Description

The present invention relates to a fixing bracket for attaching an end plate to a wall surface, and more particularly to an end plate fixing bracket that is optimal for fixing an upper portion of the end plate.

In order to fix the mirror, a mirror fixing tool as shown in Patent Document 1 has been proposed. This mirror fixture has a plate-like shape in which a hook-shaped bent part is provided at one end, the central part is cut out toward the other end, insertion parts are formed on both sides, and a locking claw is provided on the insertion part. It consists of an insertion tool and a plate-shaped receiving tool provided with an attachment hole by bending both side surfaces to be the inserted part of the above-mentioned insertion part. Is. Patent Document 2 discloses a mirror support structure configured such that a locking portion of a base and a locked portion of a support are fixed by elastic contact. Further, Patent Document 3 is provided with a protrusion that protrudes substantially horizontally and has a sharp tip at the inside of the lower end of the leg piece that extends downward from the stopper, and the protrusion is a fixed seat fixed to the wall. A structure is shown in which the spacer is fitted to both sides of the spacer and the stopper is fixed to a wall of a mirror connected to the wall via a fixing seat.

However, none of those disclosed in the above-mentioned conventional patent documents 1 to 3 has led to a reliable fixing of the mirror.

That is, in the mirror fixture shown in Patent Document 1, the insertion portion is not tapered, and the insertion portion is formed so as to be narrow because the insertion portion is formed wide. The interval cannot be shortened. Then, if the width of the insertion portion is matched with the insertion portion without including the protrusion of the locking claw, inserting the insertion portion into the insertion portion requires a very large force, and the insertion portion is There is a risk of damage. In addition, when the width of the insertion portion is matched with the insertion portion assuming that the protrusion of the locking claw is included, the insertion portion and the insertion portion are in a state where the locking claw is locked to the lower end of the receiving tool. A gap is formed between the two and a backlash occurs.

Further, the support structure of the mirror shown in Patent Document 2 is merely that the locking portion of the base and the locked portion of the support tool are sandwiched and fixed by elastic contact, and the locked portion of the support tool is If it is slightly displaced upward due to vibration or the like, it may be easily detached from the locking portion of the base. Moreover, in order to reduce this shift | offset | difference, it is necessary to push in a to-be-latched part firmly with respect to the latching | locking part of a base, and there exists a possibility that a latching | locking part or a to-be-latched part may be damaged.

Furthermore, the structure for fixing the mirror to the wall or the like shown in Patent Document 3 is such that the projection of the stopper leg piece is fitted to the spacer of the fixed seat, but the projection is fitted to the spacer itself. Since the spacer does not have a structure to support the spacer, the spacer is merely sandwiched and fixed by the protrusion of the leg piece due to the reaction force due to the elastic deformation of the leg piece. There is a risk that it will come off easily. Further, if the deviation is eliminated, it is necessary to push the leg piece firmly into the spacer, and the protrusion of the leg piece or the spacer may be damaged.

Therefore, the present inventor has invented a metal fitting for fixing the upper part of the mirror plate that can securely and easily fix the mirror.

The upper fixing bracket (hereinafter simply referred to as “metal fitting”) of the end plate according to the present invention includes a fixed portion and a movable portion, and the fixed portion includes a rectangular wall surface mounting plate portion and both side ends of the wall surface mounting plate portion. The left and right insertion grooves are bent from the top so that the distance between the left and right insertion grooves decreases from the top to the bottom. The lower part of the left and right insertion grooves is formed with a notch that opens toward both sides, and the movable part has two left and right insertion parts, The left and right insertion parts are connected to each other, and are composed of an end plate holding part that protrudes forward and bends in a U-shape. The two left and right insertion parts have an extension part that protrudes outward at the lower end. Provided, and the width including the left and right extension portions is substantially the same width as the width of the left and right insertion groove upper portions of the fixed portion, and is in the close direction. The width of the movable part is slightly narrowed so as to be elastically deformed, and as the left and right insertion parts of the movable part are inserted into the right and left insertion grooves of the fixed part, the taper in the insertion groove causes the extension part to approach the extension part. The left and right plugs are deformed slightly narrower, and the compression by the taper is released at the position where the extended part of the left and right plugs of the movable part reaches the notch, and the left and right plugs of the movable part are restored. Thus, the movable portion is configured to be fixed by being fitted into the notch portion of the fixed portion.

In the metal fitting according to the present invention described above, the left and right insertion grooves in the fixing portion are tapered from the upper part to the lower part so that the gap between the left and right insertion grooves is narrowed from the upper part to the lower part. None, left and right insertion grooves are formed with notches that open to both sides at the lower end, and the left and right insertion parts of the movable part have an extension that projects outwardly at the lower end The width including the left and right extension portions is the same width as the left and right insertion groove upper portions of the fixed portion, and is formed to be narrow enough to be slightly elastically deformed in the adjacent direction. As the left and right insertion parts of the movable part are inserted into the insertion groove, the right and left insertion parts of the movable part deform slightly narrower in the direction in which the extension part approaches due to the taper in the insertion groove, Taper compression is opened at the position where the extension of the insertion part reaches the notch. Is to restore the insertion portions of the left and right movable section is, extension of the movable portion so are fixed by fitting, the end plate is securely and easily fixed to the notches of the fixed part.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the metal fitting according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a metal fitting A according to the present embodiment, which is composed of a fixed portion 10 screwed to a wall surface and a movable portion 50 inserted into the fixed portion 10. The fixed portion 10 includes a rectangular wall surface mounting plate portion 20 screwed to the wall, and left and right insertion grooves 30 and 40 formed by bending both side ends of the wall surface mounting plate portion 20 into a U-shape. The wall surface mounting plate portion 20 has a screw hole 11 at the center thereof, and the screw hole 11 is a long hole for screwing up and down provided for screwing the wall surface mounting plate portion 20 to the wall through the screw. It is made up of. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the lower fixing brackets B, B are screwed to the left and right of the wall surface to which the mirror M is attached, and the screw hole 11 is placed at a predetermined upper position corresponding to the size of the mirror M. Screw the fixed parts 10 and 10 using. The screw hole 11 may be a round hole. However, since the screw hole 11 is formed as a vertically long hole as in this embodiment, the fixing portion 10 is moved up and down when the fixing portion 10 is attached to the wall. Since the movement can be adjusted, there is an advantage that the installation work is easy.

The left and right insertion grooves 30, 40 in the fixed portion 10 are tapered from the upper part to the lower part so that the distance between the left and right insertion grooves 30, 40 decreases from the upper part to the lower part. I am doing. Moreover, the notch parts 32 and 42 opened toward both sides are formed in the lower end part of the insertion grooves 30 and 40 on either side. The movable portion 50 includes two left and right insertion portions 60 and 70, and the left and right insertion portions 60 and 70 connected to each other at the upper portion thereof, and an end plate holding portion 80 that protrudes forward and is bent in a U-shape. Consists of. The two left and right insertion parts 60, 70 are provided with extension parts 61, 71 projecting outward at the lower ends thereof, and the width w1 including the left and right extension parts 61, 71 is the right and left insertions of the fixed part. It is formed to have substantially the same width as the width w2 of the upper portion of the groove. The two left and right insertion portions 60 and 70 are formed to have a narrow width such that when force is applied from both sides thereof, they are slightly elastically deformed in a direction close to each other.

For the metal fitting A configured in this way, the fixing parts 10 and 10 of the metal fittings A and A and the lower metal fittings B and B are screwed to the wall surface as shown in FIG. 3, and the lower metal fittings B and B as shown in FIG. The mirror M is placed on B, and the movable parts 50 and 50 are inserted into the fixed parts 10 and 10 while pressing the back surface of the mirror M against the fixed parts 10 and 10.

Here, how the movable part 50 is deformed and inserted into the fixed part 10 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 6A, the left and right insertion portions 60 and 70 of the movable portion 50 are inserted into the left and right insertion grooves 30 and 40 of the fixed portion 10. When the insertion portions 60 and 70 are pushed down, the insertion groove inner surfaces 31 and 41 in the fixed portion 10 are tapered from the upper portion to the lower portion so that the distance between the left and right insertion grooves 30 and 40 is narrowed (insertion groove). The inner surfaces 31 and 41 and the auxiliary line s in the figure form an inclination), and the left and right insertion parts 60 and 70 of the movable part 50 are narrow, so that they are expanded as shown in FIG. The parts 61 and 71 are deformed slightly narrower in the direction in which they approach each other. Therefore, the insertion parts 60 and 70 in this embodiment are preferably formed of stainless steel because the metal fitting A needs to be corrosive, and its length L to width W is 8.3 due to its material. However, it is desirable to form at least 6 or more, and when it is 16 or more, the strength decreases. And in the position where the extension parts 61 and 71 of the right and left insertion parts 60 and 70 of the movable part 50 reach the notches 32 and 42 of the fixed part 10, the left and right insertion parts 60 and 70 of the movable part 50 are The compression by the taper in the insertion groove is released, the left and right insertion parts 60 and 70 of the movable part 50 are restored to their original widths, and the extension parts 61 of the movable part 50 are formed in the notches 32 and 42 of the fixed part 10. , 71 are fitted. When the movable part 50 is pulled out from the fixed part 10 when fixed in this way, the movable part 50 is fixed as long as the distance between the extension parts 61 and 71 of the left and right insertion parts 60 and 70 of the movable part 50 is not reduced. There is no escape from the part 10. Therefore, once the movable part 50 is fixed to the fixed part 10, even if vibration or weak force is applied to the metal fitting A, there is no possibility that the fixation is released. Note that if the movable part 50 is pulled out from the fixed part 10 with a large force, the distance between the extension parts 61 and 71 of the left and right insertion parts 60 and 70 of the movable part 50 is reduced, so that the movable 50 is pulled out from the fixed part 10. It is possible.

Since the metal fitting A functions in this way, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the upper portion of the mirror M is fixed by pressing the mirror M against the fixed portion 10 and pushing down the movable portion 50. And the lower bracket B fix the mirror M to the wall surface.

The movable part is composed of two left and right insertion parts, and an end plate holding part that connects the left and right insertion parts and protrudes forward and bends in a U-shape. The lower end has an extended portion that protrudes outward, and the width including the left and right extended portions is substantially the same as the width of the upper left and right insertion grooves of the fixed portion, and is slightly elastic in the approaching direction. It is formed in a narrow width that deforms,
As the left and right insertion parts of the movable part are inserted into the right and left insertion grooves of the fixed part, the right and left insertion parts of the movable part are deformed slightly narrower in the direction in which the extension part approaches due to the taper in the insertion groove. In the position where the expansion part of the left and right insertion parts of the movable part reaches the cutout part, the compression by the taper is released and the right and left insertion parts of the movable part are restored, and the movable part becomes the cutout part of the fixed part. An upper fixing bracket for an end plate, characterized in that it is configured to be fixed by fitting an extension portion of the end plate.
