配管の繋ぎ目に形成したフェルールの当接面に凹設してある環状溝内にガスケットを挟み込むようにして両方の配管のフェルール同士を突き合わせ、当該突き合わせ部分の外周に緊着して配管内を通流する粉粒体、液体又は気体が外部に漏れるのを防止するクランプ継手において、前記フェルール同士の突き合わせ部分の外周を覆うことができる凹溝を形成してなるほぼ半円形状をなすように二分された一対のクランプバンドの下端部同士を、連結金具を介して回動可能に連結すると共に、当該一対のクランプバンドの自由端部側を互いに平行状態を維持できるように上方に折り曲げて上面からみてコ字をなす一対の緊締部を形成し、当該一対の緊締部のうちのいずれか一方の緊締部の両側にピンを介してリンク板を回動自在に取付け、当該一対のリンク板の先端部にピンを介して基端部にカム部を形成した操作レバーを回動自在に付設すると共に、当該操作レバーの基端部に形成したカム部が圧接するカム受け凹部を、他方の緊締部に凹設したことを特徴とする配管用クランプ継手。   The ferrules of both pipes are butted together in an annular groove recessed in the contact surface of the ferrule formed at the joint of the pipes, and are tightly attached to the outer periphery of the butted portion.
