前記コピー制御情報がコピー可である前記映像情報を前記第2の出力よりアナログ信号として出力する場合に、前記映像情報の解像度の制限を行わないで出力可能な第2の状態と、
前記コピー制御情報がコピーの制限を示している前記映像情報を前記第1の出力よりディジタル信号として出力する場合に、前記映像情報を暗号化し、かつ、前記映像情報の解像度の制限を行わないで出力可能な第3の状態と、
