携帯機との所定通信あるいはメカニカルキーの装着によって回動可能なキーシリンダと、
前記キーシリンダに固定され、前記メカニカルキーの挿脱方向において前記キーシリンダのキー孔に臨んで開口する開口部を有するノブ基部と、
前記開口部を覆うようにして前記ノブ基部に着脱可能に装着される操作ノブとを備えるステアリングロック装置であって、
前記ノブ基部は、前記操作ノブが該操作ノブの回動軸に交差する着脱方向に着脱可能に装着される装着部と、該装着部において前記操作ノブが係止される係止部とを備え、
前記操作ノブは、該操作ノブの操作のための把持部と、該把持部に連設されて前記ノブ基部の前記装着部に装着される係合部と、該係合部に一体的に設けられて前記着脱方向に交差する方向に押圧可能な押圧部と、前記押圧部に一体的に設けられて前記係止部に係合する係合部材とを備え、
前記押圧部は前記係合部材の前記係止部に対する係合を解除可能であることを特徴とするステアリングロック装置。
