該第1ステップにて得られた染色済みフィルムを用いてフィルムインサート成形により前記フィルムが一体成形されたセミレンズを得るステップであって,前記フィルムの染色面がレンズ材料と接触するようにフィルムインサート成形を行う第2ステップと、
を有することを特徴とする染色光学部品の製造方法。
(2) (1)の染色光学部品の製造方法において、前記第2ステップは前記フィルムの染色されてない他方の面が前記光学部品の前面となるようにフィルムインサート成形を行うステップであることを特徴とする染色光学部品の製造方法。
(3) (2)の染色光学部品の製造方法は、さらに前記第2ステップの後に、光学部品前面にハードコートを形成する第3ステップを有することを特徴とする染色光学部品の製造方法。
(4) レンズ前面が所定の光学面を持ち,後面が後に切削加工されるための単なる凹面からなるセミフィニッシュレンズであって,前記レンズ前面には一方の面が染色されたフィルムがその染色面を接合面として接合されていることを特徴とする染色セミフィニッシュレンズ。
