Description

The present invention relates to a film splicing device for connecting a film end in a supply state and a film start in a standby state toward a packaging machine for packaging articles, and a PTP provided with the film splicing device. The present invention relates to a sheet manufacturing apparatus.

Generally, a PTP sheet (blister sheet) has, for example, a packaging film having a plurality of pocket portions and a cover film attached to the packaging film so as to close the pocket portions. The pocket portion contains an object to be filled such as a tablet.

By the way, such a PTP sheet is formed by a dedicated manufacturing apparatus with respect to a packaging film fed from the most upstream side of the manufacturing apparatus, forming a pocket portion, accommodating an object to be filled, attaching a cover film, etc. The various processes are sequentially performed. Therefore, in order to prevent a decrease in productivity, it is necessary to continuously supply the packaging film without interruption.

Therefore, a film splicing device for connecting a terminal portion of a packaging film being supplied and a starting portion of a new packaging film and continuously supplying the packaging film has been proposed (for example, Patent Documents). 1 etc.). To elaborate on the technology, first, one movable stand of a pair of movable stands that can move toward and away from each other around the end of a packaging film being supplied (referred to as “first packaging film”) It is sandwiched and held by a movable pusher that can move up and down. In addition, the vicinity of the starting end of a new packaging film (referred to as “second packaging film”) is sandwiched and held by the other movable base and movable pusher. Next, the end portion of the first packaging film and the start end portion of the second packaging film are cut and arranged so that the ends are parallel to each other, and then both the movable bases are moved closer to each other. The end of the packaging film and the start of the second packaging film are brought together. In this state, the adhesive film is stuck so as to straddle both end portions of the both packaging films, so that the packaging film is succeeded.

By the way, when the adhesive tape is applied, it cannot be applied with the end of the packaging film being pressed. For this reason, there is a concern that deformation such as warping or rounding may occur at the end portion in the width direction among the end portion or the start end portion of the packaging film. And, if the adhesive tape is affixed while deformation such as warping has occurred at the end in the width direction, there is a risk of hindering reliable connection of both packaging films, which in turn adversely affects subsequent processes. There is a risk of reaching.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to more reliably prevent deformation at the end of the packaging film when joining the packaging film. It is an object of the present invention to provide a film splicing device that enables more reliable connection and a PTP sheet manufacturing apparatus including the film splicing device.

In the following, each means suitable for solving the above-described object will be described in terms of items. In addition, the effect specific to the means to respond | corresponds as needed is added.

Means 1. A film splicing device that is used in the manufacturing process of a PTP sheet and connects the end of a strip-shaped first packaging film and the start of a strip-shaped second packaging film,
A tape applying means for applying an adhesive tape so as to straddle the edge portions of both packaging films in a state where the edges of both packaging films are butted together,
When sticking the adhesive tape by the tape sticking means, the terminal portion of the first packaging film, and a suction means for sucking and holding the starting end portion of the second packaging film,
The adsorption means includes
A first support surface for supporting the lower end surface of the first packaging film, and a support means having a second support surface for supporting the lower end surface of the second packaging film;
A suction means capable of sucking air,
The support means is provided with a first suction hole and a second suction hole that open to the first support surface and the second support surface and can communicate with the suction means,
When applying the adhesive tape by the tape applying means,
Of the first suction hole, the opening communicating with the suction means is located at least on the lower surface of both end portions in the width direction of the end portion of the first packaging film, while the end portion of the first packaging film Does not protrude beyond both ends of the width direction, and
Among the second suction holes, the opening communicated with the suction means is located at least on the lower surfaces of the widthwise ends of the start end of the second packaging film, while the start end of the second packaging film. A film splicing device characterized in that the film splicing device does not protrude beyond both ends in the width direction.

The suction hole may be constituted by one hole extending along the width direction of the packaging film, or may be constituted by a plurality of holes formed intermittently along the width direction. It is good.

According to the said means 1, when sticking an adhesive tape, both the width direction both ends of the termination | terminus part of a 1st packaging film and the start end part of a 2nd packaging film are adsorbed and hold | maintained by an adsorption | suction means. For this reason, it is possible to more reliably prevent deformation at both ends (corner portions) in the width direction of the end of the packaging film where deformation such as warping and rounding is particularly likely to occur, and to connect both packaging films more reliably Can do.

In addition, when the adhesive tape is applied, the opening that communicates with the suction means among the first and second suction holes is at least positioned on the lower surface of both ends in the width direction of the end of the packaging film. And it is comprised so that it may not protrude outside the width direction both ends of the edge part of a packaging film. Therefore, the suction holes (that is, the packaging film) positioned inside the widthwise ends of the packaging film as air is drawn from the suction holes positioned outside the widthwise ends of the packaging film. It is possible to more reliably prevent the suction force from being reduced in the suction holes to be sucked and held. As a result, deformation of the packaging film can be more effectively suppressed, and both packaging films can be more reliably connected.

The “width direction end portion of the packaging film” means a position that is 20% of the width of the packaging film inside from the width direction edge of the packaging film along the width direction of the packaging film, It means the part within the range between the widthwise edges of the film.

Mean 2.
A first support surface for supporting the lower end surface of the first packaging film, and a support means having a second support surface for supporting the lower end surface of the second packaging film;
A suction means capable of sucking air,
The support means is provided with a first suction hole and a second suction hole that open to the first support surface and the second support surface and can communicate with the suction means,
Of the first suction holes, first suction range adjusting means for adjusting a range along the width direction of the packaging film sucked by the suction means;
A film splicing device comprising a second suction range adjusting means for adjusting a range along a width direction of the packaging film sucked by the suction means in the second suction holes.

According to the means 2, the range along the width direction of the packaging film sucked by the suction means can be adjusted by the first and second suction range adjusting means. Therefore, the width direction both ends of the packaging film end can be more reliably adsorbed and held corresponding to packaging films having different sizes. As a result, it is possible to more reliably prevent deformation at both ends in the width direction of the packaging film end portion, and to connect both packaging films more reliably.

Moreover, it can also comprise so that the opening part connected to a suction means among suction holes may not protrude outside the width direction both ends of the edge part of a packaging film by a suction range adjustment means. In this case, as air is drawn from the suction holes located outside the both ends of the packaging film in the width direction, the suction holes located inside the packaging film in the width direction (that is, for packaging) It is possible to more surely prevent the suction force from being reduced in the suction holes to suck and hold the film. As a result, deformation of the packaging film can be more effectively suppressed, and both packaging films can be more reliably connected.

According to the said means 3, the effect similar to the said means 1 is show | played together with the effect by the said means 2. FIG.

Means 4. The support means is provided with a first shaft hole that communicates with the first suction hole and extends along the width direction of the packaging film, and communicates with the second suction hole and communicates with the width direction of the packaging film. A second axial hole extending along the
The first shaft hole is provided with a first shaft that is rotatably inserted in the first shaft hole, and the second shaft hole is rotatably inserted in the second shaft hole. 2 shafts,
The first shaft communicates with a first inner hole extending along the width direction of the first packaging film and from the outer periphery of the first shaft to the first inner hole, and extends along the width direction of the packaging film. Having a first through hole whose length varies depending on the circumferential direction,
The second shaft communicates with the second inner hole extending along the width direction of the second packaging film and from the outer periphery of the second shaft to the second inner hole, and extends along the width direction of the packaging film. A second through hole having a different length depending on the circumferential direction,
The film splicing device according to means 2 or 3, wherein the suction means is communicated with the first inner hole and the second inner hole.

In addition, about the said 1st, 2nd through-hole, it is good also as comprising by 1 hole part from which the length along a film width direction differs according to the circumferential direction (for example, it changes gradually), and it follows a circumferential direction. It is good also as comprising by the several hole part from which the length along the film width direction formed intermittently differs. Moreover, the hole may be formed intermittently along the longitudinal direction of the shaft. That is, the first and second through holes can be configured by one or a plurality of holes formed continuously or intermittently along the circumferential direction or the longitudinal direction of the shaft. In addition, when a through-hole is comprised by the several hole part formed intermittently along the longitudinal direction of the shaft, "the length of the through-hole along the width direction of the packaging film" means a plurality of hole parts The distance along the longitudinal direction of the shaft between the hole portions located at both ends is the most.

According to the above means 4, the first and second adsorption range adjusting means include the first and second through holes having different widths depending on the circumferential direction, and the first and second insides communicating with the first and second through holes. And cylindrical first and second shafts inserted through the first and second shaft holes of the support means. And by making the said 1st, 2nd shaft rotate relatively with respect to a support means, the opening part connected to an adsorption | suction means can be changed among suction holes, and by extension, the width direction of a packaging film is followed. The adsorption range can be adjusted. Therefore, for example, as compared with the case where the first and second adsorption range adjusting means are configured by a member that can move relative to the support means along the width direction of the film and can open and close the suction holes, It is not necessary to secure a moving space for the adsorption range adjusting means along the width direction of the film, and the apparatus can be downsized.

The first support means and the second support means are provided so as to be movable in the contact / separation direction with the first support surface and the second support surface maintained at the same height. 5. The film splicing device according to any one of 4 above.

According to the above means 5, for example, when both ends of the packaging film are subjected to a cutting process in order to arrange the end of the first packaging film and the start of the second packaging film in parallel, Processing before connection can be performed relatively easily. Further, when the packaging film is adsorbed, if the first and second support means are separated, the trouble such as the second packaging film being mistakenly adsorbed by the first suction hole is more reliably ensured. Can be prevented.

According to the above means 6, in combination with the fact that the first support surface and the second support surface are maintained at the same height, the adhesive tape is more reliably applied across the ends of both packaging films. And more reliable bonding of the packaging film can be achieved.

Mean 7 The first support means has a first cut base that serves as a support base when cutting the terminal portion of the first packaging film in the previous stage of application of the adhesive tape by the tape application means,
The second support means has a second cut base that serves as a support base when cutting the starting end portion of the second packaging film in the previous stage of application of the adhesive tape by the tape application means,
At least one of the first cut table and the second cut table has a stopper member that prevents collision of the two cut tables or relieves stress during the collision when the first support means and the second support means move close to each other. The film splicing device according to claim 6, wherein the film splicing device is provided.

According to the means 7, the stopper member can more reliably prevent the first cut base and the second cut base from colliding with a large force when the first support means and the second support means are approaching. it can. As a result, it is possible to more reliably prevent damage to the first and second cut bases, and it is possible to suppress problems in the case of cutting the packaging film in advance.

Means 8. The film splicing device according to any one of means 1 to 7, wherein the first and second packaging films are aluminum laminate films.

The aluminum laminate film is configured by attaching a resin film to the surface of an aluminum foil, that is, by laminating two or more kinds of thin film materials having different materials (properties). In particular, the thickness of the aluminum laminate film is significantly smaller than that of a plastic packaging film. For this reason, deformation such as warpage is relatively likely to occur at the film end.

For this reason, when the aluminum laminate film is used as the packaging film as in the above means 8, the deformation at the film end is further concerned. However, by adopting each of the above means, deformation at the film end can be prevented more reliably. In other words, the above means can be said to be particularly significant when an aluminum laminate film is used as the packaging film.

Means 9. A PTP sheet manufacturing apparatus comprising the film splicing device according to any one of the above means 1 to 8.

According to the means 9, in the PTP sheet manufacturing apparatus having the film splicing device of each means, the operational effects by the respective means are exhibited.

Hereinafter, an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a PTP sheet (blister sheet) 1 is made of, for example, an aluminum laminate film and packaged so as to close the pocket portion 2 and a packaging film 3 having a plurality of pocket portions 2. And an aluminum cover film 4 attached to the film 3. Each pocket 2 contains a tablet 5 one by one. As the packaging film 3, for example, an aluminum foil having a predetermined thickness (for example, about 40 μm) is used as a core material, and a polyamide film having a predetermined thickness (for example, about 25 μm) and a predetermined thickness are provided on both front and back surfaces. Those having a relatively thin thickness (for example, 250 μm or less) obtained by bonding polyvinyl chloride (PVC) having a thickness (for example, about 60 μm) through an adhesive layer are used.

By the way, such a PTP sheet 1 is manufactured by a dedicated PTP sheet manufacturing apparatus 10. Then, with reference to FIG. 3, the outline of the PTP sheet manufacturing apparatus 10 for manufacturing the PTP sheet 1 is demonstrated.

The PTP sheet manufacturing apparatus 10 includes a pocket part forming apparatus 11 for forming the pocket part 2 on the upstream side of the transfer path of the packaging film 3. In addition, the packaging film 3 is wound in a roll shape on the upstream side of the pocket portion forming apparatus 11 (that is, the most upstream side of the PTP sheet manufacturing apparatus 10). The packaging film 3 is intermittently transferred to the downstream side, and the formation of the pocket portion 2 by the pocket portion forming apparatus 11 is performed at an interval between the transfer operations of the packaging film 3. Yes.

Further, on the downstream side of the pocket part forming device 11, along the transfer path of the packaging film 3, there are a tablet charging device 12 for automatically filling the tablet part 2 with the tablet 5, and foreign matter mixed into the pocket part 2. An inspection device 13 for inspecting presence / absence and the like, and a film receiving roll 15 for attaching the cover film 4 to the packaging film 3 by heating / pressing by the heating roll 14 are arranged. The cover film 4 is stuck to the packaging film 3 to form a band-shaped PTP film 6 in which the tablet 5 is wrapped with the packaging film 3 and the cover film 4.

In addition, on the downstream side of the film receiving roll 15, along the transfer path of the PTP film 6, a slit forming device 16 for forming a slit (perforation), a stamp indicating identification information such as a lot number is provided. A stamping device 17 for attaching and a sheet punching device 18 for punching the PTP film 6 into one PTP sheet are provided. A finished product hopper 19 for storing the falling PTP sheet 1 is provided below the sheet punching device 18.

Although the outline of the PTP sheet manufacturing apparatus 10 is as described above, the packaging film 3 can be continuously supplied to the uppermost stream side of the PTP sheet manufacturing apparatus 10 so that the various processes described above are continuously performed. Mechanism is required. Therefore, the PTP sheet manufacturing apparatus 10 of this embodiment includes a film supply apparatus 20 on the most upstream side of the transfer path of the packaging film 3.

As shown in FIG. 4, the film supply device 20 includes roll films 21 and 22, a film splicing device 30, a feeding roller 23, a storage box 24, and a control device 25.

The roll films 21 and 22 are configured by winding the packaging film 3 in a roll shape. In the present embodiment, the two roll films 21 and 22 are provided, but three or more roll films may be provided. Further, for convenience of explanation, the packaging film 3 fed out from one roll film 21 is referred to as a film F1 (corresponding to “first packaging film”), and the packaging film 3 fed out from the other roll film 22 is a film. It is called F2 (corresponding to “second packaging film”).

The film splicing device 30 has a function of connecting the end of the film F1 and the start end of the film F2 of the other roll film 22 when one roll film 21 is consumed (of the film splicing device 30). The configuration and operation will be described in detail later).

The feeding roller 23 is disposed on the downstream side of the film splicing device 30 so as to sandwich the film F1 (F2) with the pressing roller 26. The feed roller 23 is driven by a feed motor (not shown), so that the film F1 (F2) is fed from the roll film 21 (22).

Further, on the downstream side of the feeding roller 23, the film F1 (F2) is bent, and the bent portion of the film F1 (F2) is stored in the storage box 24. Even if the feeding of the film F1 (F2) is stopped when the film is connected by the film splicing device 30, the film F1 (F2) is continuously supplied to the downstream side by bending the film F1 (F2). It can be done.

Further, the control device 25 controls the feeding amount and feeding speed of the film F1 (F2) by the feeding roller 23 by controlling the rotation amount and rotation speed of the feeding motor.

Next, the configuration of the film splicing device 30 will be described.

As shown in FIG. 5, the film splicing device 30 includes a butt mechanism 40, a cutter mechanism 50, a tape bonding mechanism 60 as a tape applying means, a consumption detecting mechanism 70, and a holding mechanism 80 as an adsorbing means. ing.

The abutting mechanism 40 includes a pair of movable bases 41 and 42 supported by a guide rail (not shown) provided below the transfer path of the packaging film 3 so as to be reciprocally movable in the film transfer direction. . In addition, the pair of movable bases 41 and 42 are provided with a pair of racks 43 and 44 that extend in the film transport direction and face each other in the film width direction. Further, a pinion PI is disposed between the pair of racks 43 and 44 so as to mesh with both. The pair of movable bases 41 and 42 can move toward and away from each other by the rotation of the pinion PI.

The cutter mechanism 50 includes a movable frame MF that is supported so as to be movable in the film width direction and has a substantially U-shape. Furthermore, a pair of rotary cutters 53 and 54 are rotatably supported inside the both ends of the movable frame MF. In addition, the rotary cutters 53 and 54 are movable in the film width direction together with the movable frame MF in a state where the outer surfaces thereof are in contact with inner edges of the first cut table 51 and the second cut table 52 described later. ing.

Further, the cutter mechanism 50 has a pair of pressing plates 55 and 56 (not shown in FIG. 5; not shown in FIG. 5) suspended above the transfer path of the packaging film 3 by an elastic body (not shown). See). The pressing plates 55 and 56 are formed in a long plate shape extending in the film width direction, and are pushed downward by the root portions of the rotary cutters 53 and 54 as the movable frame MF moves. ing. Therefore, when the movable frame MF is moved (when the films F1 and F2 are cut by the rotary cutters 53 and 54), the films F1 and F2 are placed between the pressing plates 55 and 56 and the cut bases 51 and 52, etc. It is designed to be pinched.

The tape bonding mechanism 60 includes an adhesive tape 61, a chuck 62, and a cutter 63. The adhesive tape 61 is disposed so as to face the chuck 62 in the film width direction. Further, the chuck 62 is movable along the film width direction, and the adhesive tape 61 can be pulled out. Further, the cutter 63 is movable up and down so that the adhesive tape 61 drawn out by the chuck 62 can be cut. The tape bonding mechanism 60 has a pressing means (not shown), and presses the adhesive tape 61 pulled out by the chuck 62 by the pressing means from the upper side to the lower side when connecting the films F1 and F2. It is possible.

The consumption detection mechanism 70 includes an end detection sensor 71, and can detect the passage of the end of the film F1 fed out from the roller film 21 used first.

The holding mechanism 80 includes a pair of first suction bars 81 and second suction bars 82 extending along the film width direction, and a pair of first cut table 51 and second cut table 52 extending in the film width direction. Yes.

The first suction bar 81 is fixed to the upstream end surface of the movable table 41, and the second suction bar 82 is fixed to the downstream end surface of the movable table 42. Further, the first and second suction bars 81 and 82 are movable according to the movement of the movable bases 41 and 42, respectively. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, the first suction bar 81 is inserted into the first casing 83 (corresponding to “first support means”) extending along the film width direction and the first casing 83. And a first shaft 85 (corresponding to “first adsorption range adjusting means”). The second suction bar 82 includes a second casing 84 (corresponding to “second support means”) extending along the film width direction, and a second shaft 86 (“second”) inserted into the second casing 84. Equivalent to "2 adsorption range adjusting means".

The first and second casings 83 and 84 have a rectangular cross-sectional outer shape, and a cylindrical first shaft hole 87 extending along the film width direction is provided inside the first casing 83, and A second shaft hole 88 having the same shape as the first shaft hole 87 is provided in the second casing 84. Further, the upper surface (the surface on the packaging film 3 side) of the first casing 83 constitutes a first support surface S1 for supporting the packaging film 3, and the first support surface S1 has an outer surface from its outer surface. A plurality of first suction holes 91 communicating with the first shaft hole 87 are provided at regular intervals along the film width direction. Moreover, the upper surface (surface on the packaging film 3 side) of the second casing 84 constitutes a second support surface S2 for supporting the packaging film 3, and the second support surface S2 includes an outer surface. A plurality of second suction holes 92 communicating with the second shaft hole 88 are provided at regular intervals at predetermined intervals as in the case of the first suction hole 91 (in FIG. The number of the second suction holes 91 and 92 is reduced). Further, both the support surfaces S1, S2 are horizontal at the same height, and even when the movable bases 41, 42 (adsorption bars 81, 82) move toward and away from each other, the same height is provided. It is possible to maintain the height and level.

The first shaft 85 is inserted through the first shaft hole 87 so that its outer surface is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the first shaft hole 87, and the second shaft 86 is inserted into the first shaft 85. The outer surface is inserted through the second shaft hole 88 so as to be in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the second shaft hole 88. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the first shaft 85 includes a first inner hole 93 extending along the film width direction and closed at one end thereof, and the second shaft 86 is formed in the first shaft 85. Like the middle hole 93, the second middle hole 94 is closed at one end. Furthermore, a plurality of first through holes 95 communicating with the first middle hole 93 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the first shaft 85, and a plurality of first through holes 95 communicating with the second middle hole 94 are provided on the outer surface of the second shaft. The second through hole 96 is provided.

The through-holes 95 and 96 will be described in detail. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9A, in the range (referred to as “first range”) of the shaft 85 (86), which is located approximately in the center in the longitudinal direction. Is a total of n (eight in the present embodiment) through holes 95A (96A), 95B (96B), 95C (96C), 95D (96D), 95E (96E), at equal intervals along the circumferential direction. 95F (96F), 95G (96G), and 95H (96H) are provided. On the other hand, the number of through-holes 95 and 96 along the circumferential direction is reduced stepwise as the shafts 85 and 86 progress from the center in the longitudinal direction toward the outside in the width direction.

More specifically, in a range adjacent to the outside in the width direction of the first range (referred to as “second range”), as shown in FIG. 9B, the through hole 95H (96H) in the first range. The total number of n-1 (seven in this embodiment) through-holes 95A (96A), 95B (96B), 95C (95C), 95D (96D) ), 95E (96E), 95F (96F), and 95G (96G) are formed along the circumferential direction. Further, in the range located on the outer side in the width direction of the second range, as shown in FIG. 9 (c), it penetrates through the site where the through holes 95G (96G) and 95H (96H) are formed in the first range. Without forming the holes, a total of n-2 (six in this embodiment) through-holes 95A (96A), 95B (96B), 95C (96C), 95D (96D), 95E (96E), 95F (96F) is formed along the circumferential direction. Thus, the number of the through-holes 95 and 96 existing along the circumferential direction is gradually reduced from the center in the longitudinal direction to the outer side in the width direction. One through hole 95A, 96A is formed in the region along the circumferential direction. That is, the through-holes 95 and 96 have a length along the film width direction according to the circumferential direction (the length is “the shaft of the through-holes 95 and 96 positioned at the most end sides among the plurality of through-holes 95 and 96. The distance between the longitudinal directions of 85 and 86 ”means different).

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 9, etc., grooves 105 extending along the longitudinal direction are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the shafts 85 and 56 at regular intervals along the circumferential direction. The through holes 95 and 96 are formed in a straight line so as to communicate with the groove 105. Therefore, by rotating the shafts 85 and 86 relative to the casings 83 and 84 and aligning them, the through holes 95 and 96 communicated with the suction holes 91 and 92 through the groove 105 can be determined. It is like that.

The first and second cut bases 51 and 52 are provided on the opposing surfaces of the first and second casings 83 and 84, and the portions on the transfer path side of the packaging film 3 among the opposing portions thereof are mutually connected. Protrusively formed. Moreover, the 1st stopper member 45 is provided in the surface facing the 2nd cut stand 52 among the 1st cut stands 51, and the site | part facing the said 1st stopper member 45 among 2nd cut stands. The second stopper member 46 (the first and second stopper members 45 and 46 are not shown in FIG. 5; see FIG. 10) is provided. The first and second stopper members 45 and 46 are configured so that the first and second cut bases 51 and 52 do not come into contact with each other when the movable bases 41 and 42 are moved closer to each other.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 7A, etc., outside the first and second casings 83 and 84, the other end side outer peripheral portion of the first and second shafts 85 and 86 , Gears 97 and 98 having external teeth are provided. In addition, the first vacuum hose 99 and the second vacuum hose 100 are connected to the other end portions of the first and second shafts 85 and 86 so as to communicate with the spaces in the first and second inner holes 93 and 94. One end of each is connected. The first shaft 85 and the first vacuum hose 99, and the second shaft 86 and the second vacuum hose 100 are connected in a state of relative rotational movement with each other through a rotary joint (not shown). Has been.

In addition, a suction device VA capable of sucking air in the first and second inner holes 93 and 94 is provided at the other end of the vacuum hoses 99 and 100 (refer to FIG. 5; corresponding to “suction means”). Is connected. As a result, of the first and second suction holes 91 and 92, the opening communicating with the first and second through holes 95 and 96 functions as a suction port for sucking and holding the films F1 and F2. It can be done.

Furthermore, gears 101 and 102 are meshed with the gears 97 and 98, and the gears 101 and 102 have operation knobs 103 and 102 having the same center axis as the rotation axes of the gears 101 and 102, respectively. 104 is fixed. The knobs 103 and 104 are configured to be movable along with the reciprocating movement of the movable bases 41 and 42, and are supported so as to be rotatable about their own central axes. By rotating the knobs 103 and 104, the first and second shafts 85 and 86 can be relatively rotated with respect to the first and second casings 83 and 84. As a result, the suction hole 91 can be rotated. , 92, the suction holes 91, 92 communicated with the middle holes 93, 94 through the through holes 95, 96 can be determined. That is, by adjusting the amount of rotation of the knobs 103 and 104, the suction range by the first and second suction bars 81 and 82 along the film width direction can be adjusted.

Next, the operation of the film splicing device 30 configured as described above will be described.

First, a suction range along the film width direction by the first and second suction bars 81 and 82 is set in advance. That is, by rotating the knobs 103 and 104, the suction holes 91 and 92 communicated with the middle holes 93 and 94 through the through holes 95 and 96 are determined.

In the present embodiment, the suction range along the film width direction by the suction bars 81 and 82 is set to be substantially equal to the width of the packaging film 3 (films F1 and F2). That is, while adsorbing and holding both ends in the width direction of the end portion of the film F1 and both ends in the width direction of the start end portion of the film F2, outside the ends in the width direction of the end portion of the film F1, and The adsorption range is set so as not to adsorb a range outside the both ends in the width direction of the starting end portion of the film F2. Accordingly, at least suction holes 91 and 92 located at the lower surfaces of both end portions in the width direction of the end portions of the films F1 and F2 (in the present embodiment, located inside both ends in the width direction of the end portions of the films F1 and F2), While communicating with the middle holes 93 and 94 (suction device VA) through the through holes 95 and 96, the suction holes 91 and 92 are located on the outer sides of the ends of the films F1 and F2 in the width direction. The relative positions of the shafts 85 and 86 with respect to the casings 83 and 84 are determined so as not to communicate (close) the inner holes 83 and 84.

Furthermore, the suction range along the width direction by the suction bars 81 and 82 in this embodiment is between the predetermined one end side region and the predetermined other end side region (that is, suction by the suction bars 81 and 82). One end in the width direction in the range is located in the one end side region, and the other end in the width direction in the adsorption range is located in the other end side region). Note that the “one end side region” refers to a region between one end edge in the width direction of the films F1 and F2 and a position inside the width F1 and F2 within 20% of the one end edge in the width direction. . In addition, the “other end side region” is a region between the other end in the width direction of the films F1 and F2 and a position that is located within 20% of the width of the films F1 and F2 from the other end in the width direction. An area.

Following the setting of the suction range by the suction bars 81 and 82 (or in combination), the film F2 is fed out from the other roll film 22 while the film F1 fed out from one roll film 21 is in use. Then, with the start end of the film F2 slightly protruding downstream from the second cut table 52, the start end of the film F2 is sucked and held by the suction bar 82 over substantially the entire width direction. At the same time, the adhesive tape 61 is held in a state of being pulled out by the chuck 62 of the tape adhesive mechanism 60.

And if the termination | terminus detection sensor 71 of the consumption detection mechanism 70 detects the termination | terminus of the film F1 drawn | fed out from the roll film 21 in use, the control apparatus 25 mentioned above will control the said drawing | feeding motor, and film F1 After the film F1 is transferred until the end of the film slightly protrudes upstream from the first cut table 51, the feeding motor is stopped. Next, the suction bar 81 sucks and holds the end portion of the film F1 over substantially the entire width direction. Even if the feeding motor is stopped and the end of the film F1 is held, the film F1 in the bent state exists in the storage box 24 located on the upstream side of the film splicing device 30, so that the film F1 ( The packaging film 3) can continue to be transferred to downstream devices such as the pocket forming device 11.

Subsequently, the movable frame MF of the cutter mechanism 50 is moved along the film width direction. At this time, as shown in FIG. 10A, the pressing plates 55 and 56 are pressed downward by the root portions of the rotary cutters 53 and 54 as the movable frame MF moves. Therefore, when the rotary cutters 53 and 54 cut the end of the film F1 and the start of the film F2 in parallel, the films F1 and F2 are combined with the suction by the suction bars 81 and 82, 56 and the cutting bases 51 and 52 are held between them.

After the ends of the films F1 and F2 are cut, the movable frame MF is returned to the original arrangement position, and the pinion PI is rotated, so that the movable bases 41 and 42 are mutually connected via the racks 43 and 44. To approach. And it arrange | positions in the state which faced | matched the terminal edge of the film F1, and the start edge of the film F2. The first and second cut bases 51 and 52 are not in contact with each other by the stoppers 45 and 46, and the films F1 and F2 are closest to each other with a slight gap formed between the two cut bases 51 and 52. To do.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 10B (shown with the cutter mechanism 50 omitted), the adhesive tape 61 drawn by the chuck 62 is pasted from the end of the film F1 to the start of the film F2. . After the adhesive tape 61 is pasted, the adhesive tape 61 is cut by the cutter 63, whereby the end of the film F1 and the start of the film F2 are connected. When the adhesive tape 61 is applied, the adhesive tape 61 is more reliably bonded to the films F1 and F2 by pressing the adhesive tape 61 from above by the pressing means.

After the connection of the films F1 and F2 is completed, the control device 25 releases the stop of the feeding motor, and the supply of the film F2 to the downstream side is started.

As described above in detail, according to the present embodiment, when the adhesive tape 61 is applied, the suction bars 81 and 82 attract and hold the end portions of the film F1 and the start end of the film F2 in the width direction. Is done. For this reason, the deformation | transformation in the width direction both ends (corner | corner part) of the film film 3 edge part which is easy to generate | occur | produce especially deformation | transformation of curvature, roundness, etc. can be prevented more reliably, and film F1, F2 is connected more reliably. be able to.

Further, when the adhesive tape 61 is affixed, of the first and second suction holes 91 and 92, the opening communicated with the suction device VA is at least both ends in the width direction of the ends of the films F1 and F2. While being located on the lower surface, the film F1, F2 is configured not to protrude outward from both ends in the width direction. Therefore, as air is drawn from the suction holes located outside the both ends in the width direction of the films F1, F2, the suction holes 91, 92 located inside the both ends in the width direction of the films F1, F2 (that is, It is possible to more reliably prevent the suction force from being reduced in the suction holes 91 and 92) for sucking the films F1 and F2. As a result, deformation of the films F1 and F2 can be more effectively suppressed, and both the films F1 and F2 can be more reliably connected.

Furthermore, the range along the width direction of the packaging film 3 sucked by the suction device VA can be adjusted by the first and second shafts 85 and 86 as the first and second adsorption range adjusting means. Therefore, the width direction both ends of the packaging film 3 end can be more reliably adsorbed and held corresponding to the packaging film 3 having different sizes.

In addition, in this embodiment, by rotating the first and second shafts 85 and 86 relative to the casings 83 and 84, the width direction of the films F1 and F2 by the first and second suction bars 81 and 82 is increased. The adsorption range can be adjusted. Therefore, for example, it is possible to move relative to the casings 83 and 84 along the film width direction, and to compare the first and second suction range adjusting means with members that can open and close the suction holes 91 and 92. Thus, it is not necessary to secure a moving space for the adsorption range adjusting means along the film width direction, and the apparatus can be downsized.

In addition, since the first support surface S1 and the second support surface S2 are movable in the contact / separation direction while maintaining the same height, when performing a cutting process on the ends of the films F1, F2, etc. Pretreatment before connecting the films F1, F2 can be performed relatively easily. Furthermore, when adsorbing the packaging film, the adsorbing bars 81 and 82 are separated from each other, so that the second packaging film is accidentally adsorbed by the first suction hole. Can be prevented.

Further, the first support surface S1 and the second support surface S2 have the same height, and when the adhesive tape 61 is applied, the casings 83 and 84 are arranged so that the first support surface S1 and the second support surface S2 are substantially continuous. Proximity. Therefore, the adhesive tape 61 can be more reliably affixed across the ends of both the films F1 and F2, and the films F1 and F2 can be more reliably joined.

Further, the first and second stopper members 45 and 46 ensure that the first cut base 51 and the second cut base 52 collide with a large force when the first and second casings 83 and 84 approach each other. Can be prevented. Therefore, damage to the first and second cut bases 51 and 52 can be prevented more reliably.

In addition, it is not limited to the description content of the said embodiment, For example, you may implement as follows. Of course, other application examples and modification examples not illustrated below are also possible.

(A) In the said embodiment, the width direction edge part of the adsorption | suction range by adsorption | suction bar 81,82 is the film 3 for packaging from the width direction both ends edge of the film 3 for packaging, and the said width direction both edges along a film width direction. It is adjusted so that it is located in the area between the position which entered inward by 20% of the width | variety. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of more reliably preventing the deformation of the films F1 and F2, the suction range by the suction bars 81 and 82 may be expanded on the outer side in the width direction. Therefore, the width direction both ends of the adsorption | suction range by the adsorption | suction bar 81 and 82 are the positions where the width direction both ends edge of the packaging film 3 entered inside 10% of the width | variety of the packaging film 3 from the said width direction both edges. It is more preferable that it is located within the region between the width direction both end edges of the packaging film 3 and a position that is located inside by 5% of the width of the packaging film 3 from the width direction both end edges. It is even more preferable that it is located in the region between.

(B) In the above-described embodiment, the shafts 85 and 86 are configured to increase or decrease the number of the through holes 95 and 96 in the circumferential direction along the longitudinal direction, but the configuration of the shafts 85 and 86 is limited to this. Is not to be done. Therefore, for example, a plurality of through holes extending along the longitudinal direction may be intermittently formed along the circumferential direction, and the lengths of each through hole along the film width direction may be varied stepwise. . Further, as shown in FIGS. 11 (a) and 11 (b), a through-hole having a triangular shape (that is, the length along the film width direction gradually changes along the circumferential direction) when expanded in a planar shape. A shaft 112 provided with 111 may be used. In this case, the suction range along the width direction by the suction bar can be continuously adjusted, and a more flexible suction range can be set.

(C) In the above embodiment, the suction range adjusting means for adjusting the suction range in the width direction of the suction bars 81 and 82 is configured by the shafts 85 and 86 having the through holes 95 and 96. The configuration of the adjusting means is not limited to this. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 12, the suction range is configured by cover plates 123 and 124 that are configured to be movable relative to the casing 120 along the longitudinal direction of the casing 120 and that can open and close the suction hole 122 of the casing 120. It is good also as comprising an adjustment means. In this case, the suction device VA is connected to the shaft hole 121 of the casing 120, and the air in the shaft hole 121 is drawn.

(D) In the said embodiment, although it is supposed that both ends will be cut | disconnected in the state which separated the films F1 and F2, both film F1 and F2 were made to approach and both ends were piled up. It is good also as cutting an edge part.

(E) In the above embodiment, an aluminum laminate film is used as the packaging film 3, but the packaging film to which the technical idea of the present invention can be applied is not limited to the aluminum laminate film. Therefore, as the packaging film 3, for example, a film made of resin (for example, PP) may be used.
