Description

The present invention relates to a method for cleaning a drain pipe connected to a disposer disposed in a sink constituting a kitchen sink.

In general, as shown in FIG. 7, the drain pipe is cleaned by connecting a spray nozzle 2 to the tip of a cleaning hose 1 that guides a high-pressure cleaning liquid (such as ozone-containing cleaning liquid). The nozzle 2 is advanced along the extending direction of the drainage pipe 3 while A is reversely jetted and the inside of the drainage pipe 3 is washed by the propulsive force.

As a drainage pipe cleaning method using the above-described cleaning nozzle 2, the one disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-170591 previously filed by the applicant of the present application is known.

As shown in FIG. 8, the nozzle 2 disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-170591 ejects a cleaning liquid from a nozzle 2 fixed to the tip of a high-pressure cleaning hose 1 as the high-pressure hose 1 is rotated and pulled out. The nozzle 2 is spirally formed along the inner peripheral surface of the drain pipe 1 so that only a specific jet hole B having a high detergency is always opposed to the inner peripheral surface of the drain pipe 3 among the plurality of spray holes. It is intended to turn. In FIG. 7, reference numeral 4 denotes a flexible guide that can be bent to guide the traveling direction of the nozzle 2 in the drain pipe 1.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9, in addition to the reverse injection (backward injection) A, the nozzle 2 may be provided with an injection port for the front injection C to strengthen the cleaning power. Not only does the propulsive force of the nozzle 2 weaken and it does not progress easily, but the forward spray water C hits the bent portion 3A of the pipe at the bent portion 3A of the drain pipe 3, making it difficult to pass through the bent portion 3A. Further, the cleaning hose 1 is not only difficult to enter the pipe 3, but also requires a very long time for cleaning.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-170591

On the other hand, in the drain pipe (exclusive portion side branch pipe) 5 connected to the disposer disposed below the sink that constitutes the kitchen sink shown in FIG. 10, there is an egg shell, a fish bone, etc. crushed by the disposer A heavy pulverized product flows in.

The pulverized material cannot be carried out to the main pipe due to a natural fall of tap water flowing from the sink, and is deposited on the pipe bottom in the exclusive side branch pipe 5 to become a deposit E.

When the deposit E is cleaned, in the cleaning method shown in FIG. 7, the deposit E is pulverized, but is simply pulled back before the cleaning port, and remains in the exclusive portion side branch pipe 5. There is a point.

In the cleaning method shown in FIG. 9, in the exclusive branch cleaning 5, if the material of the cleaning hose 1 is not a hard hose, the pushing force is weak, and the hard cleaning hose 1 makes it difficult to pass the bent portion 3 </ b> A. There is a problem that takes time.

In view of the above-described circumstances, the present invention is capable of easily and easily cleaning deposits deposited in a drain pipe (exclusive portion side branch pipe) connected to a disposer disposed below a sink constituting a kitchen sink. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for cleaning a disposer-connected drain pipe.

In order to solve the above-described problems, according to the present invention, in a cleaning method for a disposer-connected drain pipe that cleans deposits deposited on a side branch pipe that is connected to a kitchen sink disposer, it is disposed at the tip of a cleaning hose. A step of pulverizing the deposit accumulated in the exclusive branch pipe with the cleaning liquid sprayed from the spray nozzle provided;
Clogging the drain outlet of the sink with a stopper, and storing water in the sink;
Disposing nozzle means for generating a negative pressure in the exclusive part side branch pipe at the start end of the exclusive part side branch pipe, and injecting a cleaning liquid from the nozzle means into the exclusive part side branch pipe;
Exhausting the air in the exclusive part side branch pipe with the cleaning liquid sprayed from the nozzle means, and generating a negative pressure in the exclusive part side branch pipe;
The plug that closes the drain outlet of the sink is pulled out, and the water retained in the sink is sucked into the exclusive part side branch pipe by the negative pressure generated in the exclusive part side branch pipe, At least a step of extruding and cleaning the pulverized deposit by a resultant force of a flow input of water sucked into the nozzle and a spraying force of the cleaning liquid sprayed from the nozzle means.

According to the above-described disposer-connected drainage pipe cleaning method, the high-pressure cleaning liquid sprayed from the spray nozzle in advance pulverizes the sediment deposited on the exclusive section side branch pipe, and then the water retained in the sink is moved to the side of the exclusive section. The negative pressure generated in the branch pipe is used to suck and flow into the exclusive side branch pipe at a stretch, and the side of the exclusive section is obtained by the combined force of the flow of water that has been sucked and flowed in and the spray force of the cleaning liquid sprayed from the nozzle means. Since the crushed sediment deposited in the branch pipe is pushed out, it is possible to clean the disposer connected drain pipe in a short time and easily.When the stopper is pulled out, the negative pressure causes the sink water to fill the entire side branch pipe all at once. The drainage speed is increased by the combined force with the cleaning liquid injected from the nozzle means, causing a swirling flow at a stretch to wind up the crushed deposit and vigorously push the deposit to the main pipe. Flow from the interior of the cleaning of the U-shaped tube of the rotating disk of the gap and internal cleaning 及 Pi traps disposer can also be performed simultaneously.

Hereinafter, the cleaning method of the disposer connection drain pipe concerning this invention is explained.

FIG. 1 is a view showing an arrangement mode of a sink and its surrounding drain pipes for explaining a method of cleaning a disposer-connected drain pipe according to the present invention.

In the kitchen sink 10, a disposer 13 including a turntable 12 is connected below the drain port 11, and a trap U-shaped tube 14 is connected to the disposer 13, and a downstream end of the trap U-shaped tube 14 is disposed at the downstream end. It is connected to the exclusive part side branch pipe 15 which is a connected drain pipe.

In addition, the downstream end 15a of this exclusive part side branch pipe 15 is connected with the main pipe 16 which is a vertical drain pipe.

As described above, heavy pulverized material such as egg shells and fish bones pulverized by the disposer 13 flows into the bottom of the exclusive side branch pipe 15 which is the above-described disposer-connected drain pipe, and accumulates on the bottom of the pipe. And deposit E.

Next, a method for cleaning the deposit E deposited on the tube bottom of the exclusive portion side branch tube 15 will be described in detail.

First, the exclusive part side branch pipe 15 and the main pipe 16 are cleaned by the conventional cleaning method using the nozzle 2 shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. The deposit E deposited on the bottom is pulverized. At that time, the deposit E is pulverized, but is merely pulled back to the front of the cleaning port, and remains in the exclusive portion side branch pipe 15.

7 and FIG. 8, when the exclusive part side branch pipe 15 and the main pipe 16 are cleaned, the upper end of the vertical pipe part 15b constituting the start end 15c of the exclusive part side branch pipe 15 is used. The nozzle 2 and the cleaning hose 1 are inserted to perform a cleaning process.

Next, the drain port 11 of the kitchen sink 10 is closed with a plug (rubber plug) 17 to store water 18 in the sink 10, and the nozzle means 20 is disposed at the start end 15 c of the exclusive side branch pipe 15. .

As shown in the conceptual cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, the nozzle means 20 is arranged at the outer nozzle 22 having a plurality of suction ports 21 formed on the peripheral surface, and at the center of the outer nozzle 22, and sprays cleaning liquid. The central nozzle 23 is connected to a cleaning hose 24 that pumps the cleaning liquid.

According to such a nozzle means 20, the air (arrow G) in the exclusive part side branch pipe 15 passes through the suction port 21 of the outer nozzle 22 by the cleaning fluid sprayed from the central nozzle 23 (arrow F). Since it is discharged downstream, a negative pressure is generated in the exclusive part side branch pipe 15.

Then, when a negative pressure is generated in the exclusive portion lateral branch pipe 15, a negative pressure is also effectively generated in the disposer 13 and the trap U-shaped pipe 14 connected thereto as shown in FIG.

Thus, after the negative pressure is generated in the exclusive part side branch pipe 15, when the rubber plug 17 of the sink 10 is pulled out, the water 18 accumulated in the sink 10 is caused by the negative pressure in the exclusive part side branch pipe 15. As indicated by an arrow H, the gas passes through the inside of the disposer 13 and the inside of the trap U-shaped pipe 14 and flows into the exclusive side branch pipe 15.

Thus, when a large amount of water 18 accumulated in the sink 10 passes through the inside of the disposer 13 and the inside of the trap U-shaped pipe 14 and flows into the exclusive side branch pipe 15, the water that flows into the nozzle means 20 The drainage speed is increased by a synergistic effect with the high-pressure cleaning liquid F injected from the water, and as shown in FIG. 3, the flowing water (arrow I) causes a swirling flow, winds up the sediment E, and pulverized sediment E Is vigorously conveyed to the main pipe 16 (FIG. 1), and thereby the inside of the exclusive part side branch pipe 15 is washed.

As shown in FIG. 1, while a large amount of water 18 that is stored in the sink 10 and flows at a time passes through the inside of the disposer 13 and the inside of the trap U-shaped tube 14, the gap between the rotating disk 12 and the inside of the disposer 13 Cleaning and the inside of the trap U-tube 14 can be performed simultaneously.

In the above embodiment, high pressure cleaning liquid (for example, cleaning liquid containing ozone) is pumped into the cleaning hose 24 connected to the central nozzle 23 of the nozzle means 20, but the present invention is limited to the above embodiment. Instead, for example, as shown in FIG. 4 in which the same parts as those in FIG. 2 can sufficiently clean the exclusive branch tube 15 by generating a negative pressure in the exclusive horizontal tube 15.
Further, when the water pressure of the tap water is low, as shown in FIG. 5 in which the same parts as those in FIG. 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals, the tap water is pressurized with a small pressure pump P, washed in the same manner, It may be conveyed to the main pipe 16 for cleaning.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6 in which the same parts as those in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, the suction port 21 of the nozzle means 20 is disposed outside the exclusive portion side branch pipe 15, and the outside air sucked from the suction port 21 is washed away At the same time, even if it is injected into the exclusive part side branch pipe 15, it is possible to sufficiently clean the exclusive part branch pipe 15 by generating a negative pressure in the exclusive part side branch pipe 15.

As described above, according to the present invention, deposits accumulated in a drain pipe (exclusive portion side branch pipe) connected to a disposer disposed below a sink constituting a kitchen sink can be easily cleaned in a short time. It is suitable for cleaning disposer-connected drain pipes.
