, Patent Document 1 proposes a technique that can relieve the thermal stress generated in the protective liner by dividing the protective liner into a plurality of parts in the vertical direction and connecting the divided parts with pins.

However, in the technique proposed in Patent Document 1, since the pins connecting the divided parts are located inside the furnace, they are easily affected by heat and impact during raw material charging, and the connecting parts are deformed or broken. There is a fear.

If the connecting portion is deformed or broken, it is impossible to rotate at the connecting portion, which may lead to breakage of the protective liner. That is, the technique proposed in Patent Document 1 cannot be said to be sufficient as a protective liner damage countermeasure technique.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that, as a method for supporting a protective liner installed at the blast furnace opening, conventionally, there has been no sufficient method for preventing breakage of the protective liner.

The method for supporting the protective liner of the blast furnace furnace part of the present invention is as follows.
In order to reduce the thermal stress due to thermal expansion applied to the restraining part of the protective liner,
It is a support method at the time of attaching a protective liner that covers the inner side of the water-cooled metalware installed in the iron core of the blast furnace furnace mouth part and protects the water-cooled metalware,
When attaching the protective liner to the iron core of the blast furnace mouth,
An elastic member is interposed in at least one of the supporting members attached to the upper side and the lower side of the back side of the protective liner and pulled and supported on the iron skin side, and the thermal expansion of the protective liner is performed by the elastic member. The main feature is that it is absorbed by

In the present invention, since the elastic member is interposed on at least one side of the support member attached to the upper side and the lower side of the back side of the protective liner and pulled and supported on the iron skin side, the protective liner installed at the blast furnace furnace port portion is provided. The restraint of the support portion can be relaxed and the thermal stress due to thermal expansion can be reduced.

Therefore, breakage and dropout of the protective liner can be prevented, the number of repairs of the protective liner can be reduced, and the water-cooled metal object covered with the protective liner can be stably protected.

It is sectional drawing of the blast furnace furnace port part which installs the protective liner of the blast furnace furnace port part which concerns on this invention. It is a fragmentary sectional view of the protection liner support part concerning the present invention. It is the elements on larger scale which showed the support structure of the protective liner upper part which concerns on this invention. It is the elements on larger scale which showed the support structure of the protective liner lower part which concerns on this invention.

In the present invention, for the purpose of reducing the thermal stress due to the thermal expansion generated in the restraining portion of the protective liner, at least the support member attached to the upper side and the lower side of the protective liner and pulling and supporting on the iron skin side, This was realized by interposing an elastic member on the support member on one side.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 shows a situation in which the protective liner 2 of the blast furnace furnace port portion according to the present invention is disposed in the furnace port portion of the blast furnace 1.

The protective liner 2 is supported at four points on the iron shell 1a so as to cover the inner side of the water-cooled metal fitting 3 installed on the iron shell 1a of the furnace port portion of the blast furnace 1.

And, when attaching to the iron shell 1a, in the example of the present invention, the support of the two points located on the lower side is different from the support of the two points located on the upper side, as shown in FIG. 11 is supported.

Of these, the upper two points are supported by using a support member comprising a chain 4, an upper rod 5a, a pin 6, an upper casing 7a, a stop plate 8, and a nut 9, as shown in FIG. It is attached to the iron skin 1a at the furnace port of the blast furnace 1.

That is, an upper rod in which a stopper plate 8 is installed in the middle of the upper casing 7a attached to the iron shell 1a, and the other end of the chain 4 having one end attached to the back side of the protective liner 2 is connected by the pin 6. The opposite side of 5a is passed through the stop plate 8 and fixed with a nut 9. And it is the structure which pulls and hold | maintains the protective liner 2 to the iron-skin 1a side by tightening the said nut 9. FIG.

In FIG. 3, the upper casing 7a is extended to the attachment portion at one end of the chain 4 on the back side of the protective liner 2, and the chain 4, the upper rod 5a and the pin 6 are covered with the upper casing 7a. Shows things.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower two supports include a chain 4, a lower rod 5 b, a pin 6, a lower casing 7 b, a pair of spring plates 10 a and 10 b, a coil spring 11, And using the support member which consists of nut 9, it has attached to the iron skin 1a of the furnace port part of the blast furnace 1. FIG.

That is, the lower support is different from the upper support in that one spring plate 10a is attached to the lower casing 7a instead of the stop plate 8. Then, a nut 9 is disposed on the anti-protection liner 2 side of the other spring plate 10b which forms a pair disposed on the anti-protection liner 2 side of the one spring plate 10a, and between the spring plates 10a and 10b. The coil spring 11 is interposed and fixed.

In the support of such a configuration, when a load in the furnace inner direction is applied to the protective liner 2, the coil spring 11 is contracted in the support below the protective liner 2, and the support portion of the protective liner 2 moves to the furnace inner side. The stress applied to the protective liner 2 can be reduced. The behavior of the protective liner 2 can be adjusted by changing the specifications of the coil spring 11 or changing the tightening amount of the nut 9.

The present invention is not limited to the above example, and it goes without saying that the embodiments may be changed as appropriate within the scope of the technical idea described in each claim.

For example, in the present invention example, the coil spring 11 is interposed in the lower support, but the coil spring 11 may be interposed in the upper support. Further, the coil spring 11 may be interposed on both the upper side and the lower side.

The spring is not limited to the coil spring 11 as long as it can reduce the stress applied to the protective liner 2 by absorbing thermal expansion. Further, rubber may be adopted as long as it can withstand a high temperature atmosphere.

Moreover, the installation position of the coil spring 11, the fixing method of the coil spring 11, etc. are not restricted to what was shown to the example of this invention.
