Abstract
【解決手段】異物トラップ46が環状の降水管通路34の底部付近に位置付けられる。入口ノズル28を通して圧力容器11に流入した給水が、異物トラップ46に強制流通された後、流れ空間36に排出され、エコノマイザチャンバ38内に位置決めした管16のセクションに入る。異物トラップ46は、エコノマイザセクション32の、下方シュラウド25により画定される如き壁と、圧力容器11の内壁との間を横断して掛け渡した環状支持リング48から成り、下方シュラウド25の下端付近に位置付けられる。

Description
エコノマイザを一体化させた蒸気発生器圧力容器は、米国特許第3,356,135号、同第3,547,084号、同第3,771,497号に示されるように既知のものではあるが、何れも、給水により運ばれる異物の捕捉及びエコノマイザ管セクションへの侵入防止用の異物トラップは圧力容器中に設けられない。
原子力蒸気発生器の特徴の一般的説明については、ここに参照することによりその全てを本命最初の一部とする米国オハイオ州バーベルトンのBabcock & Wilcox社の2005年の“Steam/its generation and use,41st Edition,Kitto and Stultz,Eds.,”を参照されたい。
異物トラップ46は、エコノマイザセクション32の、下方シュラウド25により画定される如き壁と、圧力容器11の内壁との間を横断して掛け渡した環状支持リング48から成り、下方シュラウド25の下端付近に位置付けられる。環状支持リング48はフィルター管50の管列を支持するプレートであり、各フィルター管は、当該環状支持リングの周囲に沿って円周方向に等間隔で配置されると共に、円筒状の管壁に形成した複数の半径方向孔52を有することが好ましい。フィルター管50の底端は開放され且つ環状支持リング48を貫いて伸延する相当する開口または孔(図示せず)と整列される。各フィルター管50の上端49は、降水管の給水流れをフィルター管の半径方向孔52に強制流通させるようにシールされる。
圧力容器11を貫く1つ以上の手孔を設けることで、異物の検査及び除去のための環状支持リング48の頂部及びフィルター管50へのアクセスが可能となる。
フィルター管50はフィルター管50を使用中の劣化から保護し得る耐侵食及び耐腐食性の鋼材から作製し得る。

Claims (11)
- 蒸気発生器であって、
圧力容器と、
該圧力容器内を伸延され、高温の一次流体を収受する複数の熱交換管にして、一次流体を流通させる複数の熱交換管と、
圧力容器内で該圧力容器から離間して配置したエコノマイザにして、圧力容器との間に環状の降水管通路を確定し且つ熱交換管の熱交換表面の一部を包囲して該エコノマイザに導入される給水流れを予熱するエコノマイザと、
を含み、
給水流れにより運ばれる異物を捕捉及び維持して、当該異物のエコノマイザへの侵入を防止する手段を含む蒸気発生器。 - 異物を捕捉及び維持する手段が降水管通路内に位置付けられる請求項1の蒸気発生器。
- 異物を捕捉及び維持する手段が、孔開けした少なくとも1本の管を含む請求項1の蒸気発生器。
- 降水管通路の断面に掛け渡され且つ少なくとも1つの開口を有する環状支持リングと、前記開口を覆うフィルターにして、エコノマイザに導入される二次流体をフィルタリングするフィルターと、を含む請求項1の蒸気発生器。
- 環状リングの周囲で円周方向に間隔を置いて複数の開口を配置し、各開口をフィルターで覆った請求項4の蒸気発生器。
- フィルターが、上端部を閉鎖した細長の円筒状の管であり、該管の円筒状部分に複数の半径方向孔を形成した請求項4の蒸気発生器。
- フィルターの半径方向孔が、二次流体流れから、エコノマイザ以内に位置決めした各管間の空間より大きな異物を除去する寸法とされる請求項6の蒸気発生器。
- フィルターの半径方向孔の入口が傾斜した幾何学的輪郭を有する請求項6の蒸気発生器。
- 環状支持リングがエコノマイザ及び圧力容器に装着される請求項4の蒸気発生器。
- 環状支持リングがエコノマイザ及び圧力容器の何れかに装着される請求項4の蒸気発生器。
- 環状支持リングの自由縁部と、エコノマイザ及び圧力容器の何れかとの間に間隙を有し、該間隙が、管の孔の幅と同じまたはそれ未満である請求項10の蒸気発生器。
